Neptune and everyone else were finished with the decorations around the Basilicom as they all brought their presents.
Histoire: I'm really glad that everyone came to help prepare Sonic's birthday party.
Neptune: Alright, does everyone have their presents ready for the birthday party?!
Everyone: Yeah!
Vert: You could've told us sooner, Neptune.
Neptune: Sorry, just didn't have the time to. I was too excited!

Flashback:
Neptune invites everyone to come in and decorate the church for Sonic's birthday.
Neptune: Okay, everyone, today's a special day today!
Noire: What is it this time?
Vert: If it's not important we're leaving.
Blanc: Yeah.
Neptune: It is! Today is Sonic's birthday!
Everyone: Sonic's birthday?!
Noire: His birthday's today?
Neptune: Yep!
Nepgear: Neptune planned out how we're going to celebrate his birthday.
IF: So she called all of you to help.
Compa: That's right.
Rom: Yeah!
Ram: Big brother's birthday!
Uni: Never thought he'll have a birthday?
Vert: Well, why didn't you tell us sooner?
Noire: A birthday is just a birthday. It's just the day you were born from.
Neptune: It's not just about the day you were born! Birthdays are about presents, family, friends, and most importantly... food!
Nepgear: Don't you mean love, Neptune?
Neptune: Yeah, also love! Ooooo, I can't wait!
They then hear Sonic coming down as everyone was surprised.
Neptune: Everyone hide!
Everyone else hides under something as Neptune, Nepgear, and Histoire were here.
Neptune: Hey, Sonic!
Nepgear: Hello.
Histoire: Hello, Sonic.
Sonic: Hey, you three. I thought I heard a noise just now.
Neptune: Huh?! Oh no no, it's nothing! Just me you know doing things!
Sonic: Okay then.
Neptune: *Whispers* We need Sonic out of here.
Nepgear: *Whispers* Yeah, but how?
Historie: Oh, Sonic.
Sonic: Hmm?
Historie: I'm sorry for wasting your time, but can you do a certain quest for us?
Sonic: Sure, what can I help with?
Histoire: There's a certain quest that has a ton of monsters there. They want them destroyed as quickly as possible.
Sonic: Heh, you can count on me, Histy! I'll be back before you know it!
Sonic zooms off.
Everyone else gets up.
IF: He's gone now.
Compa: Good.
Histoire: I bought you guys some time.
Neptune: Thanks, Histy! Alright guys! Let's get to it!
Everyone: Yeah!

Few minutes later:
Noire was wearing a maid outfit as she was the leader.
Noire: Alright, Sonic will be back soon and we need to do this before he gets here! Nepgear, IF, and Compa, you get the ingredients for the cake!
IF, Compa: Okay!
The two run off.
Noire: Rom, Ram, you're with the drawlings!
Rom, Ram: Okay!
Noire: Vert, Blanc, you get the gifts ready! Here's the list!
Blanc, Vert: Okay!
Blanc and Vert runs out.
Noire:Nepgear, Neptune, you two are working on the decoration of this place!
Neptune, Nepgear: Okay!
Noire: Uni, you're with me cooking for dinner!
Uni: Got it, Noire!

With If and Compa:
IF and Compa were in the store getting ingredients for the cake.
Compa: This might work! Sonic's gonna love this!
IF: Yeah, a Sonic cake isn't bad, Compa.

With Blanc and Vert:
Blanc and Vert were in their HDD forms as they fly around Gamindustri getting the presents.
Blanc: That's almost half of them.
Vert: Just a few more.

In Neptune's church:
Noire and Uni were working on the food as Rom and Ram were drawling.
Neptune and Nepgear we're decorating the Basilicom as Nepgear asks her something?
Nepgear: Neptune, what's your present for Sonic?
Neptune: Not telling ya. It's a secret.
After some time, IF and the others arrived with the items and presents.
Neptune: Just in time guys!
Compa: Nepgear, could you help me on the cake?
Nepgear: Sure thing.
Vert: We'll help you decorate, Neptune.
Blanc: Yeah.
Neptune: Thanks, you guys.
Everyone else continues to work for the party as they soon finished. Noire and Uni finishes the food and set them on the table.
Noire: Thanks for the help, Uni.
Uni: Hehe.

End of flashback:
Neptune: Well, we all did it in time, right?
Historie: Everyone, Sonic's coming!
Neptune: I'll bring him!
Neptune runs out as she waits for Sonic to appear.
Sonic: Phew, that was frustrating...
Neptune: Hey, Sonic!
Sonic: Hey Neptune. Were you waiting?
Neptune: Yep. You must be tired.
Sonic: Yeah... There were a ton of monsters. Thankfully, I was able to handle them.
Neptune: Well good! Oh, Sonic, put this on.
Sonic: A blindfold? What for?
Neptune: Just put it on!
Sonic puts on the blindfold as Neptune guides him inside.
Everyone else gets ready as Neptune enters with Sonic.
Sonic: What is it, Neptune?
Neptune: You'll see! One! Two! Three!
Neptune removes the blindfold off him Sonic couldn't believe his eyes.
Everyone: Happy birthday, Sonic!
The confettis blast everywhere as everyone was cheering for Sonic.
Sonic: Aww, you guys...!
Neptune: Come on, let's celebrate!
Neptune grabs Sonic's hand as he was happy.
They all have fun playing together as they do challenges. Rom and Ram gives Sonic drawings of him.
Sonic: Wow, it looks great! Thanks, you two!
Rom, Ram: You're welcome, big bro!
Noire: Everyone, you guys might be hungry, right?
As Noire says that, Sonic immediately jumps in and sits down.
Sonic: Wow! This looks great! Did you made this?!
Noire: With a little help from Uni.
Uni: Mhmm.
Sonic tries the food.
Sonic: Delicious!
Noire and Uni blushes a bit.
Neptune: Don't forger me!
Everyone else starts eating as they all talk to each other enjoying the party.

Few minutes later:
Neptune: Everyone, you know what's next...!
Everyone: Presents!
Sonic: Presents?
Rom and Ram goes first.
Rom, Ram: Here, big bro!
Sonic opens both the presents as they were both plushies of him.
Sonic: Wow, you two, it's great!
Rom, Ram: Hehe!
Uni: It's my turn now. Here.
It was a big present as Sonic was curious.
Sonic: I wonder what this is?
Sonic opens it as it was a gun.
Sonic: Wow... a gun...
Uni: Yep. Just for you.
Sonic: Hehe, thanks, Uni.
IF and Compa brings in their gifts.
Compa: Here you go, Sonic.
IF: Happy birthday.
Sonic: Thanks, guys.
Sonic opens both as Compa's was first aid kit and IF's was another gun.
Sonic: Wow, thanks. But what will I do with the aid kit?
Compa: You'll never know when you need it.
Sonic: Hehe, thanks you two.
Vert: Now it's our turn.
Vert goes first and gives Sonic a present. Sonic opens it as it was The Four Goddesses Online, but it's with Sonic instead.
Sonic: Wow, I'm in the game now! Thanks, Vert!
Vert: You're welcome.
Blanc: I'll go next.
Blanc gives her gift to Sonic. Sonic opens it as it was a book about Sonic.
Sonic: Wow, a book about me.
Blanc: I'd figure a book of you would be the best present. Also, a lot of people seem to enjoy it.
Sonic: Really? Hehe, thanks, Blanc, I appreciate it.
Blanc blushes.
Blanc: Y-Yeah.
Ram: Aww, Blanc's blushing!
Rom: Yeah!
Blanc: Sh-Shut it!
Noire: Guess it's my turn then.
Sonic: Now I'm curious.
Noire gives Sonic a gift as it was a new set of clothes.

Noire stops as she starts blushing red.

Noire: N-Never mind just take it!

Noire smiles a little.
Nepgear: It's my turn then.
Nepgear gives Sonic a present as it was a little robot of him.
Robo Sonic: Hi there, I'm Robo Sonic. Nice to meet you.
Everyone was surprised.
Neptune: Wow! A Robo Sonic!
Vert: I should've had thought of that...

Robo: Yeah. Sounds wonderful.

Historie: I believe it is my turn to give you Sonic.

Histoire gives Sonic an emblem.

Neptune walks next to Sonic.

Compa: You were always helping me with supplies for nursing.
Sonic: Everyone...
Neptune: You've helped us in all situations. We decided to do a birthday party for you!
Sonic: Neptune...
Neptune: Thank you, Sonic...
Everyone: Thank you, Sonic!
Sonic was stunned.
Sonic: Guys...
Sonic smiles back.
Sonic: Thanks, guys...
Neptune: Anyways...! Nepgear, Iffy, get the cake ready!
Nepgear and IF puts the cake in the table as Sonic was surprised.

Sonic: Wow! That's me!
Everyone: Happy birthday, Sonic!
Sonic: Thanks, guys!
They all go in the table to get a slice of the cake as all of them were enjoying it.
Sonic: (Hmm... I wonder how the other me is doing...)

In another dimension:
Pururut and the others were waiting for Sonic to return.
Dem-Sonic: Oh hey guys, what's u-
Everyone: Happy birthday, Sonic!
Dem-Sonic: Aww, you guys...
Pururut: C'mon, Sonic, let's have fun!
Sonic: Yeah, sure!

Back in normal dimension:
Sonic: (I'm sure he's having his too. Either way, I'm glad I met all of them. Thanks, guys.)
