As the Mobian sharks continued to argue, the King finally shouted,

"Enough! This is getting out of hand!"

They quickly went silent and said,

"Our apologies your Majesty."

"So father, you know what this is?" Undina asked.

"It's one of the most powerful objects in the world but only exists above the surface of these waters."

"How do you know about this?" Razor asked with concern.

"That will be a story for another time. For now, that must be taken care of. Hand it over please daughter."

Undina was about to hand it over when suddenly, the guards swam inside fast.

"What is the meaning of this!?" The King asked.

"Something fast is heading this way!"

"What are you..."

Suddenly, the cannon hits their walls as everyone quickly moved out of the way.

There was now a giant hole on the side of the castle as they suddenly heard an evil laugh.

Razor immediately knew who it was and growls loudly.

"Blade!"

"Argh! Well if it isn't my little brother! I believe you have something that belongs to me! Seize them!"

The pirates shouted while swimming towards them.

"Stop those pirates!" The King sends his guards towards them as the fight begins.

Lava and Stream looked at each other.

"What do we do?" Stream asked.

Lava looked back at the entrance and said,

"We're getting more help. Come on!" Lava swam out as Stream followed.

Meanwhile with you and the others, you were back on your feet as everyone looked at each other.

"What just happened?" Knuckles asked.

You suddenly heard tapping on the window and turned your head.

"We need your help."

"Of course. What's going on?" Tails asked.

"There are pirates at the castle who are looking for your gem and attacking the royal family!" Stream said.

Tails quickly ran towards the controls.

"Let's go."

Little did they know, they had another problem to deal with soon.

They quickly arrived at the scene as Tails got his harpoon ready.

He aimed it towards Blade as he gets ready to press the button.

Blade and Razor were having a duel as they clashed their weapons together.

"You will pay for what you did!"

"What? Still mad about what happened with Coral? For someone who was usually with her 24/7, you really aren't that great at your job."

Razor got really angry at this.

"You shouldn't have messed with her!"

"And she shouldn't have been in our business!"

Razor was about to attack her when suddenly, a harpoon came back and sliced her arm a bit.

"Gah!"

She held her arm as they both turned their heads towards the submarine with Tails glaring at her.

"What is this!?"

Razor growled at Tails.

"Didn't I tell you guys to beat it already!?"

"Hey! Be lucky we came in time!" Knuckles yelled.

Blade kicked Razor away from her and looked at them.

"I don't care how many creatures you bring! I will get that gem!"

"Not if we get it first!" Silver said.

While the fight was going on, you stayed next to Sonic to protect him as his body kept moving from the shifting of the vehicle.

But then you realized that he was starting to wake up. You got nervous on what would happen next as you didn't know what to do.

Sonic groaned as he had his eyes slightly opened but looked very tired.

"What's going on? Where are we?"

He tried to scratch his head but he noticed that he was tied up.

"Why am I all tied up?"

You held your breath as you couldn't think on how to explain the situation.

Sonic looked at his surroundings and widened his eyes. He started breathing faster as he looked at the window and saw Stream in her non-mobian shark form while fighting the pirates.

Sonic was now having a panic attack.

"Breath Sonic breath! It's ok! Just don't panic!"

Sonic couldn't take it anymore.

"W-W-WATER!!!!"

The boys turned their heads as they heard Sonic's voice."

"Oh no..."

"GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!" He started freaking out.

"We kinda have another problem to deal with!" Knuckles said.

Sonic was to scared to even notice what was happening as he desperately tried to figure out how to get out.

Blade saw that they were distracted and grins as she went to her ship and aims the cannon at the submarine.

"Sonic! Stop! You're gonna make things worse!" Tails said.

"I NEED AIR!!!"

The submarine kept moving a bit, making Sonic's head hit the launch button for the missiles when he slipped.

"NO!!!!"

As the cannon ball came towards their direction, the missile came towards the cannon ball and collided, causing a huge explosion, knocking everyone down.

When things started to clear up, Stream saw the Chaos Emerald laying on the castle floor and swam towards it.

Blade quickly came towards her and slapped her tail at her, making her drop the emerald as she snatched it.

"Argh! I've had enough of this! Argh me mateys! Let's get out of here!"

The pirates got on the ship as it slowly heads off due to the damages.

"The Emerald!"

"Forget about that! They're gonna drown!" Lava points at the submarine as water was getting in through the damaged hole.

Razor groaned as he held his back in pain but went to check to see if the royal family was alright.

Stream and Lava swam inside and grabbed you all as they quickly swam to the surface.

Once they did, you all were coughing and gasping for air as the Mobian sharks took you all towards land.

They gently sat you all down as you finally caught your breaths and Sonic started kissing the ground, finally happy to be on land again.

"Glad you guys are alright but I hate to say that they have gotten your gem." Lava said.

"No they didn't." Stream said as she held out the Emerald.

Lava was shocked.

"How did you do that!?"

"I swapped it with a fake during the fight."

"I should have known."

With Blade, she was laughing while looking at her crew.

"Finally! We have accomplished on receiving the gem! Now no one shall be able to stop us!"

The crew cheered loudly but suddenly noticed that it was falling apart. A few pieces fell off the fake gem as she looked at it confused.

"What is this!?"

It turned out to be a fragile rock with glowing sand.

The crew saw this and backed up a bit as she yells in frustration.
