Aayana's pov -

I am feeling a heaviness in my chest even though I am unable to move; where I am. Slowly I open my eyes. At first, my vision was blurred, but then it became clear. Thank God.

After that, I saw a nurse standing in front of me.

She is giving me a smile which is really looking bad but I need to give her a smile, my bad luck. Then she said, "Finally you are opening your eyes. Everyone is eagerly waiting for this. How are you feeling?"

"My chest is heavier even though I am unable to move properly," I replied.

"Well, the bullet was between your two chest bones, you are so lucky indeed. If it was a little bit up or down. There was a difficulty. Your chest will be heavier for a few more hours because of medicine and anesthesia. Besides that, you are on a high painkiller injection. Still, I am informing Dr. Sana & Dr. Tamim. They will suggest to me what to do next." By saying that she moves a little to reduce the flow of glucose. Then my eye caught that someone else was there.

I asked, "Am I in the general ward ?"

The nurse smiled and said to me, "No, ma'am. You are at the VIP cabin."

"Then who is this ?" I asked again and she moved. Now the face is showing. It's Iru !!!

What !!! Why ???!!! She was okay when I was with her. In my thought nurse replied,

"Ma'am, she is your friend. She fell on the waiting chair last night which caused a minor fracture or crack on her two lower rib bones. Dr. Sana insisted on keeping you both here as she has no one to look after." The nurse was continuing her lecture. That Iru has no one. What bullshit !!! So, I stopped her and said, "How is she? I mean is there any problem with her health ??"

"Yeah, ma'am. I am not clear, what I informed by reading her file is that she is internally injured a little bit on the liver with a spleen injury." Nurse replied.

"What is spleen ??" I asked again.

"I am not informed enough about this. Just know that it is related to blood cells." Nurse replied. I get tense. As Iru already has a problem with blood cells. I didn't reply to her. She just told me that she is coming by informing Dr. and left.

I am looking at Iru. How is she? Because of this operation, I am unable to move. I am unable to reach my Iru. I am unable to touch her. What the hell !!!

Then I saw that Iru was moving her head and touching her painful area with a painful face.

In her pain, she moved her cannula-wearing hand which gives her pain and she makes a sound in pain then holds her mouth by her hand and looks at me with tensed eyes. I got it and she thought that I was sleeping. This girl is unbelievable, she always keeps me first.

When she saw that I was looking at her, she gave me a big smile and said, "Hey you have regained consciousness. Thank God." She is so excited that she forgets that she has pain. She was about to get up but failed and made a sound in pain.

"Hey stop. I am okay. Now tell me how you fall ?" I asked.

"Actually Sunny .."

"Sunny !!! What did he do? Don't tell me that he pushed you or something else he did !!" I got furious and stopped Iru for that.

"Calm down Aayu, please. Sana will come." Iru said.

"Now Sana is why in this conversation !! ??" I am confused.

"Hey, both beautiful girls are talking. Thank God." Sana enters and says by seeing us.

"You are here !!! Didn't you go home ??" Iru asked her in a soft tone. Sana comes and checks my pulse then sits beside Ira.

"No, I was here. I just left this room half an hour ago to check on another patient." Sana replied to Ira.

"Can you make this bed in a sitting position ?" Ira said to her. I am looking at both of them. Sana's eyes swelled like she didn't sleep and cried a lot. Also, Iru is talking with a very soft tone. I am confused about what is going on.

Sana pulls up the bed and I can see Iru is feeling pain in that also. So I asked Sana, "Why is she in so much pain? I mean I got shot but still, I am not in pain. I mean maybe because of medicine, I am not feeling. But look at her, she is unable to move."

Sana smiles and says, "Honestly speaking. I am jealous. Why don't I get this kinda love !!"

"Please don't say this, I love you," Iru said.

"I know." By saying that Sana sighs. Then again she sat beside Iru and said to me, "Well, you and Iru both of yours health is different. Thankfully you have no health issues but Ira is not the same. I am unable to give her healing medicine. As she injured her spleen, where white blood cells and other blood cells get stored. She takes medicine to reduce white blood cells and I can't take the risk of that. So she will take time to heal."

Then she looked at Iru and said with teary eyes, "I'm sorry."

"Do you need a hug ?" Iru asked with teary eyes.

"Very badly." Saying that Sana puts her head at Iru's chest and starts crying loudly. I am still confused. Iru's eyes are rolling with tears.

"I am so sorry. I shouldn't tell you about Sunny." Iru said, putting her hand on Sana's back. Where is Sunny !!! I couldn't stop myself just asking, "Will you guys tell me what is going on? Where does Sunny come here ??"

Sana releases Iru and Iru wipes out her face. Then said, "Sunny is my husband."

"What !!! I am so sorry. Did Iru inform you everything about him ??!!" I asked. Now I am really feeling bad for Sana. She is a cute and sweet girl. She really doesn't deserve this heartbreak. But we can't change reality.

"By the way, you should request the hospital authority to change the waiting chair. Why do you need to keep a handle on it !!!" Iru said and Sana laughed.

Then we all laugh.
