Konori: Beginning with the first victim a week ago... the force and scale of these serial graviton attacks have been increasing. We have recognized no pattern in their times or locations, and after examining the psychometry of articles left behind, we still don't have any leads. We are working with Antiskill to prevent any more casualties, by increasing security, and doing all we can to solve this case.

In Academy City:
Sonic was in the back thinking about what happened yesterday, while Misaka was talking to Kuroko.
Misaka: Are you okay? You were up late again last night investigating the graviton attacks.
Kuroko: what else can I do? As long as the search turns nothing up, I have to check to make sure we have not overlooked anything.
Misaka: It's great that you're so gung-ho about your work, but you should t push yourself too hard.
Kuroko: Oh, sissy! You really are concerned about me. Then tonight, if we could sleep together in the same bed... my fatigue would immediately be...
Kuroko goes to hug Misaka, but she missed.
Kuroko: Sissy, wait!

A bunch of guys were surrounding a guy with glasses.

???: Huh? But you haven't paid back what you already borrowed.

The guys took him outside and kicks him.
Guy2: We said we'd pay you back, didn't we? Once we make it big.

Guy3: Now, let's get going before Judgement shows up.

In Judgement Branch Office:
Kuroko is with Uiharu as Uiharu is checking on the computer for more information.

Uiharu: Yes, indeed. All we really know is that it's s Level 4 or higher esper.
Kuroko: But the databank says no match found. Maybe it's a esper who had a dramatic power increase over a short period.
Uiharu: No way. That's impossible, over such s short time.
Kuroko: I suppose you're right. Such a thing would be impossible.

With Sonic and Misaka:
As they were walking, Sonic wanted to tell Misaka something.
Sonic: Hey, uhh... Misaka.
Misaka: Yeah. What is it?
Sonic: S-Sorry about what happened yesterday.
Misaka: It's fine. It's Kuroko's fault. At least you didn't see anything.
Sonic: Yeah.
Misaka: I'm sorry too for electrocuting you.
Sonic: Apology accepted. Oh, look, it's Saten.
Misaka: Saten!
Saten sees the two as they sat down on a table with drinks.
Sonic was drink his blueberry drink, which he loves in Academy City.
Misaka: This must be as hard on Uiharu as it is on Kuroko, huh?
Saten: It sounds like it. I invited her to go shopping with me today, but she turned me down.
Misaka: I guess they have no choice, until this mad bomber is caught.
Sonic: Whoever is doing this, needs to be stop.
Saten: It all kind of gives me this... uncomfortable feeling, you know?
Misaka: Huh?
Sonic: I don't know what your talking about.
Saten: Oh, how can I put it? Uiharu and Kuroko are working so hard for Judgement, and Misaka, Sonic, you're something else, too.
Saten: But I'm just like, you know...
Sonic: Yeah thanks. But not really.
Misaka: Huh?
Saten: Huh? How come?
Sonic: I didn't had any powers at all.
Saten: You didn't?
Misaka: Then how'd you get it then?
Sonic: It's because of Eggman.
Misaka, Saten: Eggman?!
Sonic: Yeah. Eggman used to take care of me. I was a brown colored hedgehog, until he made a experiment. It was like something hamsters run in. Eggman told me to run as fast as I could, and I did, but the machine was malfunctioning and I couldn't stop running. A big explosion happened which after, I became this. A blue speedy hedgehog. Apparently Eggman was using animals for evil so I'd be the one stopping them. And that's when it all started. I've keep beating him over an over again for years, and he'll won't stop until I'm defeated.
Misaka: Wow.
Saten: So Eggman gave you that power.
Sonic: Yeah basically.
Saten: If only I had an ability, too, my day to day would change. Aw, if only I had a Level Upper or something, then reaching Level 5 would be more then just a dream.
Sonic, Misaka: Level Upper?
Saten: It's an urban legend I mentioned before. They say it's a tool that can easily raise your ability level for you. The "Undresstress" was real, so I thought, maybe it could be, to. But really, there's no such thing, huh?
Misaka: Hey.
Saten: Huh?
Misaka: Let's all go together!

In Misaka's dorm:
Kuroko: Go shopping with you, sissy?!
Misaka: You two are both off, right? I asked Saten if we might do that for a change.
Kuroko: Y-You did? Well, I appreciate the offer, but I don't think so.
Sonic: Why not?
Kuroko: I want to keep investigating a little longer.
Misaka: Oh. Okay then, good luck.
Sonic: Yeah. Goodnight.
Misaka: Goodnight.
Sonic and Misaka both go to sleep as Kuroko keeps investigating on her laptop.

At a random house.
A strange guy was on the laptop thinking of a scheme.
???: A new world is coming...

The next day:
The strange guy walked in Academy City.
???: I will save myself.
He looks to the right seeing the girls and a creature walking together.
???: Judgement didn't save me. I don't need them.

In Seventh Mist:
Saten: Over here, over here!
Saten goes on ahead.
Sonic: Wow, it's so big.
Uiharu: Have you ever went to a clothing store before?
Sonic: Nope.
Misaka: Wow. Uiharu, is there anything you want to look at?
Uiharu: Um... I haven't really decided.
Saten: U-I-ha-ru! Come here, come here!
Uiharu: W-What is it?
Misaka: Are you looking for something, Sonic?
Sonic: If something satisfies me, then I'll buy it.
Shop owner: Is that Sonic The Hedgehog?!
Sonic: Huh?
Shop owner: It is really you!
Sonic: Yeah, I am.
Shop owner: There's something I wanna let you see.
Sonic: Okay. What is it.
Shop owner: Your Sonic clothes for you.
Sonic: Whoa! There so cool! Look at the shoes and the jacket.
Saten: Whoa! What's that?
Uiharu: It looks cool.
Saten: Try it on!

Sonic: Okay.
Sonic goes in the changing room and puts on the cloths. He then comes out and they were surprised.

Everyone: Whoa!
Sonic: Wow! I'm so cool! Thank you so much!
Shop owner: No problem. It's free for you.
Sonic: Thanks. Ima keep this on.
Saten: It looks awesome on you!
Uiharu: Yeah, it is.
Misaka: It looks great on you.
Sonic: Oh, uhh... T-Thanks, Misaka.
Misaka: Oh, you're welcome.
Saten: Hmm.
Saten pulls Sonic over.
Sonic: What is it Saten.
Saten: You like Misaka, don't you.

Sonic: Oh, hey, Touma.

Touma: Am I not allowed to be here?
Girl: Big brother!
Girl: Ah, you're the lady from Tokiwadai! And your the blue creature that saved my bag.

The girl was touching Sonic's hair.
Sonic: It's soft, isn't it?
Girl: Yeah!

Girl: See you later, lady! Blue creature! Bye bye!

Sonic: Why were you holding the pajamas in the back.

Sonic goes to the owner and buys the pajamas for her.

Uiharu and Saten comes over to Sonic and Misaka as Misaka wanted to use the bathroom.
Misaka comes out of a bathroom and saw someone with a plushie.
Misaka: Gekota! No it's not.

In Judgement Branch Office:
Konori: It couldn't be a case of different criminals with the same M.O., could it?
Kuroko: Don't be silly.
Konori: I was just thinking out loud, since I don't see any connections here.
Kuroko: If we don't hurry, we might have another victim on our hands.
Konori: If only we had something that we could go on. Nine of our coworkers have been hurt already.
Kuroko: Nine?
Konori: Something the matter?
Kuroko: That seems like an awful lot, does it not?
Konori: You don't think we're the targets, do you?!
An alert happens on the computer, as there is one in Seventh Mist.
Konori: The satellite is deactivating accelerated gravitons!
In Seventh Mist:
A sudden phone was ringing.
Saten: Uiharu, isn't that your cell ringing?
Uiharu: Oh, you're right. Yes, hello.
Kuroko: Uiharu! Update on the graviton attacks!
Uiharu: Huh?
Kuroko: Academy City's surveillance satellite has picked up an explosive acceleration of gravitons!
Uiharu: W-Where was it spotted?
Kuroko: Antiskill officers  in the area are responding immediately, but you have to come back here at once!
Uiharu: But Where was it spotted?!
Uiharu: A clothing store called Seventh Mist, in the 7th School District.
Uiharu: That's perfect! That's where I am right now! I'll start an emergency evacuation at once!
Kuroko: Uiharu! Hello?! Hello?! What is she doing?
Konori: Is something the matter with Uiharu?
Uiharu: Please listen, and don't panic. We know where the attacker's next target is. It's this store!

Sonic, Misaka, and Uiharu are getting the people out.

Touma: Zapper!
Sonic: Touma!
Touma: Have you seen that little girl?
Misaka: Huh? I thought she was with you!
Sonic: Then she must be inside! We gotta get her out of there!
Misaka: Then let's go!
Touma: H-Hey!
Uiharu was still inside of the store. Uiharu goes to call Kuroko.
Kuroko: Uiharu!
Uiharu: Evacuation of everyone is complete.
Kuroko: Get away from there this instant! The only human casualties incurred in past attacks were Judgement! The culprit's actual target is any Judgement officer in the observed area! Their target this time is you, Uiharu!
Uiharu: Heh?!
Girl: Hey, Lady!
Misaka: Is that..
Sonic: Uh oh!
Girl: A man wearing glasses told me to give this to you. Here.
As Uiharu was about to touch it, the plushie starts to get crushed.
Uiharu throws the plushie away.
Uiharu: Run away! That's a bomb!
Misaka goes to use her Railgun, but she dropped her coin.
Sonic: Guys!
Sonic try's to get them out, but the it started to explode.
As the bomb was going to explode everything, Touma comes in and stops it with his right hand.
Sonic: Touma!
A big explosion happened outside, as the guy with the glasses leaves.
???: Good! Incredible! Outstanding! I'm getting so stronger and stronger power.
As he was in a alleyway, Sonic and Misaka were behind him.
Misaka kicks him in the back.
???: What on earth...
Misaka: Hi!
Sonic: Hey there.
Misaka: I don't have to tell you what this is about, right, Mr, Mad Bomber?
???: I-I have no idea what you're talking about.
Misaka: Well, the damage done is definitely something else.
Sonic: Yeah, same.
Misaka: But unfortunately for you, far from any casualties, nobody even got a scratch.
???: Th-That's impossible! That was my maximum power!
Sonic: So it was you!
???: I mean, it looked like an incredible explosion from outside, and I doubt that anyone inside could have survived it...
The guy got out a spoon to explode it, but Misaka uses her Railgun, obliterating the spoon.
Sonic: I'll let you take care of this.
Misaka: Thanks.
???: It's always like this. I'm always beaten down to the ground by force. I'll kill you! It's people like you who are the problem! And Judgement is no different! It's true of anyone who has power!
Misaka: Power, power, you say? Clench your teeth!
Misaka punches him in the face as he falls down.
Misaka: Geez...
Sonic: I still got your stuff.
Misaka: Thanks for protecting them.
Sonic: Yeah.
They both left as Kuroko teleported to him and teleports him to Antiskill.
Kuroko teleports in the store and sees the damage:
Uiharu: Kuroko!
Kuroko: Oh, I was so worried!
Uiharu: I'm sorry. But thanks to Misaka, see for yourself!
Girl: The lady from Tokiwadai saved us!
Kuroko: I have to wonder, though, how is it that the place where Uiharu and the others is unharmed? How did she use her ability make it out looking like this?
With Sonic and Misaka:
Misaka looks at her hands as it was a little hurt.
Sonic: Are you okay, Misaka?
Misaka: Yeah, I'm fine.
Kuroko: Sissy!
Kuroko jumps on Misaka.
Kuroko: You really outdid yourself this time! Thank you so much!
Misaka: Huh? Oh, yeah...
Kuroko: I'll do anything you want me to do for you today, sissy! Like washing your back, or giving you a massage. Just say the word!
Misaka: That's whatever you want, right? Thanks, anyway.
Kuroko: Aw... Come on, sissy...!
Sonic: It'll never change.
The next day:
Sonic and Misaka was by the vending machine.
Misaka: My railgun couldn't have made it in time back there.
Sonic: You noticed it too, didn't you?
Misaka: Yeah. The one who actually stopped it...
Sonic: Was Touma.
Touma was walking this way.
Touma: Uhh, an ambush?
Sonic: Hey, Touma.
Misaka: You're Okay with it?
Touma: Huh?
Misaka: It looks like everyone thinks that I'm the one who saved the day.
Sonic: But hey, Touma.
Touma: Yeah.
Sonic: What's with that right hand of yours?
Touma: Well...
Sonic: Don't matter. At least everyone was safe.
Touma: Exactly. It doesn't really matter who saved them, right? Welp, see ya later.
Sonic: See ya.
Misaka: Don't act so aloof!
Misaka kicks the vending machine and she keeps doing it.
Misaka: Stop acting like you're such a hero! And only to me at that!
Sonic: Misaka, calm down!
