In Tsugumi's house:
Sonic wakes up as he takes a shower, brushes his teeth and watches TV.
Sonic: Hmm? Tsugumi's not here.
Tsugumi's mom: Oh, Tsugumi is in the studio with the other girls.
Sonic: Really? Thanks, Tsugumi's mom!
Tsugumi's mom: You're welcome.
Sonic walks out of the house and walks to the studio.
Sonic: Ahh, a beautiful day it is. Today's June 23, my birthday. Man, I forgot how old I am. Well, off to the studio.

At the studio:
Sonic walks in as Marina was there.
Marina: Hello, Sonic.
Sonic: Hello. Are the others there?

In the studio lounge:
Himari: Hmm? What's that sound?
Tomoe: He's here!
Tsugumi: Sonic's here!
Moca: We gotta hurry...
Ran: Get everything ready!
Everyone: Right!
Sonic: Thanks, Marina.
Sonic walks as he opens the door. He notices as the lights were off.
Sonic: Hmm? The lights are off. Is anyone here?

The lights turned back on as there were balloons, and the girls throws confetti everywhere.
Everyone: Happy birthday, Sonic!
Sonic: Wha-What?!
Tsugumi: Happy birthday, Sonic-chan!
Himari: It's your first year here!
Moca: Tsugumi told us about your birthday!
Tomoe: So we decide to keep it a surprise party for you!
Ran: We hope you like it.
Sonic: Guys...! I love it! Thank you!
Everyone was happy as Tsugumi grabs Sonic's hand.
Tsugumi: We also made something for you!
Sonic: Really? What is it?
Tsumugi: Ready?!
Everyone: One! Two! Three! Tada!
They all moved out of the way as it was a Sonic cake.

Sonic was surprised and was happy.
Sonic: Wow! It's me!
Tsumugi: We all made it together!
Sonic: You guys...!
Himari: Have a slice, Sonic!
Sonic: Okay!
Sonic gets a slice and eats it.
Sonic: Wow! It's amazing!
Tsugumi: I'm glad you like it!
Moca: Hey, I want some too!
Sonic: Hehe, of course! Let's all dig in!
Tomoe: Alright!
Himari: Yeah!
Ran: Good thing you're enjoying it, Sonic.
Sonic: Hehe.

Few minutes later:
Himari: Man, I'm stuffed!
Sonic: Tell me about it!
Moca: Delicious...
Ran: Yeah.
Tomoe: Ooh, we almost forgot!
Himari: Oh, yeah! The presents!
Sonic: Hmm?
Himari gives Sonic a present.
Himari: Here, Sonic! From me!
Sonic: Thanks, Himari!
Sonic opens the present as it was a Sonic plush.

Tsumugi: Aww, it's so cute!
Sonic: Wow it's a plushie of me! Thanks, Himari!
Himari: Hehe!
Tomoe: It's my turn now.
Tomoe gives Sonic a present.
Sonic: Hmm. I wonder what's this?
Sonic opens the present as it was chilly dogs.

Sonic: Chilly dogs?! Where'd you get this?!
Tomoe: Hehe, I got it from a friend of mine that works at a shop.

Sonic: Mmm! Delicious!
Moca: My turn.
Moca gives Sonic a bunch of bread.

Sonic: Oh, bread! Thanks, Moca!
Moca couldn't handle it as she takes the bag and eats all of the bread.

Moca: I can't help it!
Sonic: Haha! You can have them!
Ran: It's my turn, then.
Ran gives Sonic a flower.
Ran: It's not much, but it's for before...
Ran gives Sonic a blue rose.

Sonic: Wow, Ran! A rose!
Ran: I got it from the flower arrangement. And it's for before, so... t-thank you.
Sonic: Hehe, it's no big deal. I love it! Thanks, Ran!
Ran was blushing.
Ran: ....
Himari: Alright! The last one is Tsugumi!
Tsugumi: Oh, yeah!
Tomoe: I wonder what it is!
Moca: Better be great, Tsugu.
Tsugumi: It is! Wait here, guys!
Tsugumi goes and pushes a big thing that was covered.
Sonic: Hmm? What's that?
Tsugumi: Hehe, you'll see! I worked really hard on this!
Ran: You always worked really hard, Tsugumi.
Tsugumi: Yeah, hehe. Anyway, I hope you like it! Tada!

Tsugumi takes off the covers as it was a poster of all six of them.

Sonic was surprised.
Sonic: W-Wow...!
Tomoe: T-That's...
Ran: Our poster when we got our outfits for our band.
Himari: Wow!
Moca: Ooo, it's us!
Sonic: There's me!
Tsugumi hugs Sonic.
Tsugumi: It's been a whole year since you came here, Sonic-chan. Everything we did were so fun! We all had many fun times together!
Himari; You were always there to help us anytime!
Tomoe: You're always helpful and a kind person to talk to!
Moca: You always give me bread everyday!
Ran: You're really good at playing guitar and you being in our band has made it better for us!
Everyone: Thank you, Sonic! We're glad that you joined our band!
Sonic was lost for words.
Sonic: You guys... Thank you!
Tsugumi hugs Sonic.
Tsugumi: I love you, Sonic-chan!
Sonic: Me too, Tsugumi. Thank you, all of you.
Tsugumi kisses Sonic for a few seconds as they broke the kiss.
Himari: Come on! I'm hungry now!
Moca: Don't forget me!
Tomoe: Hey! Don't eat all of the cake!
Ran: Fufu!
Everyone: Hahaha!
Tsugumi: Come on! Let's eat!
Sonic: Sure!
They all got to the table as they spend the day on Sonic's birthday.
