Ira's pov -

After almost 1 and a half hours, Sana comes out of the O.T. She smiled at us and said, "Don't worry, she is out of danger. The surgeon is closing her operating area. He will tell you about others when he comes back. But I must say, her wound is really deep; it will take time to heal. You need to take care of her."

"Of course. We will." Aunty replied to Sana. Uncle gets close to Sana and holds her hand then said, "Thanks a lot, my child. I was scared a lot. Now I'm relieved." Sana hugged him and said, "Don't need to thank me, Uncle, and don't worry she is fine."

I saw someone hiding behind the wall. I called, "Who is there ?" He was about to run but I also ran and held him, it's Sunny.

Sana came close to us and said, "What a pleasant surprise !! When did you return, hubby? By the way, you are looking different. Lemme check."

"Sana, I need to tell you something," I said.

"Ira, can we talk later? Please." Sunny requested.

"No way. Sana has the right to know." I am angry at Sunny.

"Hello, hello. Will you tell me, what is going on ?" Sana looks confused.

"Sana, baby listen I can explain. Please give me a chance to tell you everything." Sunny pleaded.

"What kinda explanation ??!!" Sana looks at me.

I held Sana and said, "Sunny is responsible for Aayana's state."

"What !! What do you mean, Ira?" Sana asked.

"I mean you remember the first day you meet with Aayana, she was an attempt to rape some goons. Those are Sunny's men." I said.

"What nonsense !!" By saying that Sana steps back.

"Baby, listen she is telling you a lie. Please trust me." Sunny is still trying to hide from Sana, how mean.

I got close to them and said, "Sunny is a bloody gangster and he hides his identity from you, Sana." When I said this Sunny pushed me with his full force and I bump into the waiting chair. I feel like my lower rib bone is broken as its handle is made of steel and I scream in pain.

Uncle and Aunty both run to me and hold me. I was unable to move because of the pain. It's really hurting me. Sana comes to me and holds me then asks, "Are you okay? How dare you Sunny ?? How dare you hurt her ??? You know she is not well and still, you push her. And more of that you shot Aayana !!! Why ??? I am completely confused."

Then Sana starts crying. I am feeling so guilty, Sana doesn't deserve this. I am holding the place of pain with my right hand. Aunty is also holding my hand. Sunny was about to come closer to us but Sana stopped him and said, "Don't need to give any kind of explanation. Your action said everything. I am going to file for divorce. Now you just get lost from my eyesight. I don't wanna see you."

"I love you, Sana. I admit that I am a gangster and I hide it from you. But if I wouldn't, I would lose you. Please give me a chance. I will be a good person, I will leave that path, I promise." Sunny is pleading with Sana.

"You love me !!! Really !!! You never. If you loved me, you never would lie to me. I am sorry but I can't forgive you." Then Sana looked at Uncle Aunty and said, "I am so sorry. You can call the police. I know Ira stopped you."

"How do you know that?" Aunty asked.

"I know her very well. She can't hurt me and she wouldn't let me hurt someone else. But this is not a hideable thing, that's why she brings it in front of me." Sana is trying to be strong but I know how she is feeling. I know how much she loves Sunny. That's why she is more upset and Sunny's eyes are showing that he also can't afford to lose Sana.

Then I put my left hand on Sana's shoulder and said, "Sana, please take time. After 1 or 2 days you can make a decision and Uncle Aunty said that if Aayana is okay then they won't take any action." Sana didn't reply, she just started crying. I just tried to hug her but I made a sound in pain. Sana holds me and intends to take me to the cabin, suddenly Sunny calls her, "Sana, I am sorry. Please give me another chance. I will change."

"Just leave me alone now. Because of Ira, I am now talking with you. I don't want to see your face, please leave." Sana said and she didn't wait for Sunny's reply. I am unable to walk properly so Uncle and Aunty also hold me then I said, "Uncle you please stay here what they say we don't know." Uncle nodded. But I am really feeling pain and my vision is getting blurred and suddenly I am losing my strength to walk and I fall. In a few moments, I passed out.

Sana's pov -

My heart is aching by knowing the truth about Sunny. We have been in a relationship for the last 3 years. It's been almost 1 and half years of our marriage and he never told me what he is. With that, he hurts Aayana and Ira both. My anger was high but I controlled myself, as it was the hospital.

I don't want to create a scene here. Besides that Ira is in pain, I was about to take her to the cabin to check on her but she passed out. This gives me tension and I scream and call, "Nurse, ward boy. Who is here, please come fast." Three or four come and they take Ira to the ward.

I start to treat her and complete a few tests. Uncle and Aunty are really tense as Ira and Aayana both are here. I can understand their feelings. I am also tense. I got all her test reports which gave me more tension. This Sunny, what did he do !!! Ira's lower rib bone is showing a crack that will be okay but she is injured internally with the liver and more at the spleen. Which is really harmful to her. If she was normal I wouldn't take this tension. It is gonna give her a lot of pain. How was she controlling herself !!!

After almost 2 hours Ira opens her eyes. I am in front of her. She immediately asks me, "Are you fine? How is Aayu?" Her eyes are clearly showing that she is in so much pain but still, she is concerned for us. I said holding her cheek, "I am fine and Aayana is still unconscious but she is stable. Hopefully, she will be in a sense within the morning. Now tell me how you are feeling?"

"I won't lie. I am feeling too much pain in my lower rib bone and internally." Ira replied.

"Hmm. You are internally injured a little bit in the liver and mostly in the spleen. With that, you have got a crack in two lower rib bones." I explained to her.

"Then tell me what I need to do !!!???" Iru asked.

"You have to stay here at least 5 days as you don't have anyone to take care of," I said.

"If I stay here then who will take care of Aayu ??!!" Iru was shocked.

"Oh, madam. Do you really think that you can get up by yourself? Now you are talking because I gave you a painkiller. Now you think, after this painkiller you are feeling this pain. If I skip then what will your state be ??" I said.

"Stop threatening me. I can't get up, I know. Then please shift me to Aayu's cabin. I want to stay with her. You can do that I know." Iru said.

"Now tell me. Is this the reason you fall ??" I sarcastically said.

"Mmmmm. Maybe. hahaha, aah aah. What painkiller did you give me ?? It is not working. Not at all." Ira said in pain.

"I can't give you a heavier dose than this. That can be harmful. You know the spleen stores white blood cells." I explained.

"Hmm. Okay. Take me to Aayu, I wanna see her." Ira requested.

"Okay I am arranging," Sana said and left.

Uncle and Aunty both came to me. Aunty starts crying then I see Uncle also crying.

I console them.

I am feeling sleepy, maybe because of the medicine.

Then Sana comes back and tells Uncle Aunty that we are gonna be staying together as we both need treatment and need to stay at the hospital for at least 5 days.

Uncle and Aunty also agreed.

Then two of them transfer me on a stretcher and take me to Aayu's cabin. I am really in so much pain but when I see Aayu's face my pain fades away.

I became so happy. They transferred me to another bed and left.

Sana told Uncle and Aunty to go back home as they can't stay here at the cabin.

They will return in the morning. Then Aunty gave me a kiss on the forehead then they left.

Sana also told me to sleep and left. There is a nurse only.

Thank God Aayu is stable, just wanna see her to look at me.

I wanna keep those pretty black eyes on me.

At least we are staying together with each other.

I can see her. I am happy about that.

When I fall asleep I dunno.
