Cream and Cosmo watch as Y/N searches the galaxy for any signs of Chaos Emeralds. Y/N had returned not too long ago thanks to Rouge giving her a ride back to Blue Typhoon. Her friends as well as Sonic were beyond relieved and happy to see her okay. Sonic had to hug her so tight she thought she was going to pass out.

"It doesn't look like there are any Chaos Emeralds around here." Cosmo said.

Speaking of Chaos Emerads, Y/N had presented them the white Chaos Emerald Shadow have given her. Now this surprised them a lot, but they praised her for doing such a good job. Y/N didn't tell them about what happened much and is still a little sadden on Molly.

"Chris, are you sure the scanner is working okay?" Amy asked.

"Yeah, I am. But there's a lot of interference in this part of the galaxy."

"Why is that?"

"It looks like this entire region of space has been waped by some kind of gravitational force."

He continues his search.

"Do you think the Metarex are responsible for this?" Cream asked.

"Probably are. If the warping continues at this rate, it'll soon spread across the whole galaxy and beyond." Chris said.

"First the Metarex go around stealing Planet Eggs, then now they're bending all of outer space out of shape. Those creeps!" Amy said, feeling tick marked.

"Look, the sensors spotted something!" Cream called out.

Y/N looks at the radar to see an object approaching the ship.

"I think we found a Chaos Emerald. Hey, Tails!"

"I see it! Ready to intercept!"

"Hey, look! Something's coming towards us!" Chris pointed out.

They see what they think is a meteor up ahead.

"It's a small asteroid."

"The Chaos Emerald is inside the asteroid." Amy pointed out.

"I'll pull it in." Tails said.

A pair of claws extend out of the runway of the Typhoon and reach toward the meteor. It grabs the meteor, which begins to move.

"Weird-looking asteroid." Chris commented.

"Hey, it's trying to move away!" Cream pointed.

"That's no asteroid, you guys! That's a spaceship!" Tails gasped.

"Whoa..."

The crew of the Typhoon are speaking with three small aliens, who were inside the spaceship. They come in orange, green, and blue.

"We were afraid that you were going to crush our ship." Orange Alien said.

"I'm really, sorry, but we thought your ship was an asteroid!" Tails apologized.

Y/N looks at the aliens in awe.

"How cute..."

Blue Alien puts their hands on their hips.

"Our ship is a highly-advanced space vehicle with ion propulsion engines and a hyperdrive!"

The other two aliens nod.

"So what brought you to this part of the galaxy?" Chris asked.

"We're Marmolims from Planet Marmolim! I'm Lue, the ship's captain." Lue the Orange Alien said.

"My name is Lylem." Lylem the Green Alien introduced.

"And I am Momo." Momo the Blue Alien said.

There is silence amongst the Typhoon crew.

"We're on a very important mission!" Momo said.

A shot of the barren, rocky landscape of Marmolim is shown.

"Our planet is sick because its Planet Egg was stolen."

A shot of a castle on Marmolim. Then it cuts to the Marmolim leader and several Marmolims sitting at a table.

"I see..."

The Marmolim leader lays several coins across the table.

"Our leader's fortunetelling informed us that there's someone in the galaxy who can heal our planet." Lue explained.

The Marmolim leader holds up one of the coins. The shots end.

"But no matter where we look, we can't find that person."

"And our spaceship broke." Lylem added.

They immediately cry waterfall tears.

"We're really depressed!"

"Please don't cry!" Cream pleaded.

"Chao chao chao!"

"You're right." Lue sniffed.

"Crying won't get us anywhere." Lylem agreed.

"We'll do fortunetelling to find out what to do next." Momo said.

Cream blinks in surprise. Amy gently elbows Cosmo.

"They're weird."

"Yeah..."

"It's nice to meet you. You didn't happen to find a Chaos Emerald during your trip, did you?" Chris asked.

"What's a Chaos Emerald?" Lue questioned.

Tails holds up his hands to form the approximate size of a Chaos Emerald.

"It's a really beautiful gems about this size, and it glows sometimes."

They look at each other in confusion before Lue holds up the cyan Chaos Emerald.

"Are you talking about this?"

"It's the Chaos Emerald!" Cream gasped.

"They did find it!" Cosmo exclaimed.

"Wow!" Y/N gasped.

"Thanks a lot!"

Tails tries to take it, but Lue backs away.

"What's the matter?"

"We didn't say that you could have it."

The Typhoon crew are surprised.

"We spotted this gem during our trip, and we thought it looked beautiful." Lylem said.

"So we picked it up and decided to keep it!" Momo added with a smile.

Knuckles lunges forward.

"That's our Emerald! Hand it over!"

He was about to chase them when Y/N grabbed his arm before he could do something stupid.

"Knuckles, don't. I'm sure there's a way to get them to give it to us. Violence won't solve anything."

Knuckles sighed and calmed down a bit, making Y/N gently release him.

"That Emerald's important. We really need it to save the galaxy." Sonic tried to convince the Marmolims.

"I'm sorry, but we like this gem." Lue shook their head.

"We don't want to share it." Lylem added.

Sonic extends his hand to them.

"Please, give it to me."

"Finders keepers!" they yelled in unison.

Sonic falls over.

"This gem is more beautoful than anything we've ever seen before."

All three of them beam.

"We're going to take it home!"

"We can't wait to show it to our friends."

Sonic taps his finger on the floor impatiently.

"What'll we do now?" Chris asked.

Later, everyone is on the bridge, including the Marmolims.

"Why do we have to take them home?" Amy asked in annoyance.

"They said that they'll give us the Chaos Emerald if we do." Chris said.

Momo holds up a few coins.

"Planet Marmolim is famous for fortunetelling. We'll also read your fortune. Work, health, money, love..."

Amy blushes as her eyes sparkled.

"Love?"

"That's our specialty!"

Amy types in a few coordinates, then excitedly points ahead.

"Chris! Tails! We're leaving for Planet Marmolim immediately!"

"Roger..."

The Typhoon has landed on Marmolim. The Marmolim on the planet communicate with Lue, Lylem, and Momo.

"Hey, everybody! They're back!"

"We're so glad you're okay!"

"We were afraid that we'd never see you again!"

"I'm sorry if we worried you."

Lue holds up the Chaos Emerald.

"We're giving you this to thank you for the ride."

Sonic places his hand on the Emerald.

"It's about time." Knuckles said, causing Y/N to bump her elbows against his arm.

"Thanks; we really appreciate it." Y/N said with a smile.

Amy rushes up to Momo.

"So where can we find this love spell you told me about?"

"Right this way, please!"

"Okay! Come on, Sonic!"

Amy grabs Sonic's arm and runs off with him. He tosses the Emerald to Knuckles.

"Amy! Wait!"

"Boy, is she hopeless." Chris commented.

"Mhm." Y/N nodded in agreement.

Y/N, Cosmo, Tails, Cream, and Cheese follow Lue toward the palace.

"I'm not sure about this..." Tails said, feeling uneasy.

"I've never had anybody tell me my fortune before!" Cream said.

They stop.

"You can ask him any questions you want about your future." Lue said.

"Future..." Y/N murmured.

"How exciting! What do you think we should ask him about, Cheese?"

"Chao!"

"Something's wrong here... Their planet is sick, but they don't seem to care." Cosmo spoke.

They near the palace. The Marmolim leader, named Ghana, is standing outside. He is leaning on a cane.

"Lue!"

"Greetings, Ghana!"

Everyone is seated at the table.

"The coins are clear. They predict that you will part with a large sum of money."

"Do they say how much?"

"Yes. Ten fleebos, which is exactly what you owe me for this prediction."

"That's the same prediction as last time I came here!"

The other Marmolim laugh. Cosmo stands up, concerned.

"This is no time for jokes!"

"Yeah, I have to agree with Cosmo. Isn't your planet in danger? We could help." Y/N said.

Ghana continues to shuffle his coins.

"We have the power to look into the future, but we cannot change it. Our fate is already decided. What will be, will be..."

"What?"

"But..."

He holds up a coin.

"I see you two are always rushing into action, but your haste is going to cause great sorrow to those who are closest to you. These magic coins predict it."

He points to both Cosmo and Y/N and holds up another coin and flips it over, revealing a skull. Cosmo appears spooked while Y/N was shocked. Y/N looks at her necklace for a bit, feeling as though that Ghana might be right. She starts to walk away.

"Y/N?" Cosmo called out.

"Wait, Y/N!" Tails exclaimed.

He gets up and runs after her along with Cosmo.

"Will Y/N be okay?" Cream asked in worry.

"Her future is too cloudy to predict with any certainty. But I do see romance in her future." Ghana said.

Cream blinks in surprise.

Y/N walks alone through the marketplace, gazing down at her necklace. Tails and Cosmo catches up to her.

"Hey, slow down, Y/N! Don't let that fortuneteller upset ya."

"Yeah. After all, nobody can really predict what'll really happen in the future."

Y/N stops and turns to them.

"But what if that fortuneteller is right? I've been losing conscious lately from using all the powers I bring out. I feel like... I will..."

"Y/N..." Tails voiced.

"I... I can't say it. I hope that I am wrong."

"It'll be okay. I'm sure we'll find a way." Cosmo assured.

Y/N began to run off.

"Wait!"

"Y/N!"

Tails and Cosmo does not follow.

Meanwhile, the Marmolim fortuneteller in the hut looks into the crystal ball as Knuckles peered over it.

"Well... according to this crystal ball, you are about to do something very foolish."

Knuckles covers his mouth.

"Something foolish? Is there anything I can do to stop myself?"

"There's only one thing."

He holds up a towel.

"Put this magic cloth on your head and run through town clucking like a chicken."

"I'll try it!"

He takes the towel and shakes the Marmolim's hand.

"Thanks. I hate making a fool of myself."

"That sounds pretty foolish to me." Chris said.

"Once again, Ghana's prediction will come true."

All of the sudden, Knuckles and Chris saw Y/N skating past them in speed. Knuckles noticed the sad look on her face right before she passed him.

"Was that Y/N?" Chris asked.

"I'll go after her." Knuckles said and run off.

Y/N stands alone atop a cliff.

"Maybe Ghana might got a point... If I did use up all of my power, what's gonna happen to me? My brother... My friends...?"

The sky changes color to a much darker hue, but it is not night.

"This planet's sun changes color at a certain time."

She turned to see Knuckles coming towards her.

"Oh, hey, Knuckles."

He stood next to her.

"Is something wrong? You look a little sad."

"I don't know... Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna lose myself and bring sadness to you and everyone else."

Knuckles raises his eyebrow.

"Why would you think that?"

"If you've notice lately, everytime I use almost all power, I lose consciousness."

"As a matter of fact, yeah."

"I think that Ghana might got a point of my future..."

Knuckles took a glance to see Y/N sad and worried. He places a hand on her shoulder, making her look at him.

"You'll never know. They don't know all of the future. For I know for sure that we'll find a way to change that future."

Y/N smiles.

"Thanks, Knuckles. I really appreciate it."

He blushes.

"It's what friends do." he said, wincing at the word 'friends'.

They stare at each other for a moment until someone came in.

"There you are, Y/N! I'm glad you're okay. We were all worried about you."

They look over to see Cosmo, Cream, and Cheese. Y/N embraces Cheese.

"Hi, Cheese."

They watch the sky together while holding Cheese between them.

"Thanks for checking up on me, Knuckles. You too, Cosmo, Cream, and Cheese for coming to find me."

"After you left, that fortuneteller said that you have romance. I wonder who you'll be with." Cream said.

"L-Love?" Y/N stuttered, causing Knuckles and Cosmo to blush at that word.

"Yeah. I'm sure someone out there will win your heart."

"I never thought of that. But I have been feeling about that sometimes when I around other people."

Cream smiled, sneakily glances at Knuckles and Cosmo, having a feeling that they have feelings for her. Cheese covers his mouth to stop his giggles.

"Don't worry. You'll find out soon."

"I think I might Cream."

At the marketplace, Amy continues searching for Sonic.

"Sonic! Sonic! Sonic!"

"Maybe this means Sonic doesn't like you so much." Momo said, looking at her.

"That isn't true! Whenever I get into trouble, Sonic always come running to save me. I'll never forget when we both got back from Chris' world. Sonic picked a flower for me! He said, 'This is for you, Amy.' Oh, Sonic!"

"Amy!"

Cosmo and Cream run up to her.

"Cosmo, aren't you curious if there's romance in your future?" Amy asked.

"I guess so."

"Whata re you waiting for? Let's go! You'll love it, Cosmo!"

Amy takes their hands and runs off with them. Momo follows. Cosmo and Cream smile at each other. Later, a Momolim reads their fortunes.

"Soon your heart will belong to another."

Cream is puzzled.

"You will be struck... lovestruck!"

They beam. Soon, they head out. Later, they stand at the top of some stairs.

"Cosmo, how do you feel about Y/N?"

"Y/N?"

Amy smirks.

"Well, it's obvious you and Y/N really like each other. I saw you looking at her whenever she's busy and when you hang out with her."

"Um... I don't know what you're talking about." Cosmo blushed.

Amy crosses her arms and looks away.

"You're lying~"

"That isn't true, Amy! I'm sure Y/N couldn't possibly be interested in me. I have a feeling she finds me annoying."

"If Y/N doesn't like you, then why are you two always together?" Cream asked with a knowing smile.

"Chao chao!" Cheese said.

"Forget about Y/N and me. How are things going with you and Sonic?"

Amy breaks into a cold sweat and falls on her hands and knees.

"What's the matter?" Cream asked in concern.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have brought it up." Cosmo apologized.

Amy looks up, a malicious look on her face. She laughs darkly.

"Everything will turn out okay, because Momo gave me a magical spell so that I can make Sonic mine forever."

Momo gives a thumbs-up.

"I'll catch Sonic in a trap, and his heart will be burned with love!"

A fiery aura surrounds her as she laughs again.

"Tails?" Cream called from comlink.

"I found the cause." Tails replied over the comlink.

Chris, Tails, Y/N, and Knuckles are on the bridge. Tails zooms in to a part inside the planet.

"This is the source of the planet's illness?" Knuckles questioned.

"Since its Planet Egg was stolen, a section of the earth changed into something resembling cancer cells. If we remove this section, the planet should become healthy again."

They nod to each other.

"Whelp, guess it's mine and my brother's turn to shine." Y/N said.

"You said it, sis."

They see Sonic there. Soon, Sonic, Y/N, and Tails are speaking with Ghana and several Marmolims.

"Really?" Ghana asked.

"Yeah! We'll destroy this planet's cancer cells with Sonic Driver!" Sonic said.

"Your planet will be saved." Y/N said.

"Our planet will be healed." Lylem cheered.

"Our fortunetelling was correct! We found the people who will cure our planet!" Lue cheered.

"Mission super accomplished!" Momo cheered.

"But there are hard bedrock and subterranean water next to the cancer cells. We need your help to carry out the plan." Tails said.

All the Marmolim surround Sonic and Y/N with charms.

"This is a lucky charm!"

"Take it with you!"

"Try your best!"

"I'll pray for you!"

"Wait!" Sonic screamed.

"This is too much!" Y/N screamed.

But they are burried in charms. Tails laughs.

Later, the Marmolims lay down sandbags and torches.

In the Blue Typhoon - Engine Room, Chris is seated in the seat Knuckles usually occupies. Sonic and Y/n are sitting on the floor behind them with several charms.

"What's all that stuff, Sonic and Y/N?" Chris asked.

"The Marmolims gave us these charms to protect us when we try to save their world." Sonic replied, standing up.

"I guess it can't hurt." Chris sweatdropped.

"Well, I don't need any of these!" Y/N growled, shaking the charms off of her and making Knuckles snicker at the sight.

Chris turns back to the holo-screen.

"When we destroy the cancer cells, the surrounding subterranean water will flow in. We'll come rescue you right away, so hang on for a while."

"Water? Are you kidding?"

Sonic searches for a certain charm.

"Sonic, it's just water." Y/N sighed.

"Let's see..." Sonic said, ignoring her.

He locates a certain ring.

"The Marmolim who gave me this charm told me it works against water."

Sonic slips the charm onto his left arm. Chris chuckles while Y/N shakes her head.

The Sonic Driver rises out of the Typhoon.

"Route all energy to the Sonic Power Cannon!" Tails ordered.

Knuckles stretches forth his hands to the Master Emerald.

"Load the cannon and get ready to fire at my command!" Tails ordered.

"Here we go!" Knuckles said.

"Proceed with takeoff!"

The Typhoon lifts off the ground.

"Adjust cannon angle."

The Sonic Driver lowers a little to align with the line of torches that have been set up. Sonic and Y/N waits on the spin platform.

"Sonic, Y/N, get set for launch!"

They start to spin. Everyone watches from inside the barricade of sandbags.

"Sonic Power Cannon, fire!"

The Sonic Driver fires Sonic and Y/N into the earth ahead. Their speed immediately blows out all the torches. They quickly descends into the ground. Chris sees that Sonic and Y/N has destroyed the cancer cell in the planet.

"Sonic and Y/N did it!"

Water gushes out of the ground in giant jets and covers the parched ground.

"I think it worked!" Cosmo said.

"Sonic and Y/N saved the planet." Amy said.

"Thank you, Sonic and Y/N!" Marmolims cheered.

Sonic and Y/N are being carried by the water.

"I thought this charm was gonna keep me dry, but if you ask me, it's all wet!"

"Oh, get a grip!"

The hedgehog siblings are launched from the earth by a water jet.

"Whoa! Somebody shut off the faucet!"

"Weeee!!!!"

Later, everyone but Y/N and Cosmo are celebrating. Cosmo watches from a cliff.

"What's wrong, Cosmo? Why are you here by yourself?"

Cosmo turns to see Y/N there.

"Hi, Y/N. The Marmolims are really happy their planet was saved. You must be pleased too."

"We only succeeded because everyone helped out. That includes you, of course."

Cosmo blushes.

"I-I didn't do anything."

"You're wrong, Cosmo. You found us to help you stop the Metarex. Don't ever forget that. You're not sorry you found us, are ya?"

"Huh?"

Cosmo shakes her head.

"Of course I'm sorry! How could you think that?"

She blushes in realization; waves a hand.

"That came out wrong. I mean I'm not sorry I met you!"

Y/N laughs before motioning her to follow her.

"Don't worry; I know what you meant. See you later!"

She takes off.

"Hold on, Y/N!"

However, she trips over a rope. Y/N catches her, but they are sprung into the air by a hidden spring. As they are thrown over a lake, they realize just how much they care for each other, maybe love. They land in the shallow lake.

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine. I wonder what that was."

They see the moon in the sky. It appears much bigger to them than the moon on either Earth or Mobius. As they watch the moon together, their eyes shimmer. Meanwhile, the others know about this.

"You gave Amy a matchmaking spell?" Chris asked.

"It's the strongest one we have. The couple dives into the Lake of Love, and afterwards looks at the full moon, and then they'll be joined together forever!" Momo pointed out.

"It sounds like Amy is finally going to see her dream come true!" Cream smiled.

"She can't fail! Amy even set up a trap so that she and Sonic would fall into the lake at the exact moment the moon rose!"

Cream and Momo celebrate.

"So they must be together right now... Huh?"

Sonic is seen buying for something from a Marmolim and eating it.

"Thanks, pal. This should hit the spot."

"Sonic?" Chris asked in confusion.

Sonic turns around.

"Somethin' wrong?"

Amy sees Y/N and Cosmo sitting together in Lovers' Lake. She is furious.

"Every time I come up with a way to capture Sonic's heart, he makes a last-minute getaway! This is totally unfair!! That trap was set for Sonic!! I wanted to get my romance grown, and now I have to watch you two go gaga over each other! This is outrageous!! Go find your own planet to fall in love on!!!"

Y/N sweatdropped to hear Amy's scream from the distance as she still thinks Sally is the right love for Sonic.
