Chapter Forty-Two: Back To School

Camryn's pov

Today's Monday. Monday as in the beginning of a new week. Monday as in the the guy that wasn't invited to the party but shows up anyways. Monday as in my least favorite day of the week.

Monday as in back to school.

I really didn't want to go to school, but it's been like a month and I'm pretty sure I have five-thousand pounds of homework and my grades have dropped by now. If not, I'll be surprised. The teachers will probably give me good grades out of sympathy and pity, which I definitely do not want.

I groaned as I tossed and turned in my bed, I was awoken by "Look At Me!" playing from my alarm clock. I'm so mature.

"Turn that off!" My mom shouted from downstairs. "It's all the way on my nightstand, that's too far!" I shouted back.

Footsteps pounded towards my bedroom door and the door burst open, as my mom in her robe and a shirtless Brian stood in my doorway.

"You're always last to wake up!" Brian said as he tugged the covers off my body. I groaned and pulled the blanket back over my head. "Five more minutes." I mumbled.

My blanket flew off my bed onto the ground as Brian turned off my alarm clock. I sat up and gave him a glare, "You're so kind." I growled.

"Chop chop! Get ready, you're gonna be late." My mom said before rushing back downstairs. Brian returned the glare I gave him and went back to his room.

I rubbed my eyes and stood up to go to my bathroom and take a shower when something caught the corner of my eye. I looked towards my window, checking if I'm not going crazy and seeing things.

I eyed my window suspiciously and walked over to it, when out of freaking thin air, Aiden's head popped up from outside the window.

He smiled sheepishly and gestured for me to open the window. I opened it and let Aiden in, him stumbling and falling on the ground.

"You alright?" I asked him worryingly as I keeled down to him. He smiled brightly and sat up. "I am now." He grinned I rolled my eyes and he leaned forward to kiss my cheek, which I though he was going to do, but instead kissed my very passionately.

We sat on the floor kissing for what seemed like forever, when suddenly my eyes widened and I pulled away. "I need to get ready!" I cried as I went to my closet and pulled out an outift.

Aiden laughed and instantly shut his mouth because I signaled to him that my mom was downstairs.

"I'll be in the bathroom getting dressed." I whispered to Aiden. He nodded as his lips twitched into a smirk.

I rolled my eyes and grabbed my clothes before heading into a magical place we humans call the bathroom. Or whatever you call it, restroom, washroom, bathing room. Anyways, that's not the point.

I quickly got changed and did my hair, slipping on my shoes afterwards and finished up my basic look with a touch of foundation, mascara, contour, highlighter, filled in my eyebrows, lipgloss, you get the point.

What I'm saying is, I caked my face.

I walked out and tightened my ponytail and grabbing my bag that lie beside the door. Aiden stared at me like he was checking me out, his eyes wide.

I chuckled and looked back at me. "Why are you staring at me like that?" I asked. He cleared his throat and stood up, throwing his backpack strap over his shoulder. "Because you're the most beautiful girl in the universe." He said casually as he slipped his hand in mine.

"You look amazing, as always." He whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my spine as my cheeks turned a deep red.

We walked hand in hand down the stairs when I suddenly came to an abrupt stop, making Aiden stumble forward a bit. "What is it?" Aiden asked, confused.

"They don't know you're here." I whispered back. He nodded and pulled out his phone.  "What are you doing?" I asked curiously.

"Cam, hurry up!" Brian called from outside. Aiden pressed on Brian's contact and texted him saying that I'm getting a ride with Aiden. I heard Brian grumble from outside as his car started, making me giggle.

"Now we have to go back out the window." I groaned. He led me up the stairs back into my room, closing the door behind us. He walked over to the window and opened it, getting out with ease.

"It's like you're used to this." I scoffed as I walked over to the window to make sure he doesn't get hurt. He smirked and looked up at me. "I am." He said before hopping onto the ground. I gasped and looked down, where Aiden stood there safe and sound.

"I'll catch if you fall, Juliet." He grinned. I rolled my eyes and climbed out of the window while my hands trembled. I took a deep breath before looking down to Aiden, who had is arms wide open in case I fell, which I probably will.

I squeezed my eyes shut and jumped, waiting for me to stumble backwards and fall, but I didn't. I stood safe and sound on the ground. Aiden smirked at me an took my hand in his.

As we walked to his house for his car hand in hand, we talked. "Was that you're first time climbing out a window?" He laughed. "Yes, I am a child of God." I nodded proudly while he laughed.

We got to his house and got in his car, driving to school. Minutes later, we reached the school and walked into school hand in hand.

Everyone's eyes were on us, pointing and whispering, "Look there she is," or "They're  finally dating." I moved closer to Aiden as he held my hand tighter in his while shooting eye-daggers to people who were whispering.

"Ignore them," he whispered to me and I nodded. We reached my locker as I let go of Aiden's hand and opened my locker, while he leaned against the row of lockers beside me.

He eyed me with a bright smile, his eyes twinkling. I shot him glances from time to time as I put books in my locker.

"What are you so happy about?" I scoffed as I shut my locker. He smiled bigger, from ear to ear. "I'm so glad you're finally, officially, endlessly, mine." He grinned.

I rolled my eyes and he leaned in for a kiss, pecking my lips softly.

Awe poo, I wanted more.

Aiden must've figured this because he laughed, tilting his head back- which by the way, looks so much hotter when Aiden does it- and I rolled my eyes.

Aiden offered me his hand and I gladly accepted. We walked down the halls to my first class, when I was yanked away from Aiden into another hall, leaving Aiden in the dust.

"What the hell-" I looked behind me and there stood Aaron, glaring at me. I took a step back and held my hands up in defense. "What is it, did I do something?" I asked.

He yanked on my arm again, pulling me closer. "You've only been dating him for two weeks, virgin Mary!" He whisper shouted.

"I'm no virgin Mary!" I whisper shouted back and threw my palms over my mouth, realizing what I just said. Aaron's eyes widened and he yanked my arm harder, earning a yelp from me.

"And you never told me this because?!" He asked angrily. I understand why he's acting this way, when I dated Nick and Carlos, I completely shunned him. I never had a chance to talk to him anymore, and him, we, don't want to go through another best friend break up, because let's be real, they're way worse than relationship break ups.

I frowned at him and hugged him tightly. Confused and surprisingly, he hugged me back just as tight. "I'm sorry Aaron. We haven't talked ever since me and Aiden got together. I'm sorry if I ever ignored you and I'm sorry for all the times I have, I just-"

I didn't bother finishing my sentence. Aaron smiled softly at me and released from my hug. "How could I be mad at you? You're one of my best friends." He smiled again.

I returned a smile and looked away, disappointed in myself. "Well," He began, "How did it feel?" I snapped my head towards him, my eyes wide.

"Aaron!" I hissed. "What?! I'm just curious. Were you sore?" He whispered the last part, making my eyes grow wider.

He laughed and nudged my shoulder. "I'm kidding," He said in between laughs. "But seriously, you're telling me, whether you like it or not."

I rolled my eyes. "Sadly, I do." I smiled. I haven't realized how much I missed Aaron until now. Of course I'll always have him as my best friend, but I miss Stephanie. Badly.

I frowned at the thought, tears stinging in my eyes but I forced them back. I looked away and Aaron looked at me questionly. He grabbed my hands and held them at his chest. "What's wrong?" He asked.

I shook away my thoughts and looked at him, smiling softly. "Nothing," I replied. "Let's get to class." I smiled.

Imagine how bad Brian's and Camryn's and Aiden's grades are. Yikes. Well this is part one of Aiden and Camryn finally back at school. A lottttt of shit is gonna go down, with Marylin and Carlos and all the gossip. I bet you all thought you'd never see Carlos or that ho again but since I'm evil, YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE MWAHAHAHAH.

Andddd Nick's questioning disappearance will rumor around school, do you think people will get suspicious and start asking Camryn and Aiden questions? You'll ALSO have to wait and see MWAHAHAHAH.

And I have a really huge idea that will be in the next chapter OR the chapter after that but UNTIL THEN.....
