Aayana's pov -

It's almost 45 minutes since I left Iru at her cabin. I am missing my girl, so I took my phone to call her but she had already called me. My brain caught a naughtiness, so I received the call and said, "Baby just left you and you are missing me."

In reply, Iru just takes my name with a heavy voice. Why is she sounding like this? She was okay when I left her in her room. Instantly I ran out of my room. Everyone is looking at me but I didn't pay attention to that, my Iru is the most important to me.

Ira's door is locked so I use the password which she gave me earlier. When I entered the room, I was shocked. Ira is lying on the floor. I reach for her instantly and take her to my lap. She is unconscious and her chest is flat. I get scared of why she is not breathing. I checked her pulse but could not find it. I am confused about what to do !!!! So I take my phone to call Sana, and my hand is shivering. Sana instantly received my call,

Sana: Hello Aayana. Is Ira okay ?

Me: Not at all. She was okay when I left her about 50 minutes ago. Now she is unconscious and not breathing. What to do ???

Sana: What !!! This can't be a side effect of therapy. Do one thing, provide her CPR. Put your phone on the loudspeaker.

Me: CPR !!! What is that ??? Wait, is that pressing chest I saw in movies?

Sana: Yeah, yeah that one. Please give her mouth-to-mouth breathing.

Me: Okay, okay. I am doing it.

[Then I lay her on the floor and start pressing at her chest but not working, she is not moving.]

Sana: What happened? Please don't stop. It can cause brain stroke or cardiac arrest. I got her in this state last time. She takes time to get out of this state. Please continue.

Me: Hmm, doing.

[Then I do that. I am giving my full weight to her. Again I provide her oxygen through my mouth. After several tries, she starts coughing.]

Sana: Thank God. Good job Aayana.

[I didn't reply to her. I just hold Iru at my chest. Now I am breathing heavily. I was tense. Now I feel relieved.]

Ira: [with slow voice] Why is she back !!! I can't face that phase again. I have no courage for that again.

[I start patting her back]

Me: Who is back ??? Well, leave that. At first, you need to get well and you don't need to face anything again or alone. I am with you.

Sana: Did she call you or knock you?

Ira: Hmm.

Sana: I am coming. You just breathe properly. And chill you are not alone now. Okay? Aayana, keep massaging her back and chest. I am coming.

Me: Okay.

Then I take Iru to bed. I am massaging Iru's back and chest as Sana said to me.

Suddenly Iru held her chest and said, "Why is my chest paining so much? I am unable to move my left hand."

"Maybe for CPR," I replied.

"I needed CPR !! Again I react in the same way !!! Sana is going to be angry. But what can I do? I am too much affected by that time." Ira is saying.

"What happened at that time ?? And who is she about whom you are talking ?" I asked but I saw Ira was pale. She was about to say something but I stopped her and said, "At first you need to keep breathing, you are looking pale."

She looked at me with teary eyes and said, "Please don't leave me. I will die. I won't be able to handle heartbreak. The last time someone broke my trust. I am still on that."

"I won't, I won't leave you. Never. I love you and now my love is increasing more and more day by day." I replied to her and put a kiss on her forehead.

"I love you too," Iru replied. Then she kept her head on my chest. I didn't move, I know my girl loves to be like this.

"Are you feeling better than before ?" I asked.

"Yeah, now I can breathe at least. That time I thought I was gone. hahaha," and she starts coughing.

"Please don't laugh now. You better take a quick nap." By saying that I opened her T-shirt and I saw her chest is full of redness because of my pressure. I hugged her and said, "I am so sorry. Actually, I don't know how to give CPR. That's why this redness occurred."

"That's fine, baby. My skin is a little sensitive, that's why red marks come so fast. You chill. Though you don't know how to provide CPR, I am still alive. By the way, did you kiss me at that time ?" This girl will never change. Always keep teasing me.

"Yeah, I kissed several times. Now please close your eyes. Take some rest." I said and I am blushing.

"Hmm. Now please make me sleep." In her reply, I hold her in my arms and said,

"Are you sure you are okay? Why did this happen? You know what, you scared me."

"I am sorry for that and yeah actually I am not okay both physically and mentally, I am unwell. Why is she back at this time !! When I finally got you in my life. I can't let her repeat what she did in the past. I also can't take any chances with you. She mentioned you in the message. Which gave me fear and every flashback started torturing me a lot. And this attack is not for the first time." Iru said.

"Hmm, Sana told me," I said.

"Hmm, from that time Sana has been treating me with every single disease," Ira said.

"If you want please tell me who she is ??" I asked.

"Chhaya..." Ira just takes her name and her face is full of pain.

"Who is Chhaya ?" I asked.

"Who gave me this mark on my chest, where do you live ....." By saying that her eyes get tears and tears start rolling down her face.

Then I put my hand on the left side of her chest. I can feel her heart beating.

Her expression shows her pain, and what she suffered in the past. Why did Iru face all of this !!!!

God, please don't turn me into another reason for her pain. I won't be able to survive with this guilt that she will suffer for me.

This thought scared me so I took her to my arms and held her at my chest.

No media could share her pain. So, I always thought she was really happy. Now day by day I am knowing how much she suffered in her past.

I will love her more which will help her to forget her past.

Chhaya whoever you are, I won't forgive you, never.
