In Kiyama's car:
Uiharu: A computational system?
Kiyama: The system constructs a network using AIM diffusion fields as a medium, and makes intensive calculations possible by distributing computational work across multiple brains. That's what Level Upper really is.
Uiharu: Why?
Kiyama: I applied to use Tree Diagram to run a particular simulation, but for some reason they rejected it. I needed a computational systolic take its place.
Uiharu: You used espers to do something like that?
Kiyama: I've got about 10,000 of them now. That should be a sufficient substitute
Uiharu: What?
Kiyama: Don't make such a scary face. It'll be all over soon. I'll free everyone afterwards.
Kiyama grabs a item from her pocket.
Kiyama: This is the treatment program that uninstalls Level Upper. I'll entrust it to you.
Uiharu: Eh?

They opened the computer as the screen was full of numbers.
Men2: What's this? Wha! She got us!

In Kiyama's car:
Kiyama: So they've already broken in... That's too quick for it to have been because of loss of contact with you. They must have found me through some other route.
Uiharu: Huh?
Kiyama: I programmed my machines to run sanitation security procedures if started up without performing a certain procedure. Now all the data pertaining to Level Upper has been lost. Now, the only way to wake up the users is that program I gave you. Look after it carefully.
Kiyama then stops the car as it was blocked by Antiskill. Antiskill raises their guns up.
Aiho: Kiyama Harumi, right?
Kiyama: Antiskill, huh? These people only move fast when they get orders from above.
Aiho: We're detaining you on suspicion of distributing Level Upper. Surrender immediately.
Uiharu: What are you going to do? Looks like it's the end of the line for you.
Kiyama: Level Upper is a program that uses human brains as a computational network. But at the same time, it also comes with a side effect for its controller.

Metal Sonic flies and shoots a beam from his chest as it makes a explosion.
A car was down below as Sonic and Misaka were in the car.
Misaka: Keep the change.
Sonic: Get out of here, fast!
Sonic and Misaka run towards the destruction as Misaka calls Kuroko.
Misaka: Kuroko, what's happening? Kuroko?
Kuroko: Kiyama is fighting Antiskill... and he's here too...
Sonic: Eggman!
Kuroko: Kiyama... she's using abilities!
Sonic: What?
Misaka: She's an esper?
Konori: There's no record in the databanks that Kiyama underwent ability development. But. These are clearly esper powers. Moreover, she seems to be using more than one.

Misaka grabs Sonic's hand as he jumps to the top. They got there as they see the men down, and the cars tipped over.

Misaka: They wipes out Antiskill?
The two sees a car as Uiharu was in it.
Sonic, Misaka: Uiharu!
Misaka: Get a grip!
Kiyama: Relax. She just passed out after the battle. Her life is no danger. Misaka Mikoto. One of the seven Level 5 students in Academy City. I suspect even you haven't fought an opponent like me before.
Eggman: Ho ho ho ho! Hello, Sonic!
Sonic: Eggman! What are you doing working for her?
Eggman: I've never wanted to, we made a deal. If I help her with the Level Upper, she'll upgrade Metal Sonic. Now he is stronger than ever! Prepare yourself, Sonic!

Sonic and Misaka run towards them as Metal Sonic run towards Sonic as Misaka goes to Kiyama. Kiyama uses the road as Misaka almost falls on the ground. Kiyama uses her hand to blow away Misaka as it makes smoke in the air, but she goes through.

Misaka: I'm surprised. You really can use multiple powers. This'll be entertaining.
Kiyama: My ability works differently from the theoretically impossible one. I call it "Multi Skill."
Kiyama sends a shockwave at Misaka, but she dodges it.
Misaka: Who cares what you call it? It doesn't change what we've got to do!
Misaka shoots electricity at Kiyama, but blocked it with a barrier.
Misaka: What?
Kiyama: What's the matter? Did you assume I couldn't use more than one power at once?
Sonic and Metal run towards each other as they homing attack around the road. Sonic dodges Metal's slashes as he kicks it back. Sonic rushes towards Metal and rapid kicks, and punching Metal as it falls down. Metal gets back up as it does a spindash as Sonic does the same. They both clashed as Metal pushes Sonic back.
Sonic: What? His attacks are stronger!
Eggman: Ho ho ho! That's it, Metal, now finish him off!
Metal rushes towards Sonic as he punches him up to the sky. Metal flies up and charges up a beam as Sonic was still in the air. Metal fires a big beam as it hits Sonic.
Sonic: Guahh!
Misaka: Sonic!
Kiyama: What's wrong? Worrying about your friend?
Kiyama breaks the road as Sonic and Misaka were falling on the ground.
Misaka: Gh...!
Misaka grabs Sonic as they land on the side of the wall.
Misaka: You okay?
Sonic: Yeah, thanks.
Metal and Kiyama lands next to them as Eggman was on his Eggmobile.
Misaka: (What power... She's using powers without a second though about getting caught up in them.)
Sonic jumps down and fights Metal.
Kiyama: How disappointing. Is this all a Level 5 can do?
Misaka: Just because you've got a counter for my electric shocks... don't assume you've won!
Misaka throws a brick at Kiyama, but she uses a saber as she cuts the brick.
Misaka: Huh?
Kiyama points at the wall as Misaka was standing on it. The wall comes out as she falls to the ground.
Misaka: Gh..!
Sonic: Misaka!
Metal homing attacks Sonic as he gets pushed back.
Sonic and Metal run towards each other as they  bumped each other.

Sonic and Metal both homing attacks around hitting each other as Metal grabs Sonic and throws him down to the ground.
Sonic: Gh...!
Eggman: Ho ho ho ho! That's it, Metal! Clobber him to pieces!
Sonic: Hehe, you're the one who'll be clobbered!
Eggman: What?!
Sonic instantly boost towards, Metal as he keep hitting it again and again faster and faster.
Eggman: His speed is increasing!
Sonic: Your finished, Metal!
Sonic spin dashes into Metal as he goes through it. Metal was malfunctioning as it explodes.
Eggman: Impossible!
Sonic: Hehe, I'll always beat you, Eggman!
Eggman: Hmph! It won't matter! As long as you're here, you can't ever go home!

Eggman: Oh really!
Eggman gets a button as he presses it. He presses the button as a portal appears.
Eggman: Ho ho ho ho! Bye bye, Sonic!

Eggman goes into the portal as he disappears.

Sonic sees Misaka on the ground.
Sonic: Oh, no! Misaka! I gotta help her!
Misaka was on the ground.
Kiyama: Why don't you just give up? All I want to do is investigate something. Once that's done I'll release everyone. I don't want to hurt anyone.
Misaka: Stop kidding around! You don't want to hurt anyone? You've already gotten so many people involved... You've played with their feelings... There's no way I can let that go!
Kiyama: Geez... Even though you're a Lever 5, when it comes down to it, you're just a pampered rich girl.
Sonic: She doesn't want to hear that from you!

Kiyama: Impressive... The ability development you people receive daily... Do you think those are safe and humane? The higher ups in Academy City are hiding something important about your abilities. And without any knowledge of that, teachers continue to develop student's brains daily. You must understand how dangerous that is, right?

Misaka uses the electricity on the ground as it was iron sand. The iron sands goes to attack Kiyama, but she uses the ground to block it.
Sonic runs and jumps up as he goes for a kick, but Kiyama blows him away as Sonic lands on his feet.
Kiyama: Unfortunately, I can't afford to get caught yet.
Kiyama uses her hand as she throws the trash full of cans in the air.
Sonic: Huh?
Misaka: Empty cans?
Sonic: Wait!
Misaka: Gravitons!
Kiyama: What now?
Misaka: I'll blow them all away!
Misaka uses her electricity to hit all the cans as they explode.

Kiyama: Amazing. But...
Kiyama holds a empty cannon her hand as it teleports.
Sonic: (Oh no!)
Misaka: What do you think? That's all it takes! Let's finish-
The empty can goes to destroy as Sonic runs to Misaka.
Sonic: Misaka! Behind you!
Misaka: Huh?
Sonic grabs Misaka and tries to run but trips.
Sonic: Guah!
Misaka: Sonic!
The empty can explodes.
Kiyama: I thought you two would put up a better fight than that. I guess that's a Level 5 and a hedgehog's limit.
Sonic: I don't have a limit!
Sonic kicks Kiyama at Miska as she holds her up.
Misaka: Got you!
Kiyama: No way! You shielded each other instantly with magnetism?
Misaka: Direct contact electrocution. It didn't work on that idiot, but there's no way you have that ridiculous ability, right?
Sonic: Misaka! Now!
Misaka: Take this!

Misaka shocks Kiyama hard enough as she is unconscious.

Kiyama: To the public, it was an experiment on the control of AIM diffusion fields, but in truth, it was actually an experiment analyzing the principles behind overloading abilities. Their goal was to find the trigger for overloading AIM diffusion fields.
Sonic: Huh?
Misaka: Then...
Kiyama: It was deliberately designed to overload them. Although, I didn't realize it till later...
Misaka: Human... experimentation...
Kiyama: Those children never woke up, and continue to sleep even now. We used them as guinea pigs and then threw them away!

Misaka was stunned as she was unable to move.
Sonic: Misaka! Hey, Misaka! Snap out of it!Misaka!
The monster screeches loudly as it goes to attack.
