Below is the form I am requesting every applicant fill out for each character they'd like to have considered for a spot.
I'd love to include everyone but don't take anything for granted. I want detailed forms with genuine effort and thought. I want to have the best feel for your character(s) as possible!

This being said, everyone can submit as many forms as they want to, but please note if you submit 10 forms, not all 10 characters will get in.

Please make characters unique and diverse! Use unique faceclaims and give your characters their own special flairs!
I also am requesting original characters. In other words, I won't be apt to readily accept an OC that's been used for 30 different things.
