Sonica was busy tidying her house after the whole incident with Eggman and mud thing, she felt bad for splashing him with mud and tried apologizing a bunch of times, she tied up her quills to a high ponytail and began working.

Until someone was knocking on her door.

She walked up to answer it and saw Eggman, Orbot, and Cubot there with a camera and microphone to record audio, what were these two up to?

"Look, before you get mad—I'm really sorry for the mud incident." She apologized and he smiled as Orbot recorded.

"Look, it's all in the past my dear and I have some few questions about what you think about Shadow." He said as he stroked his mustache and she had a faint blush on her cheeks but decided to answer his questions.

"What did you think of Shadow after your last battle?" Eggman asked the blue heroine as she thought about it and the position they were in when Shadow pinned her down.

"Well, sometimes he can a bit of a brute and non-caring—," She said as Eggman smiled at the feedback he's getting, until he stopped when he saw Sonica blush a little at what she said.

"But I think that he can be sweet even when we battle, sometimes I wonder if he likes me." She said as she blushed at her own words.

She went back inside and slammed the door as she buried her face in a pillow and muffled her words.

'Why did I say that in front of my enemy?!' She thought of that and blushed a deep red.

Shadow was in a cave full of red crystals as he found one particular blue and green crystal that reminded him of a female hedgehog.

—flashback—

"H-Hey, Um, this is something." Sonica said as he looked at the position that they are in and he let go of her wrists.

(Her quills are in a ponytail and she's wearing her bandana along with the sports tape.)

Shadow blushed at the memory as he held the crystal and placed it into a bag for her, until he shook his head, trying to get her out of his head.

Until Eggman showed up.

"Ahhh, Shadow! It's seems that the blue hedgehog has something to say to you!" He said giggling.

"What is it?" He growled out as he crossed his arms and saw the video.

"Sometimes—he can be—sweet even when we battle—Sometimes I wonder if he likes me?" Shadow blushed at the video and warped away from the man.

The three looked at each other and then shrugged.

The next day, Sonica went out to buy some food and she bumped into someone while looking at her list.

"Sorry about that I wasn't looking."

"It's fine ,Blue." She looked up to see that it was Scourge.

Sonica picked up the last of her groceries and started to walk away from the green hedgehog.

"Scourge, thanks for the help but I'll be on my way." She said speed walking away from the green hedgehog and walked over to her house and began putting the food away as she heard Robotnik laughing.

"Oh well." She said speeding off in a dash of blue.She ran and spin-dashed into his egg carrier as it created a portal which was sucking her in until Shadow grabbed her and pierced the earth with his spear.

His grip was lost when it fizzled out and the two were sucked into the portal.

Sonica felt a whole lot of pain and couldn't get up to see where she was until she saw something fly to her and picked her up.

"It's alright now, your going to be fine."

She blacked out.
