Aayana's pov -

I can't explain my feelings by seeing Iru in this state. She is lying on the bed and not saying anything. I know she is in so much pain. Then I put my hand on her head to make her sleep. After a while, she looks at me and said,

"You please eat something. You didn't eat your dinner and it's already 10 pm."

"First you sleep then I will have dinner. Don't worry about me." I replied to her.

"I am not sleepy. Please go and have something. I kept something for you to eat in the refrigerator. Please put that food in the oven and eat." Her lines overwhelmed me. She is really caring. So I didn't argue more as I know my girl won't listen to me.

After coming with food to her room I saw she was holding her thigh with her hand and trying to get up. I put the food on the table and held her, then asked, "Do you wanna get up ?"

"Not really. But I am feeling pain in my legs more than before." She replied to me.

"What are you getting this side effect also !!! Wait, Sana gave me medicine for this also. I am giving you that." By saying that I feed her that medicine. Then she said after 15 minutes, "It's really working. Pain is reducing. You eat."

"I will just take a rest. You won't eat ?" I ask her.

"No, I am full due to saline. And can't take the risk of eating that can cause vomiting. So you eat, I am seeing you." I nodded at her reply. Then I start eating by sitting by her side.

After I complete it, I ask Iru, "Do you wanna change ?"

"Yeah, but I can't move in pain. So leave it." Iru replied to me.

"May I help you to change ?" I asked her again.

"Yeah, you can. But you go first and freshen up. Then make my own. After that, you sleep here with me." Iru replied. I nodded and left her room.

I changed into my night dress and then went to her dressing room. Then take her one and come to her bed area. When I reach she is trying to hold her phone at the corner table but she is facing difficulty reaching it. So I hold her and ask, "Why do you need a phone at this time ?"

"My phone just rings, that's why," Iru replied.

"Okay lemme help you." Then I gave her the phone but her finger joints were hurting so she couldn't hold them. After seeing this I said, "Leave it. You will call back at this number in the morning. Is that okay ?"

"Hmm. That is okay."

Then I made her sit and changed her dress by keeping her at my arm. Her body temperature is higher than normal. Maybe because of the pain she caught a fever.

I keep her in my arm and we both lie down on the bed. Then she released me and said, "You sleep. I am not feeling sleepy."

Then she moves a little away from me and holds my hand. Ira is on my left side so she is holding me with her right hand. I see a red mark at the place of injection, I tilt to her side and kiss her hand.

She smiles then I close my eyes. I fell asleep so fast.

Ira's pov -

My love is sleeping and she is looking like a kid, so cute. All night I am getting a disturbing sleep because of this therapy. In the morning my slumber broke so I didn't close my eyes, so I decided to look at my love. In a few minutes, she also gets up. When she saw that I was looking at her, she suddenly sat down and said, "How are you now ?"

"Much better but there is pain all over my lower back and whole body too. What about you ?" I said to her and she was just listening.

"You are in pain so guess how am I !!! But yeah I really sleep well." Aayu said to me.

Then I tried to get up but I am still feeling weak, seeing me like this Aayu took me to her arm and said, "You will be fine soon." She puts a kiss on my forehead.

"Hmm. Let's go to the office." I said to her with fear.

"Who is going to the office ?" Aayu asked me.

"Me and you. We both." I replied.

"Look at you and you are going to the office !!!" Aayu said to me.

"I am fine," I said to her to make her convinced to let me go to the office.

"Then stand up now. If you will be okay then I will allow you to go to the office." She said to check on me.

In excitement, I stood up immediately but my back gave me pain and I screamed while holding my back. Aayu held me and said, "Sorry. I just ...."

"What sorry? I was too excited. But it reminds me of my mum. hahahaha." I told her a bad joke.

"Just shut up. You are not going to the office." Aayu ordered.

"Baby if I don't go, it will get the attention of the media. That can hamper TREND's reputation. Got me ??? That can affect our share. I will just go to the office without a meeting today, I told Dina about this yesterday." I will explain to her.

"Who is Dina? Why did you tell her about the meeting cancellation? Where was I? Who is she? That she is more important to you than me ?" Aayu is full of jealousy.

"She is my schedule manager baby. Don't be jealous." I said and smiled.

"Then you should say this first." Then she also smiles.

After that, we both got ready for the office. Aayu helps me with that. When we reach the office, Aayu drops me at my cabin's personal room. Then she left.

Almost after 45 minutes, I got a message on my phone. I thought it was Aayu but when I opened the message it was from an unknown number and the message was, "I called you last night, you didn't receive it so I thought to message you. Hopefully, you are fine and happy. I saw you yesterday with someone. Which made me jealous......"

That's it. The person didn't mention who that is. So I called on that number and the voice shocked me, so I cut the call. It's Chhaya, yeah it's Chhaya. What she wants now, all the flashbacks are running through my mind. What the hell !!! How dare she mention that she is jealous? What she did in the past, still she has the guts to call me or knock me. I got so upset.

With this thought, I felt pain in my chest. Which increased so much in a few moments as I couldn't breathe, suddenly my vision got blurred. So I take my phone to call but I am not seeing clearly still I dial, hoping Sana or Aayu got my call...

I am unable to breathe so I get out of my personal room with my phone by holding something, I don't know what. My head is spinning. I couldn't stand anymore and fell to the floor. Then I got a voice on my phone, "Baby just left you and you are missing me." I was just able to take Aayu's name, and couldn't continue more.

Still, I am thinking about what Chhaya wants now...
