That same night, The Chaos Emeralds were slowly turning black one by one until there was one left glowing. Silver was helping Tails downstairs since he was in a wheelchair.

"Thanks for helping me Silver."

"No problem. I'm sorry we couldn't help you sooner."

"It's ok. I just can't believe Sonic would do this."

"I know it was rough but maybe it's just because with the stress and we should wait a couple of days to see what happens."

"Maybe."

Tails looked to the corner where the Chaos Emeralds are.

"Huh?" Tails wheeled towards the Emeralds and looked closely at them.

"This is strange."

"What is it Tails?"

"The Chaos Emeralds seem to be losing its power."

"But how?"

"I don't know but we should get the others."

"I'm on it." Silver said as he ran upstairs.

Once everyone is arrived, they all looked at the Chaos Emeralds.

"What's going on with the Emeralds?"
Blaze asked.

"I don't know. But it seemed to be doing this for awhile without any of us realizing it. There's still one glowing so maybe there's a chance to figure out what's going on. Do you know anything Knuckles?"

"No I don't really."

"What are we gonna do?" Y/N asked.

"I'm gonna have to some tests and find out what's going on."

Jason looked at his surroundings and left the lab room without anyone else knowing.

With Blake, He was checking on his research on Sonic and saw the percentage and body level was at 85%.

"Looks like the blue hero is getting close to breaking. Maybe we should level things up." Blake grabbed the nob and started turning it as the arrow went from the green setting to the red setting.

With Sonic, He was in a cabin that was in the woods that he built with Tails when they were kids. Sonic was hiding his face on his legs as he lowered his ears. Soon, he lifted his head and started talking to himself.

"I lost my friends, the love of my life and now, nobody believes in me for whatever is happening."

"Seems like they don't appreciate you." The voice said.

"You again? What do you want?"

"You lost everything haven't you? You're friends betrayed you, your girlfriend left you and all you wanted was for them to believe you."

"I did but..."

"Are you really gonna let them get away with this?"

Sonic stayed silent.

"Those aren't your real friends because friends listen to each other and trust each other. Join me and we'll show them what happens to those who mess with us."

"This doesn't seem right."

"Don't you wanna show them that they're wrong? That you only wanted their respect? Well I can help you with that."

Sonic started to have flashback about you and his friends. Soon he closed his eyes and opened them with a glare.

"They really did deserted me."

"We will teach them a lesson!" Suddenly a dark cloud in his head, started to take control over his brain.

Sonic started to scream in pain as held onto his head.

With the Chaos Emeralds, The last one turned black as they starts to float and flew out the window at full speed.

Tails saw this and was shocked.

"Guys! Emergency!" Tails shouted.

The dark Chaos Emeralds came towards Sonic and started to circle around him as he continued to scream in pain. His body was now covered by a dark cloud as the voice in his head started an evil laugh but soon the evil laugh came out of the blue heros mouth as lightning strikes outside.

"They're what?!"

"The Chaos Emeralds are gone! They just started floating and then they rushed outside!" Tails explained.

"We better go find them." Shadow said.

"Oh Jason, What do you think is gonna happen?" Y/N asked.

"Don't worry Y/N, We'll get through this together." Jason said as he gave you a kiss.

You kissed back with a smile.

"We're wasting time!" Knuckles said, getting impatient.

"But how are we gonna find them? They could be anywhere." Cream said.

While everyone was talking, they started hearing a ticking sound.

"What is that?" Rouge asked.

They turned their heads and saw a sleep gas bomb timer on the ground.

"Quick! Before it's...."

Suddenly it exploded, making everyone cough from the explosion.

"What.....just.....happened?" Soon everyone started to faint and became out cold.

Once the room was clear, Jason took off his face mask that he put on when no one was looking as he looked at you with a smirk.

"Sweet dreams my princess."

Jason started laughing as he transformed into Blake!
