Sonic, Tails, Chris, and Y/n were flying the X Tornado with Sonic and Y/n sitting on the outside while Chris and Tails were inside the plane and they were flying over the African Savanna.

Tails: This place is amazing. All the wildlife here really is wild.

Y/n: Chris, this place is called the African Savanna, right?

Chris: Yeah.

Y/n: I better right that down and start mapping what we come across.

Tails: Let's land and take a closer look.

Sonic nodded and Chris shouted.

Chris: Tails, check the radar. Mayday!

Suddenly, Eggman's airship flew above the X Tornado.

Eggman: We caught them by surprise. Quick, fire now!

Robots: Roger!

They fired mini missiles at the X Tornado but they either missed or Y/n slashed them.

Sonic: Huh, time for some fun.

Chris: What are you gonna do, Sonic?

Sonic: Ha. You'll see. Y/n, would you care to join me?

Y/n: Not at all.

Sonic used a power ring while Y/n was getting into position and they both hit Eggman's ship with Spin Dash.

Eggman: Oh, no.

Robots: We are going to crash!

Chris: All right!

Tails flew the X Tornado closer but the pieces of Eggman's ship started getting near it.

Tails: Uh-oh.

Finally, a piece hit on of the Tornado's wing.

Tails: The wing.

Chris: Look out.

The X-Tornado started flying towards the ground fast.

Tails and Chris were on the ground level and Tails was making repairs to the X Tornado.

Tails: I fixed it!

Chris: But, Tails, the wing is still broken.

Tails: You're right. This machine can't fly, so we'll walk.

Tails got into the X Tornado and it turned into the X Cyclone.

Chris: I forgot the X Tornado can walk.

A leg broke off and the X Cyclone fell down.

Chris: Still needs work.

???: Clearly

They turned and saw Y/n with his arms crossed.

Chris: Y/n? We were about to go look for you and Sonic after we got the X Tornado fixed.

Tails: Yeah, how'd you find us?

Y/n: Well, during its creation I put a tracker in the X Tornado that only my bracelets can track without your knowledge, Tails.

Tails: That was... pretty sly of you.

Y/n: Yes. I was originally going to use it in case you turned on us, but I don't see the harm in using it now. Come on, let's fix this thing.

Later.

Tails and Y/n were tightening some nuts on the X Cyclone.

Chris: Can I do something to help?

Tails: No, thanks. We can handle this ourselves.

Y/n: I had to step in and help you in case you forgot something, like how you forgot to put a digging function in the X Cyclone.

Tails: Oh, come on, that was a one time thing!

Y/n: Yeah, but just wait. You will eventually make a mistake like that again.

Chris: Please quit arguing and fix the plane.

Y/n: (sigh) Fine.

Chris: It sure is quiet around here.

He got out his phone and saw it had no signal.

Chris: I don't even have any phone service here.

Y/n: Which probably means the communication functions in my bracelet won't work either.

Chris laid down under a tree and yawned.

Tails: You can take a nap if you want, Chris. It's gonna take some time to do these repairs.

Chris: Okay.

Tails: I'll wake you when I'm done.

Y/n: As will I in case Tails here forgets like he usually does.

Tails: (sighs) This is going to be fun.

Chris: You know, guys, there's something about this place that's really different from home.

Tails: Really?

Chris: Yeah. Time seems to move slower here than in the city. Don't either of you feel it's different?

Tails: No, this place feels familiar in a certain way. It's like being back home.

Chris: You must really miss it there.

Tails: I missed it really bad at first, but now I also like Station Square. Someday I wanna start an engineering company there and build lots of machines.

Chris: That's cool. When it comes to building machines, you're the best there is, Tails.

Y/n: Guess my mechanical aren't as recognized.

Chris: You're good too, Y/n, really.

Tails: So what do you think you wanna do when you're older, Chris?

Chris: Well, I- I really wanna study Zoology. I think. Grandpa and my dad want me to like building machines just like they do. But since I met you guys, I figured out I'm more into animals than machines. I don't mean that you guys are just animals, you know.

Y/n: We know, Chris.

Tails: What about you, Y/n?

Y/n: (sighs) If I'm being honest, I never really missed being back on our planet.

Tails: How come?

Y/n: Well, you know my record and my story, Tails. If I do go back to that place, I won't have anyone to go home to. But here, I'm making myself a solid reputation and everyone loves me and Sonic, but no one cares about me in our world.

Tails: Well, you have me, Sonic, Cream, Cheese, Rouge, and Knuckles, don't you?

Y/n: Yeah, and I'm sure you six asking your village really nicely will make them accept me.

Tails: Just trust us, okay.

Y/n: Fine.

Tails: Great, we're done! And this time, I'm sure it really is fixed.

Y/n: Yeah, I made sure of it.

Tails: Let's go and look for Sonic.

Chris: Right.

They all got into the X Cyclone and it started walking.

Y/n: Damn Robotnik for doing this to us. I wonder how things are going with Faker.

With Sonic.

Sonic was running through the Savanna.

Sonic: Hah! I love it here 'cause there's plenty of room to run around!

He continued to run around.

Sonic: Tails and Chris must've landed the X Tornado somewhere around here, and I'm sure Y/n can't be too far away. Huh.

He turned his head and saw a cheetah.

Sonic: Wow! You're pretty fast for a kitty cat.

The cheetah turned its head and smirked at Sonic.

Sonic: So, you wanna race, huh? Well, you are pretty speedy compared to all the other animals on this slow pokey planet. But on the raceway, I'm a real tiger.

He picked the cheetah up while running.

Sonic: See?

The cheetah whimpered as Sonic laughed.

Back with the three.

The X Cyclone was standing in front of a gate to a construction site.

Tails: I wonder what they're building here.

Chris: Isn't this a nature preserve?

Man: Get it moving there. Hurry. We have deadline to meet with.

Man 2: Boris, we need to get this done quick and get out of here.

Tails, Chris and Y/n got out of the X Cyclone and walked to the men.

Chris: Ah, sir, could you tell us what you're building?

Man 2: How did you get here? This is restricted area. It's dangerous. Can't you see we are building a dam.

Chris: A dam?

Tails: What's a dam?

Chris: It's something you build when you wanna hold back the water from a river or a lake.

Tails: But Chris, I- I don't see any water around here.

Chris: Yeah. How come you're building a dam here, sir?

Tails turned around and saw a bunch of animals outside the dam site.

Man 2: You are being like that elephant over there, too nosey. It's none of your business what we are doing.

Tails: But if you guys thought about what will happen to the wildlife around here after your done building this thing.

Man 2: Who cares about wildlife. Ivan, come here and introduce yourself to these pests.

Ivan was an over weight bald guy with a beard.

Man 2: Now, go get lost or I'll send Ivan here to find you. Let's go.

They were about to walk away.

Y/n: Hold it.

They turned back around.

Y/n: You are going to tell me a few things.

Man 2: And why would I agree to those terms?

Y/n: You will or I'll brake your arms.

Man 2: Don't make me have Ivan see you out.

Y/n: And you really think I'm scared of this fat ass?

Ivan: What did you just say?

Y/n: I said "You really think I'm scared of you?" Fatty.

Ivan: You are dead!

He ran at Y/n but Y/n was able to knock him out easily.

Y/n: Is that all you got?

The dam builder and Boris were shocked.

Dam builder: W-What do you want?!

Y/n started to walk closer to the dam builder and that made the dam builder step back until he fell, than Y/n got right in his face.

Y/n: This is how it's gonna play out. I'm going to leave with my friends for now, but if you do so much as lay a hand on either of them...

Y/n went to the builder's ear.

Y/n: (Whispering: I'll kill you personally.)

Y/n walked back to Chris and Tails.

Y/n: I don't think Ivan will be a problem anymore.

Chris: Why? Did you kill him?!

Y/n: No. Although, I did consider it.

Tails looked at the animals again.

Tails: Listen up, you losers! You're just a bunch of wimps! You deserve to lose your home. You're nothing like Y/n who actually stood up for what he believed in.

All the animals looked down and Chris walked to Tails.

Chris: You, okay?

Tails calmed down and whimpered.

Tails: Sorry, it's just... back in the world I came from.

Y/n: I know this story, Tails. You got picked on by everyone you met, but Sonic was the only one who didn't do that, so you made him your best friend.

Tails: (Thinking: You're not the only one who's going to stop these bullies, Y/n.) Y/n, you stay here, I wanna give these dam people a piece of my mind.

Y/n: Okay, but I'll step in if I need to.

Tails nodded and walked back to the the dam builder and Boris.

Tails: You two take your bulldozers and get out!

Dam builder: This little furball is really starting to get on my nerves.

Tails: If you don't stop, those animals will lose their home. You better close this construction site now or I'll close it myself!

A digger was about to run Tails over but Tails got out of the way.

Boris: Next time you bother us, we dig hole and drop you in.

Chris: You know, Tails and Y/n, we're gonna need some help to stop this dam from getting built.

Tails: But who?

Y/n: I don't know, maybe a government agent or the animals, and I'm sure we could get some people in town to help us.

They turned and saw the animals ready to help.

Tails: Okay!

Later.

The group along with the animals made it to the town.

Chris: Listen up, everybody. We have to work together.

Tails: We have to fight to protect the nature preserve and stop that dam!

The people started chatting.

Y/n: I think we got them on board.

The people were now outside the dam site.

Dam builder: But we build this dam to generate power for your homes to run blenders and other electric devices.

The people were still chatting.

Dam builder: Da, okay.

They turned and saw Chris and Tails along with the animals.

Boris: So those two brought this mob here.

Man: This is restricted area. You must all leave here at once!

The people were still shouting and both Chris and Tails smiled and shared a hug.

Later.

The dam builder and Boris were out in the forest with gasoline.

Dam builder: Have no fear, Boris. The dam will be finished and we will be rich.

Boris: But without water here, how can dam make power?

Dam builder: It's dry now. But pouring this gas on plants and setting it on fire will cause a natural disaster. When plants burn up, rain water will have no where to flow. Soon, whole land will flood and people will beg us to finish dam. And we will make them to pay.

Boris: Sergei, I am loving this plan.

???: Too bad you won't be able to execute it.

They both turned around and saw Y/n come from behind a tree.

Sergei: You!

Y/n: I never got he chance to properly introduce myself.

Y/n showed them his badge.

Y/n: I am agent Hedgehog, and I'm taking you both in for attempt of arson.

They heard giant footsteps and they saw a giant monkey robot.

Sergei: A monkey monster!

Boris: We have intruded its territory! We are sorry!

Y/n: That's no monster, it's one of Robotnik's creations.

Yellow robot: They are not Sonic.

Silver robot: Neither of them bears a resemblance to a blue hedgehog, except...

They both turned to Y/n.

Yellow robot: Y/n!

Silver robot: And that, you see.

They both saw Sonic running towards them.

Yellow robot: But that really is Sonic!

Silver robot: Move it, E65! Go catch Sonic and Y/n now!

E65 started pounding on its chest.

Yellow robot: Pound on Sonic and Y/n, not us!

Silver robot: That's enough!

Y/n ran over to Sonic and ran next to him.

Y/n: Great to see you again, Faker.

Sonic: Great to be here again, Y/n.

E65 ran at the hedgehogs.

Sonic: Wanna challenge us, chimp?

Y/n: You're going down, monkey.

Sonic and Y/n ran at E65's arms and knocked it down than they ran on top of some trees.

Sonic: Hey, you artificial ape. We're right here.

Y/n: Come and get us if you dare.

E65 ran at them but Sonic and Y/n ran away. After a little bit Sonic and Y/n stopped in the middle of the forest.

Sonic: Hah! Lost it!

Y/n: I wouldn't be so sure about that.

Sonic: Oh, come on, that big ape moves more like a slug, huh?

E65 jumped down from a tree behind them and then punch Sonic and Y/n.

Y/n: Told you.

Sonic: That big slug just slugged us.

E65 turned invisible without either of the hedgehogs noticing and it got behind them and kicked Sonic but Y/n was able to block it this time and he just slide back a bit.

Y/n: Let's go, Sonic.

Y/n helped Sonic up and they both started running.

Sonic: Eggman built this robot with camouflage ability.

Y/n: It's nothing I haven't seen before.

Sonic: Well, how'd you beat it?

Y/n: Back then I had Rouge with me.

Sonic: So, you're saying that you needed your girlfriend around to fight?

Y/n looked up and moved out of the run path than Sonic got smashed by E65 and Y/n ran back to Sonic with his arms crossed.

Y/n: How'd that feel, Faker?

They heard Eggman laughing and he showed up in the Egg-carrier.

Eggman: You've met your match.

Sonic/Y/n: Eggman/Robotnik.

Eggman: E65 strikes without warning!

E65 started beating on Sonic and Y/n and Y/n obviously can't block all of the strikes. Eggman did his usual laughing.

Eggman: E65 will make a monkey out of Sonic and Y/n.

Sonic: Where's that robot?

Y/n got an idea.

Y/n: I got an idea, I'll listen for it's movements and I'll tell you when to strike.

Sonic: Got it.

Y/n closed his eyes and really focused on the sounds until...

Y/n: Right there!

Sonic striked where Y/n pointed and hit E65 than he and Y/n started running.

Eggman: Get back here, Sonic and Y/n. You cowards.

Sonic: No, come and get us, Eggman.

Y/n: Or are you truly the coward?

Eggman: Don't just lie there, follow those hedgehogs.

E65 got up.

Meanwhile

Sergei and Boris were driving away from the forest and they saw Sonic and Y/n run past them while Eggman and E65 chased after the two hedgehogs.

With Chris and Tails.

They were both saying their goodbyes to the animals.

Tails: Now that everything is okay here, Chris, Y/n and I are gonna go back home.

Chris: We're really glad that your preserve is safe again.

Tails: Let's go look for Sonic now.

Chris nodded and then realized something.

Chris: Hey, where's Y/n?

Tails: Don't tell me we lost him too.

Chris looked to the distance and saw Sonic and Y/n.

Chris: Sonic, Y/n!

Tails: Ha-ha, hey!

Sonic: Hi!

Both the hedgehogs stopped in front of the two.

Sonic: What have you guys been up to today?

Chris: We stopped these guys from building a huge dam and saved a nature preserve!

Y/n: And those same guys were about to set the trees on fire to cause a flood, then I showed up and was ready to take them into custody until...

Eggman and E65 were still going after them.

Y/n: They showed up.

Eggman: There's Sonic and Y/n! Hurry!

Chris: Oh, no! What do we do now?

Sonic: Me and Y/n can take care of this.

Sonic and Y/n ran into the dam site and Eggman plus E65 followed after them.

Eggman: Get them, now!

E65 went for them and used camouflage but as soon as it jumped in front of a digger it bottom area was exposed.

Sonic: I think we just spotted it's weak spot!

Eggman: Oh, no, E65 camouflages itself when you see it next to plants and rocks. But not when it's up against metal.

Y/n and Sonic knock E65 down.

Y/n: And with that conclusion, I say it's inferior to Chameleatron's camouflage ability.

Eggman: I must get rid of everything metal.

Eggman used the missiles and lasers to destroy all the construction equipment.

Eggman: Soon E65 will be able to turn invisible again.

Sergei and Boris came back and saw what Eggman was doing.

Eggman: There won't be a scrap of metal left here.

Sergei: We got no dam, no equipment, no nothing.

Sonic and Y/n were keeping up the pressure on E65.

Yellow robot: Sonic and Y/n are whopping us big time.

Silver robot: We better get out of here quick.

When Y/n and Sonic were done the two robots got out of E65.

Silver robot: This gorilla is a goner.

Tails ran in.

Tails: Sonic!

Tails threw a Power ring at Sonic and Sonic caught it.

Sonic: Let's end this now, Y/n.

Y/n: Right.

Y/n and Sonic jumped at E65.

Sonic: Bye-bye.

Sonic and Y/n managed to hit E65 with Spin Dash and E65 exploded.

Tails/Chris: Go Sonic and Y/n!

Y/n and Sonic landed on their feet and looked at Eggman.

Eggman: Okay, Sonic and Y/n. Now it's just you two and me.

Sonic: Ready when you are, Eggman.

Y/n: We will strike you down, Robotnik.

Eggman: Ready.

Sonic: Me too.

Y/n: Me three.

After a few short seconds the Egg-carrier got its wings torn off and it had a bunch of slash marks on it.

Eggman: I'll be back.

Bokkun flew over to them.

Bokkun: I have a message for you, here. It's from Dr. Eggman, of course.

Bokkun pulled a small TV out of his bag.

Y/n: Is it long?

Bokkun: Don't worry, it shouldn't be to long.

He turned on the TV.

Eggman: You think you've defeated me, but I'm still in command here. And to prove it, I'm going to have Bokkun here perform a little tap dance.

Bokkun wined and put the TV away then did a little tap dance.

Bokkun: How embarrassing.

Y/n: I actually found it quite amusing.

Bokkun flew away crying.

Y/n: What a cry baby. Now, to get back to business.

Later.

The police showed up and both Sergei and Boris were already handcuffed.

Y/n: I got them all handcuffed for you.

Officer: Thanks, agent.

They took the Russians away.

Sonic: You stopped those creeps.

Chris/Tails/Y/n: Yeah.

Chris: But Eggman helped. If he hadn't made us crash, we never would have been here to save the animals.

Tails: You're right.

Y/n: Actually, you wouldn't have crashed if you hadn't gotten so close to his exploding ship.

Tails: Well, I'm sorry that I was worried about my two friends.

Y/n: Bitch.

Tails: Jerk.

Chris: All right, settle down.

Sonic: Yeah, what matters now is that we saved the day as usual.

Y/n: I guess you're right.

All four of them looked at each other and shared a fist bumb.
