The Blue Typhoon was floating through space and over a planet with everyone on the ship doing their own thing until they heard the alarm and everyone except Y/n and Chaos rushed to the bridge.

Tails: Our scanners picked up two objects approaching. Dead ahead and closing fast.

Amy: I see them.

The two objects were two Metarex. One was bigger than the other and the smaller one that looks like a monkey was holding the planet egg.

Sonic: Metarex.

Cosmo: It looks like they just stole that planet egg.

Tails: We can't let those two Metarex get away, we're gonna fight them to save that planet egg.

Crew: Roger.

The Blue Typhoon began to shake as the bigger Metarex wrapped some sort of wire around the wings.

Tails: Fire the laser cannons!

They shot lasers at the Metarex, but it had no affect.

Cream: It bounced right off!

The Metarex tightened its grip on the wings, causing them to slowly brake.

Amy: It's trying to pull our wings off. We have to do something before it's too late!

Tails: We'll stop it! Charge the Lightning Sonic Power Cannon!

Knuckles: We're loading it now.

Chris: Sonic, enter the power cannon and get ready for launch!

Sonic went outside and ran inside the cannon.

Sonic: Ready!

Helen: Wait, where's Y/n?

Spark: I think he said he was taking a shower.

Tails: There's no time to wait for him.

Sonic got into Spindash and got charged by the lightning.

Tails: Sonic Power Cannon, fire!

The cannon fired Sonic threw the Metarex's chest which not only destroyed it, but the explosion also blew the smaller Metarex back to the planet.

Tails: Looks like we knocked out the Metarex. The big one is out of commission, and the plant egg is going back where it belongs.

Cosmo: Thanks to Sonic.

Cream: Yeah. He was incredible!

Amy: He's a real knock out.

Star: Would've been better to see Y/n in action, too.

Cream: My big brother is pretty cool.

Amy: Hang on. You just said you liked Sonic a minute ago.

Star: That doesn't matter, now she likes Y/n. Isn't that right, Creamy?

Cream: I like Sonic and big brother.

Star: But who's better?

Amy: Hey, where is Sonic anyway? Why isn't he coming back to the ship?

Y/n and Chaos walked in at that moment.

Y/n: We felt the ship shaking, what's going on?

Amy ran to Y/n.

Amy: You did return, Sonic!

She was about to hug him, but Y/n moved to the side, dodging her hug.

Y/n: Are you serious?

Chaos: This is not your boyfriend, this is Lord Y/n.

Star: You got them confused?

Spark: Trust me, it happens more often than you think.

Amy: Of course, I should have been able to tell from his too cool for school attitude.

Y/n: I'm sorry, what was that? I couldn't hear you over the amount of worthlessness that's around you.

Tails: Guys, we've got bigger things to worry about right now.

Knuckles: What's wrong?

Chris: the Cannon that launch Sonic out of the ship worked great. Unfortunately, we launched him too hard and he couldn't get out of his spin on time to get back to the ship. Looks like he's heading straight for the planet.

Helen: I feel like I could've done something to prevent that.

Chris: Don't be so hard on yourself, hun.

Knuckles: It's too bad Sonic's not packing a parachute.

Amy: Sonic!

Sonic landed harshly on the planet where there was nothing but trees and plants as far as the eye can see.

Sonic: Oh, man. What a trip. I wonder where I-

He saw Eggman and his little crew next to him unconscious.

Sonic: It's Eggman! Huh?

Sonic looked beside his foot and saw the green Chaos Emerald and picked it up.

Sonic: He found a Chaos Emerald. You don't mind if I borrow this while you're resting, do ya? See ya!

Sonic ran off.

At the Blue Typhoon.

They landed on the planet with Knuckles and Tails in the X-Tornado and Amy, Y/n and Chaos standing outside of it.

Amy: Move over! I'm going with you.

Tails: Stay here, Amy. It's not safe, that's smaller Metarex may be out there somewhere.

Amy: But I have to find Sonic!

Tails: Don't worry, Amy. Knuckles and I will find him and bring him back. Y/n, I think it's best you stay here, too. Chris needs help fixing the ship. Who knows? Maybe Sonic will show up here.

Y/n: That does sound like a likely probability.

Knuckles: Tails is actually trying to tell Amy that we don't want her getting in our way and we need you to stay here to babysit her.

Amy: In your way?

Knuckles: Come on, Tails. Let's get going.

Tails: Okay.

Amy: Do not take off!

They took off.

Amy: You'll regret this!

Y/n: Amy, clam down. If Sonic does find us, I'll let you be the first to greet him.

Amy: Fine.

Y/n: But remember, don't be clingy.

Amy: Yeah, yeah.

She gave a playful smirk.

Amy: Let's forget me and Sonic for a moment. Uh, Chaos. You mind giving us a moment?

Chaos: No problem.

Chaos left Y/n's bracelet and walked off.

Y/n: What do want to talk about?

Amy: Well, random question. What do you think about Star?

Y/n: She's a nice and caring person, but she can really be something when she's angry. If anything, she reminds me of myself in a way. And I love how she takes care of Cream and Cheese when I can't.

Amy: What else?

Y/n: What else is there?

Amy: What do you think about her looks? Or her... build?

Y/n: Well, she has lovely violet eyes, and she's kind of cute if I'm being honest. As for her build...

He remembered something Spark told him while ago.

Spark: My dear nephew, tell me. Do you know what is the most important thing for a Thunderhog is?

Y/n: Is it mastering as many techniques before you die?

Spark: That is good to have, but it's not as important.

Y/n: Well, is it the will to stand up for what's right and not quit no matter what?

Spark: Ah, now you might be on to something there. But that's not it either.

Y/n: Then what is it?

Spark: It is...

Y/n looked at Spark in anticipation.

Spark: ... His woman.

Y/n: What?

Spark: It is important for us Thunderhogs to be strong, but what's even more important is having a caring, strong woman to take care of us and bare our children one day.

Y/n: Was my biological Mother a strong woman?

Spark: Your Father was a strong Thunderhog that wasn't afraid to take risk, but the one thing that did scare him was your Mother. And your new Mother is pretty strong willed herself. But there is another thing in woman you should look for.

Y/n: And what's that?

Spark: Large boobs.

Y/n: Uh...

Y/n now thought about Star's greatly sized breast which made him blush and caused his nose to bleed a little.

Y/n: (blushing) It's a good one.

Amy saw his face gave another playful smirk.

Amy: So, you like her?

Y/n: (blushing) Th-That's not what I said!

Amy: I did see you two get pretty close on planet Breezy.

Y/n: (blushing) That was team bonding!

Amy: Really, then why are you blushing? And why is your nose bleeding?

Y/n: (blushing) Uh...

Amy: You pervert. You're nose is bleeding at the thought of Star's build, isn't it?

Y/n: Well...

Amy: (smirking) Just admit it, you like her.

Y/n: Tsk. Fine, I'll admit it. I might have feelings for her.

Amy: (squeal) I knew it!

Y/n: But don't you dare tell her anything.

Amy: Why? I could help you.

Y/n: Don't interfere. I know what I'm doing.

Amy: If you say so.

With Star, Cosmo, Cream and Cheese.

They left the Typhoon to see a bit of the scenery.

Cream: This is going to be fun. I love to explore new places, don't you, Cheese?

Cheese: Chao.

Star: Now, this is my kind of planet.

Cosmo placed a hand on a tree.

Cosmo: The trees are sad. It seems the Planet hasn't been restored yet.

Star: That smaller Metarex must still have it.

Cosmo: I can't leave here until I make sure the egg is restored.

Cream: You mean, you're going to go look for the Planet egg, Cosmo?

Cosmo: Yes.

Star: Well, as your older sister, I cannot allow you to go alone.

Amy stomped out of the Typhoon and into the forest.

Cream: Amy?

Cosmo: Where are you going?

Amy: Where do you think?! I'm gonna go find Sonic!

Cream: But didn't Knuckles and Tails take the X-Tornado to look for him?

Amy: I'm not gonna rely on anybody else to find Sonic! I have to go rescue him myself! I won't rest until I get him back.

Cream: Wait!

Cosmo: Amy is right. I cannot rely on anyone else either. I won't rest until I hold the Planet egg in my hand.

Cosmo followed after Amy.

Cream: Big sis Star, we need to do something.

Star: I'd say we let them go. There's no stopping my sister when she gets like this.

Y/n came out and leaned against the door with his arms crossed.

Y/n: You two should go after them in case they need help.

Cream: What about you, big brother?

Y/n: I've gotta stay here and help Chris and Helen with the damage.

Spark showed up.

Spark: You go on. I'll help Chris and Helen.

Y/n: Are you sure?

Spark: Positive.

Y/n: Thank you, Uncle.

Him and Spark shared a quick hug before Y/n left with Chaos.

Spark: Be safe.

Y/n: Let's go, guys.

They followed after Amy and Cosmo.

Amy: Sonic, where are you?!

Y/n and Cream were using their bracelet blades to cut through the long grass.

Y/n: This is so damn annoying.

Cream: At least Helen's back on the ship so she doesn't have to walk through this mess.

Star: Um, excuse me. If it's not too much trouble, could you maybe slash the plants as little as possible?

Y/n: Sure.

Cream: Okay, sorry.

Star: That's all right, Creamy.

Cosmo accidently got her dress caught in a down branch that went up and hung her upside down.

Amy: Cosmo, are you okay?

Cheese flew up to Cosmo and got her dress free. Letting Cosmo float down.

Cosmo: I'm fine.

Amy: Maybe you should go back, Cosmo. Leave the searching to me, somebody as refined as you doesn't belong out in the wild.

Y/n: Oh, and someone as worthless as you does?

Star: As much as I hate to agree with Amy at the moment, I think she's right, sis.

Cosmo: I'm not turning back. Let's keep going.

Amy: If that's what you want.

They went on ahead.

Star: (Thinking: Being held upside down is so embarrassing for a woman. Glad that wasn't me. Wait, if it was me and with me have a shorter skirt, would Y/n have seen my panties?!)

The thought alone made Star blush a deep red. They kept going until they saw the Planet egg in a clearing.

Cosmo: It's the Planet egg.

Amy: That was easy.

Star: A little too easy, if you ask me.

Cream: There's something strange about this.

Amy: What do you mean, Cream?

Cream: How did the Planet egg land right in the middle of this clearing?

Amy: That is kinda weird. Almost like someone wanted us to find it.

Cosmo: Well, I'm taking it.

Amy: I don't think that's a good idea.

Cosmo: Maybe you're right, Amy. But we have to put it back where it belongs, or this planet is finished.

Star: Then let me use a root to bring it over to us.

Chaos: Or I could get it.

Cosmo: No, I'll do it myself.

Cosmo and the others went to the Planet egg and Cosmo almost grabbed it, but Y/n saw a net form from the ground.

Y/n: Get back!

Y/n grabbed Cream, Cheese and Star and jumped back while Amy and Cosmo were caught in the net.

Cream/Star: Amy/Cosmo!

Amy: Hey, let us go!

The Monkey Metarex came out of the bushes.

Monkey Metarex: Now who's the monkey in the middle?

Cosmo: You again.

Y/n: Perfect.

Y/n charged a Thunder Jab.

Monkey Metarex: Wait, why aren't you there?!

Y/n struck at the Metarex which barely ducked it. At that moment, a sharp object came out of nowhere and stabbed Y/n in the side.

Star: Y/n!

Cream: Big brother, no!

Cheese: Chao, chao.

They ran and checked on him to see the wound was slowly leaking blood.

Monkey Metarex: Where did that come from? Eh, doesn't matter. I'm have to leave. I'm heading off to steal your ship now so I can escape with the Planet egg.

The Metarex locked them up in a wooden cage.

Monkey: You fell right into my trap. Well, some of you did. I bet you didn't suspect it to be this cagey. I can't take all the credit though. My scheme wouldn't have worked if you weren't so gullible. And I owe a big thanks to your worthless leader for getting hurt so I could easily get the rest of you.

Amy gripped the bars tight while Star tried to get her fist through the bars to punch the Metarex.

Cream: Don't lose your cool, we'll find a way out.

Monkey Metarex: Bye-bye. I'll say hello to your friends for you. If there as dim-witted as you, I should be doing a victory dance in no time.

It walked away.

Amy: I don't think so, you miserable monkey. Sonic's going to go ape when he finds out you caught me!

Cream: Don't go ballistic.

Y/n: I'd highly doubt... Sonic would even care, Rose.

Star: Y/n, quit straining yourself!

Chaos: Here, give me ten seconds and I'll heal you.

Cosmo: Is there anything I can do to help?

Chaos looked back at Cosmo with absolute hate in his eyes.

Chaos: You...

Cosmo felt a little frightened.

Chaos: Like you haven't done enough. What you can do is sit in that corner and be quiet.

Cosmo just nodded.

Chaos: Now, let's see here.

Star looked closely at the wound.

Star: Whatever stabbed him is still in there. Chaos, if you can take it out, I'll do the rest.

Chaos: And why would I allow you to help? It was your sister that got him into this situation in the first place.

Star: She couldn't have known something like this was gonna happen.

Y/n: Star, Chaos. That's enough.

Star/Chaos: Sorry.

Y/n coughed up a bit of blood.

Chaos: Okay, for the sake of my partner, I'll work with you.

Chaos pulled out the sharp object then Star healed the wound.

Star: I'm done. How do you feel?

Y/n: Better.

Y/n slowly got up.

Chaos: Don't rush yourself, my Lord. Now, let's see what this thing you got stabbed with is.

He looked at the object and saw it was a big thorn, around the size of a pen.

Star: I've never seen a thorn this big before.

Y/n: You haven't even made one?

Star: Thorns are a bit advanced.

Cosmo was looking down sad.

Star: Hey, don't listen to-

Cosmo: No, Chaos is right. It's all my fault. I never should have fallen for the Planet egg trap. Now we've lost the Planet egg and Sonic.

Amy got out her hammer and started wailing on the cage, causing it to crash down.

Amy: Don't worry, Cosmo.

Cosmo: Okay. Thanks, Amy.

A piece of the cage was gonna fall on Star's head, but Y/n wrapped his arm around her and sliced the piece in half. Star at that moment had a romantic filter on.

Y/n: (romantic tone) Are you okay?

Star: (blushing) Wh-What?

Y/n: I asked if you were okay. Are you?

Star: (blushing) Oh, uh, yes. Thank you.

Y/n: It's what I do.

They went back on the move.

Amy: We have to find Sonic and warn him before that Metarex traps him, too.

Cream: Shouldn't we go back to the ship, Amy? We could call Tails and Knuckles for help.

Amy: No way. I set out to rescue Sonic all by myself and that's what we're all gonna do.

Cosmo: I promise to be more careful from now on. We'll never save any planets if I don't stop getting us into trouble all the time.

Amy stopped in front of a clearing with the Planet egg in the middle of it.

Amy: This sure looks familiar.

Cream: Looks like another Metarex trap.

Cheese: Chao, chao.

Amy: Well, we're not going to let it trick us a second time, are we?

Cosmo: Would it try the same trap twice? Well, there's only one way to find out.

Amy: No! Cosmo, don't!

Star: Sis, what are you doing?!

Cosmo: Stay back and if it's a trap, it will only catch me.

She grabbed the planet egg and then vines came out and swept everyone's feet hanging them upside down. Then, the Monkey Metarex came out of the bushes.

Monkey Metarex: That makes two for two! Huh? Didn't I catch you already? How did you escape from your cage?

Amy: Get lost! That's our business.

Monkey Metarex: You fell for the same trap twice? Whoa, you're a bigger SAPs than the trees around here.

Star: (Thinking: I am so glad Y/n's not above me.)

Y/n made hand signals towards Cream who nodded.

Monkey Metarex: What's that you're doing with your hands?

Y/n used his bracelet blade to cut himself free and he ran around the Metarex in a circle.

Monkey Metarex: What's this? Some of your own Monkey Business?

Y/n: I think the warrior you're looking for is "diversion."

Monkey Metarex: What?

Cream used her ears to fly herself straight up.

Cream: You know what to do, Cheese!

Cheese flew into Cream's hand.

Cream: Go get him!

She threw Cheese at the Metarex and he punch it in the face, sending it back. Cream then used her blade to cut the others free.

Y/n: Excellent work, Cream.

Cream: It's a good thing you taught me hand signals during our training Journey.

Cosmo grabbed the Planet egg.

Amy: Come on!

They all ran off.

Cream: Maybe we should go back to the ship, Amy.

Amy: No, Cream. That Metarex is still on the loose. I have to find Sonic and warn him.

Cosmo: You all must be angry with me after the trouble I caused you today. I'm so focused on saving the Galaxy, I can get Reckless sometimes.

Amy: You've got the Planet egg. I really admire how you never gave up.

Cosmo: You do?

Amy: I know just how you feel, Cosmo. Because when I think Sonic's in danger, I won't give up till I know he's safe. That's why I won't stop till I find him.

Star: I can't tell if that's sweet dedication or just a creepy obsession.

Amy: Says the girl who willingly does whatever an edglord tells her to do!

Star: (blushing) Well, at least I can tell my hedgehog apart from another one, flat as a board!

She pushed Amy's chest.

Amy: (blushing) What was that?!

Y/n: All right, that's enough. Fighting will get us nowhere.

Star: You're right. Sorry, Amy.

Amy: Me too.

Cream: Let's all be friends, find Sonic and then put the Planet egg back where it belongs.

Cosmo: That's great.

A big ball came out of nowhere, hitting Cosmo and sending her flying and hitting the Planet egg out of her hands.

Amy: Cosmo!

The Monkey Metarex caught the Planet egg.

Monkey Metarex: That was too easy.

Cosmo: Not so fast.

Cosmo used her skirt to float down.

Monkey Metarex: They got me surrounded.

Cosmo threw berries at the Metarex, blocking its vision.

Monkey Metarex: I can't see!

Star punched it in the chest, sending him into Amy's hammer, knocking it down. They then made a run for it until the Metarex caught up.

Monkey Metarex: Hold it right there!

They kept running until the gang was caught by a pit trap.

Monkey Metarex: Yeah! I did it!

Cream flew everyone out except for Y/n who got out with Chaos's help and Cheese flew out the Planet egg.

Amy: Give it all you got, girls!

Cosmo/Cream/Star: Roger!

Cream spun them around and Amy used the extension to give a good hammer strike to the Metarex.

Y/n: Now it's our turn.

Star got down.

Star: Allow me to help. Vine Rope!

A big vain rope came from the ground and wrapped around the Metarex.

Y/n: Thanks. Burst Stream!

Y/n streamed lightning through the vine, electrocuting the Metarex.

Amy: Now for the finishing blow! Y/n, you mind?

Y/n nodded and streamed lightning into her hammer and Amy used it to hit the Metarex away.

Amy: When we all work together, we're unstoppable.

All: Yeah.

They all fist bumped. Cream noticed how friendly Amy and Y/n were being towards each other.

Cream: Well, when did you two become such good friends?

With Sonic.

He was running with the Chaos Emerald until it began to glow bright and he saw the X-Tornado in the sky.

Tails: Sonic!

Sonic: Hi, Tails. Look, got a little present for ya!

Knuckles: He's got another Emerald.

Tails: Stay there! We're coming down to pick it up!

The X-Tornado transformed into the X-Cyclone, but before it could hit the ground, Eggman with his machine restrained the X-Cyclone and took the Emerald.

Sonic: Eggman.

Eggman: I'm taking that Emerald back, Sonic. I found it first, so it belongs to me.

Sonic: But if it wasn't for the Metarex, I'd still have them all.

Eggman: According to my rules, it's Steelers Keepers, Sonic.

Eggman put the Emerald in his robot.

Decoe: Retrieval operation complete. The Emerald is secure.

Bocoe: Time to power up.

Eggman's gaint bee robot took a more red form. Then the others showed up with the Metarex.

Amy: Oh, Sonic!

She almost came on him, but remembered what Y/n said.

Y/n: Remember, don't be clingy.

She stopped herself.

Amy: It's great to see you again.

Sonic was a bit taken aback by this.

Monkey Metarex: Oh, no. Now they're all gonna gang up against me.

Sonic: Amy, aren't you gonna hug me or something?

Amy: No, you need your space.

Cosmo: Look, everybody! We found the Planet egg! Isn't that fantastic?

Knuckles: Take it easy.

Star: How can we? We saved another planet.

Eggman: You should be more worried about me.

Decoe/Bocoe: Activating Attract Mode!

The claws on the bee robot grabbed everyone, even the Metarex.

Monkey Metarex: Let me go! I'm battling against the Hedgehogs and their friends, too.

Eggman: No way. I won't work with anyone who looks like he belongs in a zoo.

Suddenly, the Planet egg started to glow and plants began to wrap around Eggman and his robots.

Eggman: What's going on?

Tails: The energy from the Planet egg is making the vegetation grow faster!

The plants wrapped around the others, too.

Knuckles: It's growing like crazy!

Amy: These vines sure are clingy, aren't they?

Y/n: Star, see if you can calm the vines down!

Star: Got it!

Star put her hands together and focused really hard and it got the vines to stop growing.

Star: I don't know how long I can keep it up.

Y/n made contact with the Blue Typhoon.

Chris: This is the Blue Typhoon, over.

Y/n: We need help.

Chris: I'm on my way.

They hung up.

Chris: I'll be back.

Helen: Before you go...

She kissed him on the cheek.

Helen: Good luck.

Chris rubbed his cheek and went on to the plane room with a smile.

Spark: Ah, there is nothing as beautiful as young love.

Later.

Chris arrived in his plane.

Chris: Hang on, guys.

Sonic: It's Chris!

Tails was reaching into the X-Cyclone.

Tails: Almost... (got out Chaos Emerald) Got it. Catch, Sonic.

He threw it at Sonic who caught it.

Sonic: Nice work, Tails.

Sonic use of Emerald's power to Spindash out of his vine. Y/n did the same.

Chris: Heads up, Sonic!

Chris shot Sonic his hover shoes and he glided on the vines while Y/n entered Thunder Mode and at fill speed, they rushed straight through Eggman, sending him flying and dropping the Chaos Emerald. Sonic caught it and Y/n exited Thunder Mode. While the others were still in vines.

Sonic: Sorry to leave you hanging.

The Planet egg went back into the Planet and set the others free.

Amy: Huh, no wonder I don't like gardening.

The Metarex was also set free.

Monkey Metarex: What a mechanical nightmare.

Y/n: Hey there, tough guy. Remember those traps you put us in.

Monkey Metarex: I couldn't help myself from tricking you. I was programmed for Monkey Business.

Star: Is that what you call that stab in his side?

Monkey Metarex: Uh, I didn't do that, actually.

Amy: Yeah right. Let's end this.

Suddenly, a big wooden root wrapped around the Metarex and crushed it.

Y/n: Good work, Star.

Star: That wasn't me.

Y/n: Then who was it?

Knuckles: I don't think I want to find out. Let's just take the Emerald and get out of here.

They left to the Blue Typhoon, but unbeknownst to them, the same Metarex from Planet Seco was watching them.

Green Metarex: As I thought. As the days go by, the powers of the Thunderhog brat grows.

At the Blue Typhoon.

They were floating through space looking at their two Emeralds.

Tails: Only five more to go.

Cosmo: I'm sure we'll get them all back.

Star: That's the positivity I like to hear.

Chris: You think so, Cosmo?

Cosmo: You bet. Today I learned that if we all work together, anything is possible.

Cheese: Chao, chao.

Later.

Amy was walking through the halls when Sonic approached her.

Sonic: Hey, Amy.

Amy: Yes, Sonic?

Sonic: Well, I was wondering if you'd like to hang out a little in the cafeteria.

Amy looked past Sonic's shoulder and saw Y/n who gave her a thumbs up.

Amy: Sure. You go on ahead, I'll be there shortly.

Sonic: Okay.

He ran over to the cafeteria and Amy went to Y/n to give him a big hug.

Amy: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Y/n patted her head.

Y/n: I told you it'd work.

Amy released the hug and went to the cafeteria. Y/n went on and saw Star sitting on the bench of the training room looking tired so Y/n sat next to her.

Y/n: What's wrong?

Star: It's nothing. It's just that, instead of your body using energy to heal you, I use my own energy when I heal someone. And that plant controlling wasn't exactly easy.

She let out a cute yawn.

Star: I could use a nap.

She leaned on Y/n's shoulder, causing him to blush.

Chaos: I'll give you some privacy, Lord Y/n.

Chaos left Y/n's bracelet and walked away. Leaving a blushing Y/n and sleeping Star.
