I lead the battle. 

Blackout and I stuck by each other's sides, as he had the shield and I had the sword. We would always combine our attacks so we could do more damage overall. If the robots came even close to us, they were down on the ground and disappearing in a matter of seconds. I used multiple weapons to fight, but mostly, I used my sword while Blackout used his blade with his shield. 

We noticed that everyone was taking on the robots on their own, but they just kept on coming and coming. It was like there was no end. ...Blackout and I both knew that there had to be something that just kept spawning and re-spawning them... Where were they coming from? Where was the heart of the robots?

I then looked up further ahead, as I thought I would see nothing, but I was wrong...

Oh, was I so wrong. 

Up ahead was an even bigger robot than then before... One single person couldn't just take it down, there had to be multiple people. We both knew that the big robot up ahead was the one spawning them. We had to take the big robot down to finish them all off... We both knew there was only one way, and we didn't even have to say anything. We just knew.

We both preformed our battle dances, and with that, we each grabbed each other's arm and we transformed... Or... Fused. We fused into what was known as Obsidian, or the true heart of Shadout. Once we were fused, we already destroyed all of the zombies in our way and we were already running to the heart of all of the killer robots...

"...What? Who is that?" Shade asked, confused. 

"They fused!" Crystal and Evelyn said in unison, as they both had stars in their eyes. 

"Fused? Like in Steven Universe? OMG, yes. GOALS!" Karla shouted, as she was still battling the robots. Karla was very good at battling the robots, though, I'm sure it hurt her fists as she was using hand to hand combat against metal.

Obsidian's Human Disguise Form: Obsidian is the fusion between Blackout and I. Now, Obsidian doesn't have a gender, but has both a male version or female version. Basically, if it's a male, the hair is short and the ears and tail are white. If it's a female, the hair is long and covers the right eye. The right eye is blue whilst the left eye is red. The hair is brown, and in the middle of the head in the hair, there is two stripes which are red and white. In the female version, the ears are grey. There is pink, natural blush on the face. Obsidian wears a Lapis Lazuli necklace, my blue jacket, Blackout's black shorts, green shoes, and my tail. On the right side, there are my wing, and on the left side there is Blackout's wing. Obsidian can control both fire and water, and most importantly, Obsidian!

We leaped up at the big robot's face, as we used our Obsidian powers to crush the outsides of the big robot to get inside and destroy the heart of the big robot. We made sure to set the whole place on fire, which was cool. We ran down the many hallways that were inside of the big robot, and we finally found the spawner/heart. By staying our distance, we used our obsidian powers to shatter the metal heart, and since we knew that the robot would explode since we set the whole place on fire, we leaped out of the robot and back onto the ground.

...We watched the robot explode into tiny metal parts.

Once the whole explosion was over, Blackout and I unfused. We layed in the snow, laughing at what we had just done. "That was awesome." I smiled at our teamwork. 

"Yeah!" Blackout shouted, as he laughed.

We sat back up and the others had already started to run towards us...

I knew I would have to explain what just happened. 

"Okay... That was awesome." Eli stated. 

"...If you're wondering what that was... That was Obsidian. The fusion between Blackout and I..." I went on to explain the rest of everything that had happened. I explained how creatures can fuse with each other to make another being, just like in Steven Universe. Everyone can do this except for humans and people who are poisoned. 

We all agreed that we should stay here for a while, rest, train and then resume our journey. 

I pulled Conor aside, away from the others. 

"Conor, I have some explaining to do... It's one of the puzzle pieces which I thought I would never reveal, but here we are." I slightly laughed. "O-Okay, so you know how fusion is a thing?" He nodded, as he was listening. I got nervous, as I couldn't believe I was actually explaining this...

"Well, all of us except for those who are poisoned and humans, are a fusion of many characters... Rather it be characters from cartoons, books, anime, movies, etc. We are all a fusion of certain characters, and that's why we act like them. ...They all fuse together to make unique beings, and that also helps shape our personality." I explained, getting all shy about it. "...I'm a fusion." I finally ended.

"Can you pro-" I was already way ahead of him. I would only split up into two or three characters because I was fused with so many characters, but I figured that it would be enough for me to prove to him that I was a fusion of all these characters. 

I split up into Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe, San from Princess Mononoke, Blue from Wolf's Rain, Kiba from Wolf's Rain and Star Butterfly from SVTFOE. They then all fused back to create who I was, and I looked at Conor. 

"Does that prove it?" I ask him. He didn't say a word, almost like he was touched by a ghost... I tilted my head in confusion, as I didn't know why he wasn't saying anything...

"Am I a fusion?" He finally asked. ...He did always get straight to the point with the questions...

...I nodded. Again, everyone who is not poisoned or a human is a fusion in some type of way. That's what makes us who we are. ...It only made sense. 

"Okay. I believe you." He nodded. He was always so understanding, and I respected that. I knew it may be hard to believe or have the mindset that I do, but he always tried to have the same mindset as me. Though, everything may be a little confusing to him, he still tries and I respect that completely. ...I never know how to truly say thank you for everything that he has done for me.... 

It became what seemed like night, since the full solar eclipse had happened, so we decided to stay up through the night. ...I loved to observe the blood moon that just so happened to be happening along with the solar eclipse.

...Since we were all away from the humans, we could finally train together. 

Our training begins now.
