Sonic, Y/n, Chris, and Chuck were now in the garage and Chuck was talking to someone on the phone.

Chuck; I thought they'd do something along those lines. Well, thanks very much for giving me the scoop and I'll talk to you soon. (hangs up the phone) Well, it seems Sonic and Y/n's friends have been captured by the police and moved to Area 99.

Chris: Area 99?

We get an overhead view of Area 99 for a second before cutting back to the heroes.

Y/n: What's Area 99?

Chris: (looks at Y/n) Area 99 is a top secret military base.

Sonic: What?

Chris: (looks at Sonic) It's where the National Defense Force keeps all their tanks, fighter jets, and high-tech spy equipment.

Sonic / Y/n: That sounds like Eggman's/Robotnik's kinda place.

Chuck: Your friends have been taken there by the army and placed under 24-hour guard. Authorities think that they could be aliens or members of different mutant species' developed by aliens to attack us. (turns to Sonic and Y/n with a smug grin) I wonder if their wrong.

Sonic / Y/n: Call us what you want, now that we know where they are, we're out of here. (looks at each other) Jinx!

Sonic and Y/n look at each other while laughing as they did it again. Meanwhile, Chris is feeling a little unsure about this and Chuck just rolls his e-yes. (If you get this reference, you get 5 points. the only rule is that you can't look at the comments to see what the reference is.)

Chris: If you guys show up to Area 99, you'll be locked up too.

Y/n: If they can catch me-

Sonic: They can lock me up.

They fist bump before walking starting to walk out, only for the garage door to close on them.

Y/n: (turning back to them with a bored expression) Really?

Sonic: (angry) Open that door!

Chris: (defensively) I didn't do it!

Chuck: Heh. It was me.

Y/n: Well, you know what I say, there's always another way.

Y/n then zoomed out of the room and a couple seconds later, knocking was heard on the garage door. Chuck opened the door and they all saw Y/n standing outside with a smirk.

Sonic: How did you get out?

Y/n: The front door was unlocked.

Sonic facepalmed as that was very obvious.

Y/n: Still, I can tell you guys can help us during this, so (holds up a thumbs up) come on.

Chris and Chuck were glad that Y/n wasn't too cocky that he denied help. Sonic just shrugged and went along with it.
