IF: Nep-ko, what does this mean?
Neptune: As you can see, Planetune is blooming right now!
Histoire: Our Shares showed a gradual downward trend, but one day they rose suddenly, and we're now far outpacing the other three nations.
Sonic: Wow.
IF: Why is this happening?
Neptune: That's obvious. Planetune has what this era wants: 64-bit architecture.
Histoire: Probably, stopping Eden's invasion was the single greatest factor.
IF: Still, this feels like too drastic a change.
Compa: But Nep-Nep did give it her all!
Nepgear: Yes, she did. Onee-chan, congratulations!
Neptune: Well, this is nothing for me when I get serious.
Sonic: (Huh...? What about me...?)

The three goddesses says nothing.

Sonic: Hmm?
Neptune: Huh?
Blanc: I don't have time for this nonsense. I'm going home.
Sonic: Hey, Blanc, is something wrong?

Blanc transforms as she flies off.
Neptune: Wait! Come on, wait!

Noire: Since the riots, every nation except yours has had plummeting Share values.

Vert: It probably hit Blanc the hardest. Your nation has the fewest Shares for years, and yet, Planetune overtook hers in an instant.
Noire: Lowee is an old nation and proud nation. Lastation's I think even like that, but this is still so frustrating for me. Well, I'm sure we'll bounce back in no time.
Neptune: Hang on a sec. We signed a treaty of friendship, you know? It shouldn't matter who gets the most Sha-
Noire: Well, it does. The treaty doesn't change the fact that we're still competing over Share Energy.
Vert: Indeed. I'm sorry, but I'm not so selfless that I could bring myself to celebrate another nation's Share rise.

Vert transforms and flies off.

Neptune gives her the tickets.

Neptune then transforms.

Blanc flies towards her church as Rom and Ram were waiting for her.

Blanc: It's good to be back. How did the investigation go?
Maid: I believe we'll be able to report our findings tomorrow.
Blanc: Get a move on.
Ram: Hey, let's play some games, sis!
Rom: The new version of Lowee Sports is out. So excited!

The next day at Planetune:

A celebration was happening in Planetune's Basilicom as Abnes opens the door.
Abnes: Ga-thunk! Ga-thunk! Ga-thunk! Hey there, viewers of Abnes Channel. Long time no see! I'm Abnes, ally of little girls everywhere! I've received word that tons of little girls are being gathered at Planetune's Basilicom. Smells like a conspiracy to me! Time to swoop in and save those little girls!
Abnes goes inside the Basilicom.
Abnes: Ga-thunk! Your conspiracy ends here! Huh?!
Abnes looks around as it was a festival inside as everyone was having fun.

Abnes: D-Don't let their tricks fool you! This is a plot to deceive little girls! I'm sure this nation's little goddess is up to no good-
Neptune bumps into Abnes as the chest with rings falls down.

Neptune: Wahh!
Sonic: The rings!
Sonic quickly grabs the chest and catches the rings as he puts it back on the chest.
Sonic: You okay, Neptune?
Neptune: Geez, be careful!
Abnes: It's you, the little goddess!
Neptune: Hmm?
Abnes: At last, your time has come. I'll prove today, once and for all, that a little girl can't be a CPU! You'd best be prepared.
Neptune: Ehh?
Sonic: Huh?
Abnes: Got that? Be a good girl and leave your CPU days behind!
Neptune: Err... Who were you again?
Abnes: Ugh...! She doesn't remember me..

Abnes: Really?!

Abnes falls on the floor.

In the forest:
Neptune flies to the forest as they look for Blanc.
Neptune: Geez, she's so pushy. Blanc, we're here! Where are you!
Neptune heard a sound coming from above.
Neptune: Huh?
Blanc: Getter Ravine!
Blanc comes from above with her axe and goes to attack, but she blocks it.

Neptune: What are you doing, Blanc?!
Blanc attacks again, as they both clash with their weapons.
Blanc: Hand over your Shares, Neptune!
Neptune: What are you saying? The treaty of friendship prohibits taking Share Energy by force-
Blanc: But stealing it is okay?
Neptune: What's that supposed to mean? I don't get it.
Blanc: I looked up the Share movements of each nation. And surprise, surprise, Planetune's Shares went up exactly as much as Lowee went down. Lastation and Leanbox had their Shares stolen like that too. No wonder your Share value went through the roof, right, Neptune?
Neptune: Hold on. This is the first I've heard of this. I didn't even know you could do that-
Blanc: Sure you didn't.
Neptune: I'm telling the truth. Please believe me!
Blanc: Okay, let's say it wasn't you. Maybe Histoire did it.
Neptune: Histy? No way.
Blanc: Then maybe it was Nepgear and Sonic!
Sonic: Blanc!
Rom, Ram: Sis!
Sonic quickly catches Blanc's axe as Rom and Ram flies towards them.
Ram: Don't fight!
Rom: Please stop!
Blanc: You shut the hell up! This is an international dispute.
Ram: No, we won't! There's no way Nepgear and the others would do something that bad!
Rom: We're friends!
Blanc: Well, someone sure as hell did!
Sonic: Didn't you all signed the treaty of friendship? Neptune meant it when she said it. Why would she and all of us do it?
Blanc: ...
Blanc pulls down her weapon.
Blanc: Consider this a warning, then. But know this, Neptune. If you continue to feign ignorance, we'll declare war.
Blanc then flies off.
Sonic: Blanc...
Rom and Ram flies off with Blanc.
Neptune: What's going on?
Sonic: Whoever it is, someone's taking Shares from other nations and blaming us for it.
Neptune: But who...?

In Planetune's Basilicom:

The citizens were having fun inside the Basilicom as one of the girls gets a scratch on their knee. Compa quickly goes to the girl and wipes off it and gives her a bandage.
Compa: There. All better. Just be careful when you run.
The girls were picking up the rings in the air as Abnes goes to bring in more. Another girl with a Sonic costume runs with rings as they both bumped into each other losing rings.

Nepgear walks around as she sees two girls wearing Neptune's transform outfit and Nepgear's.

Girl: Wait, Purple Sister!
Girl2: This way!
Girl: Wait!
Nepgear: Hehe.
IF was doing a magic show.
IF: Behold ye, far and wide!
Doves flies out of the hat as the audience cheers.
Histoire: The festival's a roaring success. Wonderfully done, Neptune.

In jail:

Noire enters in as she enters an cell where Anonydeath is.
Anonymous: My, Noire. You came for me? You doing okay?
Noire: Emailing me from within maximum security?
Anonydeath: Why, Noire, I just wanted to have a bit of girl talk with you.
Noire: If you've got something to say, just spit it out. I'm busy.
Anonydeath: Blunt as always, I see. No wonder you don't have any friends.
Noire: Out with it!
Anonydeath: Okay, okay. I've had a lot of time on my hands lately, you know? So I investigated my client. You know, the one from the Eden case.

Anonydeath: I would have seen through any mere scam. So, to have fooled even me, Rei must be...
Noire: Must be what?
Anonydeath: Something much more sinister... I suppose?
Rei breaks through the cells as she escapes.

In Neptune's church:
Histoire: You want me to give the official address?
IF: Yes. Neppy and Sonic ran off somewhere and they haven't come back yet.
Histoire: Very well. I wonder what happened to them.
They both walk away, but they see something happening to the Share power.
IF: Lady Histoire! What's going on?!

Dark stormy clouds comes above the clouds as the roads and buildings were breaking apart. A huge rock floats up from the sky as Rei was standing on top of it.
Rei: Finally... it has returned.
Rei transforms with the he dark energy.

Rei: My continent, my nation: Tari!
Compa: What...?!
Nepgear: What's going on?!
Sonic and Neptune flies over as they see the huge rock up in the sky.
Neptune: Who's that
Sonic: Whoever it is, it's attacking Planetune.
Abnes: You there, the not-so-little goddess! Little girls are being held captive there!
Two girls were stick up in the Ferris wheel.
Abnes: Stop goofing off and save them!
Nepgear: O-Okay!
Nepgear transforms and flies off to the Ferris wheel.
Sonic and Neptune arrives as they see the person in front of them.
Rei: Oh, you two are here already. Planetune's CPU and that blue rat.
Sonic: I'm not a rat! I'm a hedgehog!
Neptune: Wait, are you Rei Ryghts?
Sonic: Huh, that's her?
Rei: Oh, I don't like that one bit. I mean, that's a pretty lame name for a goddess, wouldn't you say?
Neptune: Are you a new goddess too?
Rei: Say what? Could you not treat me like a fool? I've been a goddess for far longer than you have.
Neptune: Huh?
Sonic: What do you mean?
Rei: I'm Tari's CPU. The CPU of the great nation that rules this land. Hahaha!
Neptune: Tari's CPU?
IF: What's with that continent? Who's Neppy and Sonic talking to?
Histoire: I don't know. The only thing I do know is that thing shines with the light of a Share Crystal. The one talking to Neptune and Sonic-san is, without a doubt, a CPU.
Neptune: Tari? You mean the ancient superpower that was said to have been destroyed eons ago?
Rei: Bzzt. That's where you're wrong! It wasn't destroyed at all. It's just been waiting all along for the perfect time to make a comeback.
Neptune: Okay, so assuming you are who you say... What are you after?
Rei: This land, and all those who inhabit it. Let me have it all. Do that, and I might even spare your life. In fact, this all belonged to me in the first place. Shut your trap and give it back, bitch! That's how it is. Hahaha!
Sonic: You...! Don't you dare call her that!
Rei: Oh? And what are you going to do about it?
Sonic: Theres no way we're gonna let you take this land!
Sonic rushes towards Rei first.
Neptune: Sonic-kun, wait!
Sonic goes for a punch, but she causes lighting as it shocks Sonic.
Sonic: Gahhh!
Neptune: Sonic-kun!
Neptune catches Sonic as he gets back up.
Neptune: You okay?
Sonic: Yeah.
Rei: Hahaha! I suggest you give me the land now or else! Ahaha!
Neptune: Screw you. This is Planetune, my nation. You think I'd just hand it over to you?
Rei: Oh, is that your final answer? You sure? Wanna think it over? There are no other options. In that case...
The continent starts to shake as it opens up a super laser beam.
Neptune: What?
Sonic: The heck?
Rei charges up the beam.
Rei: Energy charge, okay!
Neptune: Threatening is wont get you anywhere.
Rei: That so? Just a sec.
Rei charges the beam even more.
Rei: How about this then? Can you still say that now. O great CPU?
Rei aims it at where the Basilicom is.
Sonic: Wait, don't! There's people in there!
Rei: Like I care!
Sonic and Neptune rushes towards her.
Rei: Long Laser Cannon... Fire!
Rei fires the lasor cannon as it blews past them.
Sonic, Neptune: Guahh!
The laser takes out half of the Basilicom as it was falling apart.

Sonic: No...
The citizens were running around in fear as they run out of the building as Abnes's people leaves.
Abnes: Hey! What are you doing?! Those are the tools of our trade!
As Abnes tries to pick up the camera, the ceiling was falling apart as one of it was going to hit her.
Nepgear: Watch out!
Nepgear saves her in time as the camera breaks.
Nepgear: Are you okay?
Abnes: I can't tell the world about this without a camera!
More of the building was falling apart as it was up in flames.

Rei: Well? Singing a different tune now?
Neptune: ...!
Sonic: You...!

In Lowee:
Rom and Ram we're watching TV as Vert was live with 5pb.
Vert: Welcome to Vert's room. Today's guest is 5pb, our diva. It seems she'll be playing one of the singles from her new album for the first time on today's show. Stay tuned until the end.
Ram gets a ring from Uni.
Rom: Did Uni reply?
Ram: Yeah! Aww... She says she wasn't allowed to go to Planetune's festival either.
Rom: Will we not get to hang out with Nepgear anymore?
Ram: What are you talking about? There's no way that'd happen.
Rom: But sis was really mad.

In Neptune's church:
IF and Histiore goes downstairs as IF tries to call the other goddesses, but she couldn't.
IF: I can't get through to the internet or phone network. Looks like all of our communications systems have been destroyed!
Histoire: Which means... We can't look for outside help.
Rei: Hahahahaha! Changed your mind, huh? You'd have to be a retard to stick to your guns after all that.
Sonic: How dare you...!
Rei: Hmm?
Sonic then transforms as he's in his awakening form.
Sonic: You'll pay for what you did!
Neptune: I won't let you have your way any longer.

Sonic and Neptune rushes towards Rei as they go to attack, but her Barrier was up. Rei causes another lightning as it shocks them again.
Sonic, Neptune: Guahh!
Rei goes to shock them again, but Sonic vanishes with Neptune. Sonic was up in the sky as he shoots energy blasts at Rei, but her barrier blocks it causing smoke.
Rei: Huh?
Neptune: Cross Combination!
Neptune goes through and does her special attack, but she blocks it again with her barrier.
Sonic, Neptune: What?
Rei: Nice try!
Rei uses her dark energy as it creates vine whips grabbing Neptune and smelling into into the continent.
Neptune: Guahh!
Sonic: N-Neptune! Grrr...! Now I'm serious!
Sonic rushes towards Rei as she uses her vines to grab Sonic, but he dodges them. Sonic runs on the vines jumping from one to another as he jumps in the air and throws two shurikens at her, but she uses the vines to clash with it making smoke.
Sonic goes through with a energy ball in his hand as he tries to attack, but Rei uses a barrier blocking it.
Rei: Heh! You can't touch me! What?!
Sonic: Hraaagh!
Sonic's power rises as he breaks the barrier.
Rei: N-No way!
Sonic: Take this!
Sonic uses Aura Punch and deals a powerful punch on her causing her to get slammed into the continent.
Rei: Y-You... hit me... You hit me!
More dark energy flows around her as she uses the vines to tie up Sonic.
Sonic: Gh...!
Rei charges up a beam from her hands as she releases it blowing Sonic away.
Sonic: Guahh!
Neptune: Sonic-kun!
Neptune catches Sonic again as Rei was angry.
Rei: No one hurts me!
Neptune: Sonic-kun...
Sonic: I'm okay. We have to stop her before it's too late!
Neptune: Right!
Nepgear and the others were outside as they were making sure the citizens were safe.
Compa: We'll find your mom for you.
Nepgear: Compa!
Compa: Ge-Ge! Nep-Nep and Sonic-kun are fighting.
Nepgear: Yeah. I'm gonna go help them-
Abnes: What are you saying? Helping little girls evacuate comes first!
Histoire: I agree, Nepgear.

IF: Yeah, we're alright.
Histoire: We should lead the people away from the city.

Sonic and Neptune both uses their attacks, but her vines blocks it and uses lighting as it shocks them again.
Sonic, Neptune: Guahh!
Rei: Hahaha! Like I said, it doesn't matter how many times you attack me. It's useless.
Neptune: (That lighting certainly is powerful.)
Sonic: (No matter what we do, we can't stop her.)
Neptune: (We shouldn't be taking this much damage. Something's not right.)

In the center:
Nepgear and the others got to the center as the girl finds her mom.
Girl: Mom!
Mom: I'm so glad you're safe!
Compa: That's good.
Nepgear's Share Energy was going away.
Nepgear: Gh...!
Compa: Ge-Ge! What's wrong?
Nepgear: It just feels like the Share Energy within me is disappearing.
Histoire: Nepgear, you should probably deactivate HDD.
Nepgear turns back to normal.
IF: I don't know why, but our Shares are dropping rapidly.
Rei: Now, then... Let's charge up the Pong Laser nice and good again! Hmm? What should we target this time?
Rei aims the laser at the center where Nepgear and the others are.
Sonic: No!
Neptune: Stop it!
Rei: Don't wanna. Lock on.
Neptune rushes towards her, but her vines grabs Neptune and was taking her energy.
Sonic: Neptune!
Lady: Oh no!
Lady2: Lady Neptune!
Rei: Laser Cannon... Fire!
Sonic: No!
Neptune: S-Sonic-kun...!
Everyone: Ahhh!
As the laser fires, Sonic goes in front of it and tries to stop it with his bare hands.
Sonic: Gh...! Ghra...!
Nepgear: S-Sonic-kun!
Everyone: Sonic!
Sonic: Gh...! I won't let that happen...!
Rei: It's no use! You can't stop it!
Neptune: S-Sonic-kun!
Sonic: Hraghh!
Sonic tries to stop it, but it was getting stronger.

Sonic uses every ounce of his power to stop the laser as it disappears. Everyone was surprised as the laser was gone.
Everyone: ...
Sonic: I... did it...
Sonic falls down to where Nepgear and the others are.
Nepgear: Sonic-kun!
Everyone: Sonic-kun!
Neptune: Noo!
Sonic couldn't say anything as he wasn't moving.
Rei: Hahaha! Hahaha! Now he's out for the count! Hahaha!
Neptune: Sonic-kun...
Nepgear: Sonic-kun...!
