Third Person's POV

A bear looks through binoculars seeing a large submarine rise up "There it is boys" The bear said lowering his binoculars "it's Sleet and Dingo" he said "Hide!" He said to his team "They're up to something and you bet it's gonna bad" Walrus said "For them to come this far it's worse than bad. We gotta warn the others" the bear said leaving.

*At the beach*

"Our children had few chances to simply enjoy themselves" Aleena narrated "So when the opportunity arose, they took full advantage" Markus narrated.

Brody is ontop of the caravan and on his sunbed playing his guitar as the four start playing a song.

*After the song*

Brody stops playing and exhales putting his guitar down and sleeps on his sunbed.

"Is this cool or is this cool?" Brody asks "Here Brody! Check this out!" Manic said and Brody takes off his sunglasses and watches Manic ride a wave. Bridy gives him a thumbs up and relaxes when Sonia walks to him "Brody! We got trouble!" Sonia said "Yo Sonia, relax all that movement is disturbing my cosmic train--" Brody said when Sonia whistles "Manic! Sonic!" Sonia called her siblings "Let me guess. Our vacation is history right?" Brody asks and Sonia nods as Manic arrives on his hoverbiard and Sonic runs up to the caravan "What's wrong?" Sonic and Manic ask "Robotnik is snooping around the polar icecap. The Freedom Fighters spotted Sleet and Dingo aboard a submarine yesterday and-" Sonia said and Brody covers his ears "Don't tell me!" Brody said "We have to check it out!" Sonia said and Brody screams in anger "I knew this was too good to last! I knew it, I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!" Brody said "Yeah! We just started our vacation this morning" Manic said "I don't even have a tan yet" Sonic said and Brody storms off "Oh what are you guys? Freedom Fighters or wimps?" Sonia asks "Wimps" Sonic, Brody and Manic said annoyed and Sonia crosses her arms staring at them and the three boys sigh annoyed "Freedom Fighters" The boys said.

*At Robotnik's base*

The submarine rises up from the sea and Sleet and Dingo walk out and to Robotnik "Is the plant operational, Sleet?" Robotnik asks "All ready to power up sir" Sleet said "Excellent. In 48 hours all of Mobius will be underwater. It's going to drive Sonic right out of his little rodent's mind "Wouldn't that be fun?" He asks and laughs evilly.

*At the mountains*

The caravan speeds across the icy road as Brody drives it and the four were shivering "So cold! My goosebumps' goosebumps have goosebumps!" Brody said "Well tell your goosebumps to brace themselves. It's gonna get a lot colder than this" Sonia said "I can't wait" Brody said groaning.

*Later*

They parked at the edge of te mountain and look at the sea through their binoculars "See anything, dude?" Manic asks "A whole lot of goosebumps looking for home" Brody said "Actually I just checked the temperature. And it's about fifteen degrees warmer than normal for this time of year!" Sonia said and gasps when Sonic speeds by her and takes her computer "So what does that make it? Only fifty below?" Sonic asks "Minus twenty degree celcius" Sonia said "Well I like eighty degrees Fahrenheit better!" Sonic said "Sonic, enough whining. I'm really sick of it! We have a job to do so let's do it!" Sonia said "I know we have a job to do but I think it's a wild goose chase. What would Ro-butt-nik be doing in this freezer? Doesn't make sense!" Sonic said "Well maybe he wants to melt the ice caps or something" Manic said "Melt the ice caps?" Brody asks "Don't sue me" Manic said "According to the Freedom Fighters, the submarine surfaced out near the end of that big ice floe. We ought to check that" Sonia said.

Another small iceberg melts in the boiling waters while the team investigates the situation. Suddenly Manic gets scared from a geyset that pops out infront of him. He then sees the steam spewing above it so he calls Sonic and Brody "Yo Sonic! Brody! Check this out!" Manic said and the duo run down a mountain and look at the hole "What's up?" Brody asks "Steam! We're in water?" Manic asks as the ice starts to break and melt. The boys gasp as the river forms disabling access "This is bad!" Manic said as they get separated from the main island and the iceberg drifts away "Where's Sonia?" Sonic asks as she was on the edge of an ice floe.

*Later*

The boys end up getting dragged inside an icy cave and fall down a waterfall then down a water current. Meanwhile Sonia sees a giant wave approach her, she is on it riding it, screaming as she does so. She is then escorted back to the shoreas te wave crashes into the shore, Sonia screams as her floe flies off and lands into a wall and slides fown. She eventually stands on her floe and brings out a badge which generates her keyboard gun. She shoots a laser in front of her which generates a tunnel. By the end of it her keyboard disappears and she gets off her floe and slides across the ice. She stands up and balances herself. She skids to a halt exhausted and annoyed. She then hears noises.

"Where am I? Where's it coming from? Sounds like it's right..." Sonia said and realizes she is on a platform that is shaking so she gets out of the way as it opens as two penguins named Marty and Moe step out, Moe sneezes "Oh boy. This cold is a real doozy" Moe said "That's what you get for going out without your scarf, Moe" Marty said and a third penguin named Jeff walks in "You've been telling him that for thirty years! Does he ever listen?" Jeff asks and gasps when he sees Sonia "Fellas! We've got company! Hwy, you can come out now, little lady" He said and Sonia hesitantly walks to them "I am not a little lady! My name is--" Sonia said "Your majesty!" Marty, Jeff and Moe said bowing "Huh?" Sonia asks caught off guard.

*At the icy cave*

A water current flows rapidly with Sonic, Brody and Manic riding the current in their floe as they approach an island "Time to bail this ice cube, guys!" Brody said as the three jump off the floe and land om the island. A yeti pops out from the snow at the top and it roars at them "Yeti, my main monster! What's up, big guy?" Sonic asks nervous as the yeti roars "Uh oh" Sonic said and the three run away.

*Back with Sonia*

Sonia rides on a sled with the three penguins as she sees several carvings on the wall "Look at all these carvings. They're really beautiful" Sonia said "All penguins are artisans your majesty, and you are the favorite subject" Marty said "Look. Like I say. I'm very flattered that you think I'm your queen Sauna, but my name is Sonia and as you can see I'm a hedgehog, not a penguin" Sonia said "As was our Queen Sauna" Moe said "The Penguin prophecy says that one day, a long departed queen would return and bring the time og warmth and happiness to the frozen north!" Jeff said "Abd since you arrived, our weather is turning quite balmy. So you'll never convince us you're not Queen Sauna" Marty said. They soon arrive inside an icy palace as they look around "Oh my gosh this is so beautiful!" Sonia said and looks at a statue of Queen Sauna which looks like an identical image of herself "Still deny that you're our queen, your majesty?" Marty asks "I really don't understand all this. All I know is I have two brothers and a dear friend who are lost out there and I need to find them" Sonia said and Moe pulls out a notebook and reads it "Sorry, majesty. Nothing in the prophecy book about the Queen having any brothers or a dear friend" Moe said suprising Sonia.

*Meanwhile with the boys*

Sonic, Brody and Manic continue onwards on their floe using their oars "Any luck guys?" Sonic asks "Just a lot of places where the water is starting to boil" Manic said as Brody's ear twitches hearing beeping "Hey I hear something" Brody said when the trio is forced up by Robotnik's submarine that heads to a tunnel as Robotnik, Sleet and Dingo get up with Sonic, Brody and Manic hide behind them "How high has the water risen?" Robotnik asks "About nine meters sir" Sleet said "Excellent. It won't be long now" Robotnik said as the submarine enter the tunnel into Robotnik's base and Manic sneezed "Gesundheit, sir" Dingo said "I didn't sneeze" Robotnik said and they look at Sleet "Don't look at me" Sleet said "Well someone sneezed" Robotnik said and Sleet pulls out a gun "Come out, whoever you are!" Sleet said and the trio stands up "Suprise!" Sonic and Brody said.

*Back with Sonia*

Three penguins are giving Sonia a treatment from a saloon "Oh, a girl could sure get used to this" Sonia said "Snap out of it Sonia. You're Freedom Fighter, not a Queen. Thank you ladies. That's all for today. I'll call if I need you" Sonia said standing up when Moe runs up to her "Your majesty, I must speak with you" Moe said "Just sit tight" Sonia said "I bring terrible news" Moe said.

The statue is melting as well as the city "Our city is starting to melt away amd we don't know what to do!" Marty said "Are you doing this because you're mad at us or?" Jeff asks "I'm not responsible for this!" Sonia said "But you're the queen. You have to stop it!" Moe said "You're right I do have to stop it. But I can't do it alone. I need my brothers" Sonia said.

*Back to the boys*

Six swatbots were with Robotnik "Nice to you to drop by, hedgehog and wolf, but I didn't think you like cold, wet places Sonic" Robotnik said "I don't but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do" Sonic said "And what might that be?" Robotnik asks "I'd rather show and tell" Sonic said as he and Brody spin around creating a tornado dispersing the bad guys and they use it to run away with Manic.

*Back with Sonia*

Sonia and the three penguins ride on a bovine "Could you stop please? This looks like a good place" Sonia said and starts and calls for the boys and summons her instrument and starts playing it. "Stop!" Manic said as Sonic and Bridy screech to a halt "What's up?" Sonic and Brody ask "I thought I heard music"  Manic said and the three try to listen "That's Sonia!" Sonic said "That way!" Brody said and they zoom off.

"Here they come!" Sonia said as she stops playing. The boys arrive and the four hug each other happily for being reunited and Sonia introduced them to the penguins "Hate to break in, Sonia but Ro-butt-nik is trying to to flood the whole world!" Sonic said "We gotta move fast!" Brody said.

*Later*

The heroes found the plant and Sonic and Brody start planting bombs while Sonia and Manic take out the swatbots guarding it and Sonic and Bridy run into Sleet and Dingo "Some free advice, chuckle-heads. Go back to your submarine and go home" Brody said "Cuz this dump is gonna blow sky high! 5 minutes and counting!" Sonic said as the duo zoom off the craft "Let's get out of here!" Sleet said.

Manic helps Sonia into the tunnel as Sonic and Brody zoom and catch up to them.

"They said what?" Robotnik asks "The whole plant was going to blow sky high!" Sleet said "That's impossible!" Robotnik said when an explosion sound is heard and an iceberg explodes with factory parts everywhere and the submarine moves into the cave "Wolf and Hedgehogs!" Robotnik yelled.

*Back with the heroes*

The heroes are on an exclusive island with the three penguins relaxing in a hot sauna along Sonia and Brody "Sonic, come in. The water is wonderful!" Sonia said "Not a chance. I had all the water I need on this trip" Sonic said "I wouldn't be so sure about that love" Brody said "What do you mean?" Sonic asks  and Brody points up and Sonic sees Manic diving in ball shape from the top of a cliff "Cannonball!" Manic said and Sonic panics and runs away while Manic falls into the water as Sonic runs and screams as this chapter comes to an end.
