Third Person P.O.V.

The Earth is seen, peaceful and calm, but above it in the confines of space is a fleet of airships. Hundreds of thousands of robots ready and waiting, and at the heart of it in the main ship, a familiar, mustache-wearing mad doctor laughs manically. But then an alarm rings and Dr. Eggman looks to find a fire lit behind a blue hedgehog. (Tis him! 💙) Sonic rises up and robots are lifted up onto the deck while cannons aim at him. "Hrrrrg, Fire!" Eggman commands. Shots are fired and Sonic runs, easily dodging them as he enjoys the thrill. He comes upon a legion of robots and curls into a ball to spin dash them. He uncurls as he hits the ground runs towards another, sliding across the ground as he grabs the robot's hand and spins around around him. He lets go and dashes his way through more with his fist out and punches them, taking them out with ease.

Eggman then appears in a large mech and fires bullets at Sonic, but the blue hedgehog dodges them easily then jumps to avoid a blast. "Why you little-!" Eggman says, then tries to fire at Sonic once more, but Sonic lands and runs between his mech's legs, running up a wall as the doctor fires missiles. "Huh?" Sonic looks back then continues forward as he dodges both the missiles and bullets Eggman fires at him. He makes it back on the floor and speeds down a hallway, the missiles hitting the walls. "You're not getting away!" Eggman shouts, firing one of his mech's hands down the hall. Sonic smirks as he outruns the missiles, but then it drops as the mech's hand appears. "Wuh-oh!" And before he could outrun it, it grabs him and is pulled by the steel cable to return back to the mech.

It reattaches to the mech and Eggman smiles down at Sonic as the blue hedgehog tries to break free, but the grip was too strong. However, Sonic then smirks at Eggman before he closes his eyes. The seven Chaos Emeralds appear around him. "What?!" Eggman says in surprise. He moves the other mech's hand to enclose Sonic and the emeralds, but then the mech stubbles back as its arms are blasted off. A golden light shines and fades to reveal Super Sonic emitting a golden aura. (Super, baby! 💛) He looks down at Eggman then he charges through the mech. He turns around and Eggman detaches his Egg Mobile from the mech. "Uh-oh, time to go-go-gooooo!" He flies off down the hall.

Sonic gives chase as he flies him and Eggman activates the gates, them closing behind him but do nothing to stop Sonic as he charges through them all. He soon exits the main ship as it becomes consumed with explosions. The same is said for another ship as it is destroyed by Super Sonic's power. He sees Eggman fly to a certain station, different from the rest of the ships, a streak of golden dust being left behind as he flies at it. The Egg Mobile hits the wall of the hall until he it hits the floor and Eggman yells as he is ejected and bounces on the floor before landing on his front. Sonic emerges from the ground and looks down with a smirk.

"S-Sonic!" Eggman says in fear. "I-I'm sorry! R-Really! L-Look, go easy on me! I'll turn over a new leaf, I swear! Just give me a chance!" Eggman begs as he holds his hands together while he faces the floor. Sonic floats down onto the ground as he watches Eggman's display. "Well, this is new. Showing remorse, Eggman? If you played nice. I wouldn't have to break all your toys." Sonic says, not noticing Eggman holding a trigger device. "Gotcha!" The doctor smirks as he presses the button, several mechanical pillars lift up along with some devices lowering for the ceiling. Sonic gasps from this and tries to escape, but an energy emits from the pillars and traps him in rings of it. (Uh-oh. 😨)

Eggman laughs as he is lifted up and the devices above Sonic activate, shooting at him with purple electricity. "Aaaah!" Sonic screams in pain. He tries to escape once more, but screams as he reverts to normal. Eggman watches while the station's cylinder base shifts as it then separated into four. Sonic continues screaming from the pain while the emeralds float around him. (It hurts to think about it. 😣) Once the aircraft was done changing, energy builds up within it. "Oh-ho-ho-ho-ho! Oh, I've waited a long time for this!" Eggman says as he rubs his hands together in his Egg Mobile. "Hrrr-Ah, Fire!" He presses a button and this causes a massive beam of pure energy to fires from the from the station. It hits the Earth, the water rising at a high altitude and a massive wave of force blows the nearby trees. The beam fades and Eggman watches the Earth as it then starts to crack apart. Purple translucent tendrils appear from within the planet. "Whoooa." Eggman says in awe, smiling widely.

A purple, gigantic creature then rises from the core of the planet but Sonic grunts as he is on his hands and knees, feeling a change within him. His eye shape sharpens as his fur darkens to a dark almost black hue. His muzzle and the patch on his torso become a pale blue. He grows larger and his fur lengthens, covering his arms as they turn the same dark blue with the quills on the back of his head now tipped white. His gloves rip to reveal his hands the same blue as his muzzle along with sharp claws and white fur surrounding his wrists. His teeth lengthen and sharpens as they become fangs. In his pain, Sonic lets out a ferocious yell that shifts into a roar, the large purple creature roars too as it reveals itself. (Behold~)

The station powers down and the emeralds are now without their glow or color. They clatter onto the ground as Sonic pants from the pain he had gone through, his ears pointed and curved inwards while his shoes now have spikes on the bottom of them and on the straps along with having a metallic shine to them, the red has become a crimson hue. Eggman laughs in success, "Success! A brilliant success! It's just as the Gaia Manuscripts foretold! The entity that was sealed within the planet has awakened. Now I just need to harness its power. Eggman Land will finally come to be! Nyah, ha, ha, ha!" He states.

"You've really... gone and done it this time, Eggman." Sonic says in a deeper and gruffer voice, looking back at Eggman. "Ahh, Sonic. That's a good look for you. Festive! So long, friend." Eggman mocks, activating the protective glass to cover him as one of the panels opens, sucking the emeralds and Sonic back, but the transformed hedge quickly grabs onto the ground and tries to hold on. However, he loses his grip and he yells as he plummets down to the Earth.

But then the translucent, purple creature roars as its form dissipates, scattering all across the planet in a purple haze. The planet now floats around the core in seven pieces.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

So, to think that since I woke up before the sun was up, I figured a nice walk to find a good spot to watch the sunrise would be a way to start the day. NOPE! A massive earthquake happened. Luckily, it didn't last long. "What the heck was that?" I question, fixing my quills then dust off my jacket. "Well, not what I expected when I woke up this morning, but hey, beggars can't be choosers." I tell myself.

"Hm?" My ear twitches as I hear something. No wait... Is that screaming? *BOOM* "What the-?!" I turn back to see something land near a windmill. I run over to the spot only to screech to a stop. "Huh?" And the cause of the boom was a large, furry wolf...? I slowly step forward and take out my staff, extending it and carefully poke the person. He moves and groans, "Okay, so not dead." He then places his hands on the ground, and they are big-And look at those claws. He then tries to free his head from the ground. Okay, I can't leave him like this. I shorten my staff and put it away as I walk over, "Hey," He stops, good, he can hear me. "I'm gonna help you out." I tell him. I then grab him and he pushes while I pull.

"Come on, you heavy-Du-Ah!" I yelp, losing my balance once he was freed. "Ugh-Oof!" And wheeze as the big guy lands on me. Okay, he is heavy! "Hey, not wanting to be rude but can you please get off." I groan out. I hear him groan and lift himself up. I watch him shake his head then look down at me. Wait... those eyes... "(Y/N)?" I blink. He knows my name. Wait... green eyes... knows my name... and he he does look like a hedghooooog... "SONIC?!?" I push him off as I hurriedly stand up. "Ow." Shoot, too hard. I get a good look at him, he is bigger, furrier and his shoes have spikes on them. Okay, okay, okay. Calm down. (Got a little flustered~)

I inhaled deeply then exhale slowly, I hope my blush died down. I walk over and lend him a hand. "Sorry, Blue." I apologize. He takes my hand and I had to use both in order to help him up. He then places a hand on his head, "It's fine. I just want to know what the heck is going on." He says. His voice is deeper and gruffer. And if I'm being honest, he looks pretty good like this. Not that he isn't good-looking normally, he always is and-Okay, focus, woman!

I look away from Sonic and pat my cheeks. "Huh?" And my eye catches a little maroon and white furred chihuahua with wings and a tuft of hair that resembles a mohawk with a small fluffy tail lying on the ground. I walk over and get on my knees, "Hey. Hey, little guy." I shake him gently to wake him. But then he's snatched by his tail. "Heh?" I look behind me to see Sonic shake him a little. "Hey, are you okay?" He asks, poking the little guy. I huff and stand up, turning around and giving Sonic a glare, "You are not supposed to hold people by their tails!" I scold him. "I'm trying to wake him up." He says.

But then the little guy groans, "I can't... I can't eat another bite." What? He's thinking about food. "Hey, pull yourself together!" Sonic shakes him roughly. "Sonic, you're gonna kill him!" I scold him and smack his arm. "Ah!" But then the little guy kicked Sonic in the face and runs off to hide behind a rock. Well, he did wake up. "Don't eat me! I taste bad!" He says. I kneel down and give him a smile, "It's okay. No one will eat you." I tell him in gentle tone. "You okay? Nothing broken?" I hear Sonic ask. Got kicked in the face and is asking the one that did it is okay. One of the things I love about him.

"Oh. I'm fine." The little guy answers as he then flies to us. I stand up as well, "Thanks for asking, miss and Mister Monster Guy." He thanks us. "Mister... Monster Guy?" I look at Sonic as he looks at himself. He's just now seeing himself in this form? "Looks like things have gotten pretty ugly." I wouldn't say ugly. "Yeah. Look at those teeth. And those claws." The little guy comments. "What's are your guys' names?" He then asks. "My name's (Y/N) (L/N)." I greet. "And I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog. And you are?" Sonic introduces himself then asks the little guy.

"Hmmm, huh? What is my name? Aaaahh! I don't know, I can't remember!" The little guy runs around panicked. "Wait? Slow down. What do you remember?" I ask him. "Well, I remember something falling from the sky," He jumps and lands on his front to demonstrate, "then everything went all white. And then nothing. I don't remember a thing past that." He explains. "Uh, oh. Did I fall on him?" Sonic asks. I shrug my shoulders. Probably. (🤷‍♀️) "Oh, man. What will I do? What can I do? What will I- Oof. I'm hungry." The little guy flies then stops and I quickly catch him before he hits the ground.

I feel Sonic behind me and I look back at him, glancing my eyes at the little guy for a brief moment. He nods his head, "Hey, don't worry. We'll help you find your memories." He tells the little guy. "Really? You mean it?" The little guy says. I give him a wide smile, "Of course! Helping others is one of the things we do." I tell him. He flies and lands on my head, "That sounds great. You must help a lot of people." Well, they can make it difficult sometimes. "And I'm sure someone around here must know who you are." Sonic says. "Oh, wow. Thanks, you're the best, (Y/N) and Mister Monster Gu- I-I mean, Sonic the Hedgehog." The little guy says.

We all high five and laugh. I look at Sonic as he smiles, and those fangs are large. He then looks at me, "By the way, what are you doing out here?" He asks. I notice that it is getting bright and look to see the sun rising. I smile then look at him, "Getting a good spot to watch the sunrise." I tell him. I then look back and smile, feeling Sonic next to me but then he grunts. I look to see purple smoke surrounds him and returns to normal. "Huh?" He looks at himself. "Whoa~ That was amazing." I hear the little guy say.

I walk over and gently grasp Sonic's hands. "Hey," He looks at me, with those green eyes he owns. "You good?" I ask him. He looks down then nods his head as he looks at me, "I feel like me." He smiles. I give him one back, "Good to hear." I reply. I release his hands, "First one to Apotos wins!" I run off. "Hey! (Y/N)!" I hear Sonic laugh. I just laugh as I run. Looks like a new adventure has begun. (What will happen next?)
