In Your Lives Part 1 - Tig

Description: Tig and Elliot Oswald's niece have a history from before she left Charming, but when visiting her family she reconnects with her lost lover.

"Well if it isn't my favorite niece," my uncle Elliot Oswald said as I walked up to him with my daughter in my arms. She'd been asleep in the car and refused to wake up despite being at Fun Town.

"It's nice to see you too," I said.

"I was talking about Alexis," he said, taking her from me. I rolled my eyes as I started talking to Tristen.

"How ya been cuz?" I asked.

"I'm great," she said.

"How old are ya now, like ten, eleven?"

"Ha ha," she said. "You know I turned thirteen."

"I know, just like messing with ya," I said. We talked as we walked and before long Elliot was handing Alexis back to me. She was wide awake and talking a mile a minute.

"I promise I will buy you cotton candy," I said to her as a group of the Sons walked up. I glanced down the line that included Gemma, Clay, Jax, Bobby, Juice, and Tig.

They talked for a few minutes before Tristen was getting bored and asked to go ride a ride.

"You've been on that four times already," her mother said. I love my aunt, I really do, but she's more concerned with the Oswald image than just about any born Oswald I've ever met.

"Here," Jax said, smirking a little. "Take my tickets. They kicked me off for screaming too loud."

"Thanks," she said taking them before walking off with her mother. I stepped up next to my uncle as he finished his conversation with Clay.

I could feel eyes on me and I knew it had to have been Tig. We had been dating before I left town three years ago. I caught him in bed with another woman and haven't looked back.

"(Y/N)," Tig said.

"Tig," I said in response. Bobby was standing with us as everyone else took off.

"How have ya been?" He asked.

"Good, I mean relatively at least," I said.

"That's good. Real good," he said. He paused for a second and I met his bright blue eyes. The same damn ones that stare up at me every day. My daughter was the miniature version of Tig and there was no denying it. My whole pregnancy I hoped she would look more like me than him but I was wrong.

"Who's this little one?"

"Alexis, my daughter," I said. "Lex, baby," she moved her head off my shoulder and looked up at me, "these are Mama's friends, Tig and Bobby."

"Hey there Princess," Bobby said. She smiled at that because she loves being the center of attention.

"Hi," she said softly. Tig was stunned.

"We need to talk," I said softly. He nodded, motioning Juice over. Juice groaned but jogged over to us.

"Congrats on the patch man," I said.

"Thanks (Y/N)," he said. He'd only been a prospect the last time I saw him.

"Here's ten bucks, take Alexis and go play a game or get her cotton candy or something," Tig said.

"Uh," Juice was looking at me for permission.

"Alexis, this is Mama's friend Juice. He's gonna take you around and get you cotton candy so Mama can talk to Tig and Bobby, okay?"

"Stay," she mumbled.

"He's gonna buy you candy," I said. She brightened up at that.

"You let my daughter eat a whole bag of cotton candy and you will be babysitting her the rest of the day. You lose her, I cut your dick off," I said.

"Noted," Juice said, taking Alexis from my arms. "How bout we get outta here for Mama beats me up," he said looking at Alexis.

He looked between Tig and I again and I nodded. He just turned and walked away, over to Jax and Gemma.

"When we're you gonna tell me?" He asked.

"I didn't know til I left cause I caught you in bed with a damn crow," I said. "I wanted with every fiber of my being for her to not look like you so I could deny it, but I can't."

"Why didn't you call?"

"Honestly cause I was pissed off Tig," I said. "How was I supposed to feel?"

"I regret that decision more and more every day that goes by where I'm not coming home to you," he said.

"I don't know what I'm supposed to do here Tig," I said.

"I don't expect you to take me back, at least not today. I would love to be in both your lives," he said. I shook my head.

"Are you being legit, because if I let you back in, and you break both our hearts I will have no choice but to kill you," I said.

"I would accept that," he said.

"Look I'm in town for a couple weeks, why don't we get dinner some time and you can get to know her a little bit and we can catch up without the shock of you having another kid," I said.

"I'd enjoy that," he said. I smiled softly and he returned it.

"I'll let you go find your kid, unless you want me hanging around."

I thought for a second. "You can."

He smiled brightly and my heart melted again. His smile always made my days brighter.

"(Y/N)," Bobby said, speaking up for the first time. I honestly think he stuck around just to chaperone. "For what it's worth, he's a mess without you. Hasn't touched a crow since you left. Maybe at least give him a chance."

"I will, thanks Elvis," I said. He hugged me before walking off so Tig and I could go find my daughter.

As we walked we caught up on the last few years. He told me about his older daughters and a little about the club. I told him about my job and Alexis and that I still had his crow.

When we found Juice and Alexis, I quickly realized she had him and Jax both wrapped around her finger already. She was on Juices shoulders as Jax carried three stuffed animals.

"What's goin on?"

"Mama, they won me stuffies and Juice got me candy and lemonade," Alexis said energetically.

"That was nice of them, did you say thank you?" I asked. She nodded and I looked to Jax and Juice.

"She's a very well mannered kid," Jax said. "Maybe I should hang around you and pick up the technique."

"I heard about your son. I'm sorry about all that," I said.

"He's gonna pull through," Jax said.

"You ever need help just call," I said. He nodded and I took Alexis back from Juice.

"Well, we should probably go find my aunt and uncle," I said.

"How late are you staying?" Tig asked.

"Just a few more hours. Someone has an 8:00 bedtime," I said.

"Mind if I tag along?" Tig asked.

"Sure," I said. We spent the next couple of hours hanging out with Tig and honestly, I missed him.

He was great with Alexis and he was so caring and sweet towards me. I remembered why I fell for him in the first place.
