Narrator: Last time on "Sonic X x Male Reader," the Chaos Creature devoured the seventh Chaos Emerald and transforms into a mammoth monster. A tidal wave of fear flooded Station Square as the city became a watery wreck. The four out of five members of Team Chaos showed up and Y/n summoned his gaint Chao friends, including Lord Tea and Lady Biscuit, but it along with Eggman and Y/n's honored Sage Mode couldn't stop the belligerent Behemoth. But with the help of him and Sonic's friends and the power of the Chaos Emeralds, Super Sonic and Y/n socked it to him! And at the end of it all, Y/n was able to befriend Chaos. Y/n and Sonic were running through what was left of Station Square.

Y/n: You check West, I got East.

Sonic: Okay.

They split up Y/n heard a little girl crying in a building that was blocked of by ruble.

Y/n: This could be challenging.

Chaos came from his bracelet.

Y/n: Hey, what's up?

Chaos extended its arms to a long range and moved the ruble out of the away.

Y/n: Nice job, Chaos.

Chaos sunk back into Y/n's bracelet and Y/n took the girl and ran out of there.

At the Thorndyke residence.

The house was destroyed and a bunch of movers were moving the ruined furniture out while Ella and Lindsay were cleaning the furniture that was gonna be packed.

Mover: Toss this!

Mover 2: Okay, that's good. Right here.

Lindsay: Oh, dear! All my lovely furniture ruined!

At Chris' school.

A helicopter landed in front of Chris, Mr. Stewart, and a lot of other students.

Mr. Stewart: Okay, class! Ready to carry the rescue supplies to the cafeteria?

Class: Yeah!

Nelson opened the helicopter door from the inside.

Nelson: Chris!

Chris: Dad! What are you doing here?

Nelson: I thought I'd drop in and see how you were doing.

Chris: I'm fine!

The kids started hauling the supplies into the cafeteria where lots of people were resting.

Francis: These boxes are heavy! (sigh) I need to take a break!

Danny: That's okay. Why don't you go play and let me and Chris finish the unloading?

Francis: I can lift as much as you!

Man: Our son is lost.

Woman: Did the search parties find a little boy?

Woman: What about a little girl?

Officer: Er, no, ma'am.

They both started to cry when Sonic and Y/n ran in with a kid each, Sonic's a boy and Y/n's a girl.

Sonic: Are these your kids?

Boy: Ma!

Girl: Mommy!

Women: Jim/Ailey! You're safe!

Man: Sonic, thanks a lot!

Ailey's mom: You too, Y/n!

Y/n: You should thanking Chaos. He did the hard part.

Ailey's mom: Well, be sure to tell him I said "thanks".

Chaos came out of Y/n's bracelet.

Y/n: Tell him yourself.

Ailey's mom: Thank you for saving my little girl, Chaos!

At the white house.

The President was signing papers.

President: When I ran for this job, I thought I'd be tackling the world's problems head on. Instead I'm the most powerful paperpusher in the world. I wish, just, just once, I could do something heroic. Like Sonic or Y/n!

Woman: Here's the bill declaring Station Square to be a disaster area.

President: Oh, well! I suppose somebody has to sign this stuff.

Woman: And this is executive order 11378.

President: You'll have to refresh my memory.

Woman: A new series of robots will be built which are specially designed to combat Dr. Eggman.

President: Er, good idea! Am I done now?

Woman: One last thing.

President: What's this?

Woman: A security clearance. We just hired your new driver and he starts today. He's called Sam Speed. Apparently, he lives up to his name.

The President got a message from Y/n.

President: Wonder what Y/n wants?

He read the message.

President: "Hey, sir. I would like to ask for a temporary leave of absence while my home is being fixed." I think so.

He started to reply.

President: (Texting: Sure, but promise me you'll come back here if we need you.)

Y/n: (Texting: Okay.)

With Y/n.

He was with Tails, Amy Cream and Cheese along with the Thorndyke's, Mr. Tanaka, Ella, Danny, Francis and Helen.

Lindsay: I'll miss you, darling!

Chris: Me, too, Mom.

Cream: This is it! Goodbye!

She cried into Y/n's chest who patted the back of her head.

Y/n: It's okay, Cream.

Chuck: What's the big deal?

Nelson: Yeah, I promise you'll all be seeing each other again in a month or two, just a soon as we have everything cleaned up at the house.

Ella: Why are you coming with us again, Y/n?

Y/n: The flood wrecked our house too. So, Cream has to go with you and I can't leave her side being her mentor, so you're stuck with me too.

Danny: Don't forget to send me a postcard.

Francis: Me, too, Chris! Okay?

Chris: I will.

Helen: I wish you could stay, Chris. Things won't be the same here without you, Y/n or Mr. Stewart around.

Chris: Isn't Sonic gonna say goodbye?

Amy: Sonic had to run. But he did tell me to say that he'd see you later, Chris.

Chris: Oh.

Tails: Don't you worry, Chris, when you're feeling lonely, just call us, and we'll all hop in the X-Tornado and fly over to see ya. And Sonic can run there for a visit in no time at all!

Y/n: Same for me. So, try not to miss me too much, Helen.

Helen: I don't think I can. Promise me you'll be back soon.

Y/n: I don't think I can make such a promise, but just know I'll miss you the most, Helen.

He smiled and they both hugged.

Amy: Don't worry! Two months isn't all that long and time passes a lot quicker when you first move to a new place.

Chris: I guess so.

Chris, Ella, Mr. Tanaka, Chuck, Y/n, Cream and Cheese got in the RV.

All: Goodbye, Chris!

Chris: Bye, guys! See ya!

Cream whimpered.

Y/n: Miss them already, huh?

???: I truly am sorry for this.

Cream: Huh?

Chris: Who said that?

Chaos came from Y/n's bracelet.

Chaos: That would be me.

Y/n: Chaos, you can talk?

Chaos: I always could, I just didn't see any reason to before.

Chris: Do you know our names.

Chaos: Let me see if I got this right.

It points to Chris.

Chaos: You're Chris, (points to Ella) Ella, (points to Cream and Cheese) you two are Cream and Cheese, (points to Y/n) and you're Y/n.

Y/n: Yep, you got it all right. I look forward to working with you as partners.

Chaos: You too, partner.

With Eggman.

He along with Decoe and Bocoe were spying on scientists that were making robots.

Eggman: If their robots were better, that would make them smarter than me.

Decoe: It does look like they made progress, Doctor.

Bocoe: If it is true, we will be in big trouble!

Eggman: Then I'll find out. All I have to do is hack into their main computer and I'll have instant access to all of their robot designs.

He started hacking and got to the log in password.

Eggman: I'll log in.

He logged in easily.

Eggman: Great! We're in!

He started to look through the design files to find so many.

Eggman: How did they come up with all these designs so quickly?

As he scrolled through he saw a picture of an old man that looked like him.

Eggman: It can't be!

He started to dig deeper into the file.

Decoe: Oh! Dr. Eggman?

Bocoe: Is something wrong?

Eggman: Unbelievable! This can only mean... This world is the world I was born in.

Decoe/Bocoe: Oh!

Eggman: This is Professor Gerald Robotnik who was the greatest scientific genius of his time. He's my grandfather! So, maybe Y/n calling me Robotnik wasn't such a bad thing after all.

Decoe: Does that mean there is a connection between this world and the one we came from?

Bocoe: But how could that be?

Eggman: The two worlds are in parallel universes and share the exact same position in time and space. Each is unaware of the other's existence. But thanks to Chaos Control, we travel between them. Let's see if there's any data about my grandfather that can clear up this mystery.

He got another password.

Eggman: Let's try "Eggman."

It didn't work.

Eggman: Error? Robotnik?

He tried it but it still didn't work.

Eggman: (groan) No way!

He then thought about something.

Eggman: Maria! Yes! M-A-R-I-A!

He put it in.

Eggman: Come on!

It unlocked a top secret file.

Decoe: You did it!

It was long before they were noticed by the anti-virus.

Eggman: They detected us!

Decoe: Download proceeding!

Bocoe: Affirmative! Deleting original file from host computer.

Decoe: File deletion proceeding.

They were struggling to keep the file on while downloading and deleting it.

Decoe: Download complete in three seconds.

Bocoe: Done!

Decoe: Original file deleted now!

Eggman: Whew! Hacking sure is hard work! Now, let's look at that file.

He started to go through it.

Eggman: (gasp) This is my grandfather's diary!

He read it.

Robotnik: I've done it! My greatest design is now complete! The ultimate creature. Shadow! My enemies think they have defeated me, but Shadow will carry out my orders without question. Now it sleeps, but one day it will be reawakened! Shadow...

Eggman: Will bring total destruction! (laughs) I'll awaken Shadow for you, Grandfather!

With the President.

He was in his limo with Rouge, Topaz, his office woman, and one of his men.

President: I need your help, Rouge. Now, I don't know much about Project: Shadow other than the name. There was a file, but it was impossible for us to read the data.

Rouge: And why is that?

President: It was password protected. Unfortunately, the file was created by the same scientist who developed Project: Shadow, and he never told anyone the password. That was 50 years ago.

Rouge: But somebody did figure out the password and stole the file from the laboratory.

Woman: Not only did they download the file from our system, but when that was finished, they went ahead and deleted the original file from our computer.

Rouge: That sounds just like something Eggman would do.

President: It was him!

Topaz: So then what's our mission, sir? Do you want us to check out Project: Shadow for you?

Man: No, we already have an agent assigned to that duty.

President: I want you to find out why Dr. Eggman is so interested in Project: Shadow, and what he's planning to do with it!

Rouge: Okay! But what about Y/n?

President: I've already sent him a message, he said he'll help out any way he can.

The office woman pressed a button and talked to Sam.

Woman: Our passengers are leaving. You can stop the car here.

Sam: I know the President wouldn't want me to break the law, miss, so I'll wait till I can pull safely to the curb.

He did drop Rouge and Topaz off at the curb and drove away.

Topaz: All right, Rouge, where do we start?

Rouge: First we have to get Eggman to meet with us.

Topaz: Fat chance! He isn't exactly fans of ours.

Rouge: You're right. So we'll have to find some bait to lure him in, which means we'll need a Chaos Emerald.

At the city Chris was staying.

He looked out the window to see the large amount of normal and foot traffic sighed and went to the kitchen where Ella was making salad while Cream and Cheese were having tea.

Cream: How are you, Chris? Would you like to have some tea?

Cheese: Chao, chao!

Chris: No, thank you.

Cream: What's the matter?

Chris: Nothing, I guess.

Ella: You'll get used to it here.

Chris: Maybe. Hey, where's Y/n?

Cream: He wanted to check out the scenery here with Chaos.

Later.

Chris was on the roof house with Chuck who was setting up satellites and noticed Chris was looking a little down.

Chuck: What's wrong? Homesick?

Chris: Sorta.

Chuck: It always takes some time to get used to a new place when you move. But I'm sure you'll make lots of new friends here. Now you know how Sonic and the others felt. Think about it, Chris, when Chaos Control sent them to this world, they found themselves far from home, and they didn't know anybody around here. But did they sit around moping?

Chris: Y/n did.

Chuck: No, Y/n was brooding, there's a difference. And did he stay like that forever?

He thought about it for a moment.

Chris: You're right! They didn't give up. And I won't either, Grandpa!

Chuck: Attaboy!

With Y/n and Chaos.

They were watching the view from the top of a building.

Y/n: This city can't compare to Station Square.

Chaos: From what you told me, I can tell you really thought of that place as your real home.

Y/n: Yeah.

Chaos: And those ones you hang out with, you seem to get along with most of them. You're particularly close to a Rouge the Bat, Cream, Knuckles and a Helen. But you don't get along with an Amy Rose.

Y/n: You know, I'm pretty impressed that you can pick up on all of that just from a brief discussion.

Chaos: Well, there is one thing I would like to ask.

Y/n: What is it?

Chaos: That lightning you struck me with, what was it?

Y/n: It was made by the Chaos Energy that was given to me by the Chaos Emeralds.

Chaos: Hmm. How about the truth this time.

Y/n: What makes you say that wasn't the truth?

Chaos: I had Chaos Energy from the Chaos Emeralds too. I can tell the difference between it making something and it giving something the user can already do a little extra power. I do agree to you using the Chaos Energy, but all it did was increase the lightning's potency. So tell me, did you make that lightning yourself?

Y/n: (sigh) Yes. As to how I did it, you remember your friend Storm Thunderhog of the Thunderhog Clan?

Chaos: Wait, how do you know about the-

Y/n: Because I am a Thunderhog.

Chaos: (gasp) Do your friends know?

Y/n: No. To be honest, everyone in Mobius thinks the Thunderhogs are extinct.

Chaos: What happened?

Y/n: Almost all of them got annihilated in a great war, but one was able to survive and slowly rebuild the Thunderhogs with two sons. His youngest son, was my father. To keep us safe, we keep our surnames a secret for very few to know, so "the Hedgehog." Is just my cover name.

Chaos: Well, it sure is good to have a Thunderhog as my partner.

Y/n: I think we should get back before the others start to get worried. And remember, you can't tell anyone what we just discussed.

They ran off to the new place.

At Angel Island.

Topaz and Rouge were walking/flying around it.

Topaz: I still don't see how getting a Chaos Emerald is gonna help us accomplish our mission.

Rouge: It's simple. If we wanna trick Eggman into talking, all we have to do is bring him something he wants more than anything. I guarantee ya this idea is going to work like a charm.

Topaz: Too bad your light blue boo isn't here to back you up.

Rouge: Hey, that's a me and him thing.

Topaz got something on here device.

Topaz: It's that way!

Later.

Rouge was in her black suit and face mask and hailing away the Master Emerald.

Rouge: This is much better than a measly Chaos Emerald. But it sure is heavy! But it sure is heavy!

???: Hey!

She turned and saw Knuckles running after her.

Knuckles: Bring the Master Emerald back here! Ha! I'll stop you!

Knuckles smashed a rock and one of its pieces hit Rouge in the face making her fall and drop the Master Emerald.

Topaz: Rouge!

She was about to step in, but nearly tripped over the dark blue Chaos Emerald and picked it up.

Topaz: Hey, Rouge! Look! I found a Chaos Emerald!

Rouge: Fine! I'll keep this one!

She went to the Master Emerald.

Knuckles: Not so fast!

Topaz: Ah! Why does everything have to be a problem?

Knuckles: Don't you know what that is? You're trying to take away the Master Emerald! You're putting us all in danger! The Master Emerald keeps the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds from going out of control. And you're going to help me take it back.

Rouge: First you'll have to catch me!

She ran off.

Knuckles: Come back here!

Knuckles hit Rouge into a tree and blew off her mask.

Knuckles: Got ya! You're that bat!

Rouge grabbed the Master Emerald and flew off.

Knuckles: Just wait!

Elsewhere.

Eggman was in some kind of island facility and braking down any door that shut in front of him.

Eggman: (hysterical laugh) This is more fun than hacking! Let's see, according to that computer file I stole, Project: Shadow is this way. If it's as destructive as my grandfather claimed, then I can use it to rule this world, and no one can stop me!

Decoe: Wait up for us, Doctor!

Decoe and Bocoe caught up to him.

Bocoe: We are going to attack the lab with you!

Eggman: No, thanks, I'd rather go in alone.

Decoe: But I am lean and mean!

Bocoe: I can kick any robot's hard drive!

Decoe: Give us a chance to prove ourselves!

A gaint robot jumped in front of them. Decoe and Bocoe were trembling while Eggman researched what robot it was.

Eggman: So, it's Laser Hunter.

Laser Hunter shot a laser at them.

Eggman: Shield up.

He put up an invisible shield and blocked the laser.

Eggman: My turn now!

Eggman destroyed Laser Hunter with three small missiles.

Eggman: I think his hunting license just expired!

In the limo.

Woman: He's were? Dr. Eggman is attacking the secret lab on Prison Island!

Back on Prison Island.

Eggman continued to destroy any robots that he came across.

Eggman: Stop cowering! Let's go!

Decoe: Wait for us, Doctor!

Bocoe: Do not leave us here!

Decoe/Bocoe: Here we come!

They started to move along and it was too quiet.

Decoe: I wonder why no more robots are attacking.

Bocoe: We must have defeated them all.

Eggman: Not quite yet. There's one hiding up ahead.

The robot came out of hiding and started to go rapid fire but Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe were nowhere to be found until Eggman crushed the robot from beneath.

Eggman: Another crushing victory!

They continued until they reached a really dusty room with a capsule in the center of it.

Decoe: Oh! This room could use a good dusting.

Bocoe: The machinery has not been used in a very long time. Are you sure this is the right place, Doctor?

Eggman: According to the records, the Shadow creature is sleeping in that machine.

They got closer to the capsule and saw a control panel.

Eggman: Time to wake it up. First I enter a fake user ID, and then I enter the password. M-A-R-I-A.

After entering the password, Eggman placed the white Chaos Emerald in a slot.

Eggman: Now I'll give it some juice with this Chaos Emerald and we're all set!

The machine started to power on and the capsule opened up letting out steam and the shadow of a creature hid in the steam.

Eggman: Huh? You! It can't be!

The shadow looked like the shape of a hedgehog.
