Camryn's pov

"Well I'm just gonna go take a nice, warm shower." I said before quickly pacing up the stairs before my mom can scold me, however, I was already too late.

"Stop. Right. There." My mom said as she waited at the bottom of the stairs, her hand resting on the rail. I groaned quietly and faced my mother, who had a bitter look on her face.

"Just because I was worried, that doesn't mean I wasn't mad." She said angrily. "I know mom, and I apologize for walking out on you like that...and missing dinner with dad...and probably leaving Brian alone at the table uncomfortably..." I mumbled the last part.

"Cool apology, I appreciate it, really, but guess who's grounded?" She asked in a sing-song tone as she spun around on her heel and returned to the kitchen.

I groaned quietly and stomped back up the stairs, not bothering to make a sarcastic comment because I couldn't fight my mom on this one, and I can't blame her for grounding me.

"One sec!" My mom shouted as I reached the top of the stairs. I turned around and she stood at the bottom of the staircase again, with her hand on her hip and one hand gesturing to give her something.

My phone.

Oh hell no.

"Woah, woah, woah, let's not get out of hand here." I held my hands up in front of me in defense. "Give it here." She sighed tiredly.

"Mother," I groaned. "I really don't blame you for grounding me, but this? I need this, for reasonable purposes! What if I'm coming home from school one day and-"

"Camryn, it's been a long day. I am in no mood, I am not taking any shit tonight so just please give me your phone." She said calmly as she rubbed her temples.

Out of sympathy and love, I hopped to the bottom of the staircase and put my phone in my mother's hand and planted a kiss on her cheek. "Goodnight mama, I love you and I am going to take a shower because I think I got some coffee in my bra." I smiled and walked away.

"What?" My mother asked, confused. "Nothing!" I laughed as I shut my bedroom door behind me.

I took the longest shower, it had to be at least an hour later, considering I was shaving and singing.

Did I say singing? I meant washing...

Any who, I hopped out of the shower with my towel wrapped around my body, my hair falling down my back as water trickled down onto the floor, leaving a pile of shower water.

As I made my way to grab my phone off the counter, I realized it wasn't there, remembering I got it taken away and mentally screamed.

That's what happens when you're a bad girl, Cam.

I brushed my teeth and got into the most comfortable clothes I could find and lie down in my bed, drifting off to sleep.

It's the next day, and Brian is currently driving us to school as the song 'Believer' by Imagine Dragons played silently as he drove.

I had a massive headache, not in the mood for anyone's shit today, nor am I in the mood for loud music which really freaking sucks.

Brian parked his car and I didn't realize we were at school until Brian nudged my shoulder. I sighed and opened the car door, walking into the school halls with Brian by my side.

I could absolutely, one hundred percent could tell that Brian was also in the mood for no one's shit today. He looked tired, bags hanging under his eyes as he dragged his feet slowly against the ground.

I frowned to myself, hugging Brian tightly before he went off to his little friend group.

I walked up to Aaron who was standing by his locker on his phone, scrolling mindlessly. "Hey bitch." I smiled as I leaned forward to hug him. Instead he backed away, giving me a nasty bitter look.

"What the fuck is up your ass," I asked as I scrunched my nose up in disgust. He rolled his eyes and slammed his locker shut. "Hoe," He muttered before adjusting his backpack strap and walking away.

My heart broke into two and my eyes stung. My jaw and fists clenched as I looked at my surroundings, embarrassed.

Fuck that bitch.

I inhaled sharply before walking to my locker and opening it, rummaging through it.

I really don't even know what I'm looking for.

After realizing I have nothing to look for, I slammed my locker shut and rubbed my forehead as my heart beated rapidly and my head pounded.

I walked down the hall in search for Brian, but bumped into Aiden instead. I smiled widely and reached forward to kiss him, but he also backed away.

What the fuck is everyone's problem today?

"Okay," I said slowly as I dropped my hands to my sides awkwardly. "Mind telling me what the fuck is up with everyone today lately?" I hissed as I crossed my arms over my chest angrily.

He scoffed and clenched his jaw. "What are you talking about? You really have the fucking nerve to come up to me after what you did?" He said angrily.

"I don't know what you're-"

"Cut the crap." He snapped as he walked away. My heart broke even more, I was so hyped to see him today too.

What an ass.

My eyes watered as my vision went blurry, what was he talking about?

"Camryn!" A cheery voice called from behind me. I turned around to see Marylin strutting towards me with a grin on her face. She stopped abruptly in front of me as her grin disappeared.

"Oh, why so blue?" She asked sarcastically as a grin grew back onto her face. "You," I spat as I stepped forward, my fists clenched.

"What did you do?" I asked angrily, my voice low. "Oh me?" She asked, batting her eyelashes. "Yes you, you dumb bitch!" I shouted as a group formed around us.

Great.

Fantastic.

"Well, all I ever did was tell the whole school about your little secret with Aiden and how I saw you kissing some other dude at a bakery." She said loudly enough for everyone around us to hear. Out of the corner of my eye, everyone seemed shocked.

Why would she lie like this? I've never crossed the line, never did something like this to Marilyn because I wanted to be the bigger person.

So why now? After all the things she's done to me, ruined for me.

I am going to ruin her.

"I never, never once cheated on any of my boyfriends, " I started calmly, my fists slowly unclenching. "If anything," I said innocently. "I remember them cheating on me. With, who was it again? Oh yeah, you!"

Her cheeks brightened a bright pink, as she looked down at her painted toenails. Everyone around me gasped, they knew that Nick and Carlos cheated, but they didn't know with who.

So I'm the only one who knows she's a whore.

I walked closer to her, inches away from her caked face. "Stop with the whole 'stealing my boyfriends' thing, and maybe we can be civilized." I stated.

Her jaw clenched, glaring into my eyes. She turned away on her heels, slowly walking away when she came to an abrupt stop.

Marilyn faced me again, walking up to me. "One last thing," she said before whipping her hand in the air and about to smack it down towards me.

When, out of the blue, her wrist was grabbed tightly, stopping her from leaving a mark on my face.

"Touch her and you're dead," Aiden snapped at her. Her eyes widened in fear, following with a small nod and a quiet whimper as she fled.

"Aiden," I said breathlessly. "Get to class. All of you." Aiden glared at the students around us as they nodded and went to their classes.

He looked at me, his face softening as he turned away and walked down the hall with his hands in his pockets, with me following after him.

"Aiden, wait, please just listen-"

"Camryn! Just leave me alone, get away!" He spun around to face me as he shouted. His tall figure towered over my petite one, as I stood in fear.

"I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to get you mad." I whimpered as I turned around and speed walked down the hall as tears ran down my cheeks, sobbing quietly.

"No Camryn, wait!" He called. But this time, I was already gone.

AND THE CAIDEN SHIP HITS AN ICEBERG!!!

No just messing with you, I make this stuff up as I go, I didn't even plan on Marilyn brewing tea whoops.

But hey, remember how I asked to guess my age? Well I'm twelve.
