Third Person's POV

"Learning to trust is one of the hardest lessons in life" Aleena said "Especially when you're surrounded by evil" Markus said.

"Time for this swatbot factory to go down" Manic said watching the factory from afar "Wanna play your part now or wait for Sonic and Brody?" Manic asks Sonia "We have to wait for them, they are the main part of the plan" Sonia said "Let's test Brody's new machine at least" Sonia said putting a visor "Okay, according to his instructions, press switch seven" She said and Manic presses it causing a small robot shaped like a camera flies up and she's able to see what it sees thanks to the goggles "It works!" Sonia said.

*Meanwhile at a resistance place*

Sonic and Brody finished eating chili dogs and they were starting to walk out to go to the meeting spot "Sonic! Brody!" A lion said and Brody and Sonic look back "Yo! Cyrus, long time man!" Sonic and Brody said walking to him and they high five "Yeah, I heard you two took out a proccessing plant last week congrats!" Cyrus said "What can we say? We are good" Brody said "....Sonic, Brody I got a problem, can I talk to you two?" Cyrus asked and Brody and Sonic look at the hour "Ah, can you make it quick?" Sonic asks "You bet, come on. I'll buy you two chili dogs" Cyrus said taking Sonic and Brody to the stand.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's base*

"Three factories in four weeks!" Robotnik said "I want them stopped!" He said "We've located the underground resistance, units are moving into place, now all we habeto do is-" Sleet said "Spare me the details! Just make it happen!" Robotnik said walking away and Sleet and Dingo see the robot camera on the factory through a monitor and they head out to find it.

"Stage one complete" Sonia said as she made thw robot destroy a computer taking off her visor "Where are Sonic and Brody?" She asks "No biggie, I'll just go ahead and they can catch up" Manic said "No. We got to stick to the plan, if Sonic and Brody don't show up we cancel" Sonia said "Cancel? No way this robot factory is coming down" Manic said running off "Manic!" Sonia said and put the visors back on.

When Manic got inside he got captured by Dingo and Sleet breaks the robot Sonia was using "Sleet! Oh no and when she took off the goggles she gasps as she was surrounded by swatbots and Dingo grabs her.

"Now Sonia. Where are Sonic and Brody?" Sleet asked as he had her and Manic in the command room when Sonic and Brody run in and took out the swatbots and Sleet and Dingo freeing Sonia and Manic and the four run away.

Once they got Sonia and Manic to safety they headed back inside putting some explosives and regrouped with the others as the factory blows up "Way to go dudes!" Manic said highfiving with Sonic and Brody "You two are insufferable" Sonia said "Thank you" Brody and Sonic said.

*Back at the underground resistance*

"Aw man, that Sleet jerk dented my robot" Brody said holding the broken camera robot "That's cause you two were late!" Sonia said "We still succeded" Sonic said "Sonic! Brody!" Sonia said crossing her arms "We're sorry" Brody and Sonic said "We'll follow the plans from now on" Sonic said "We promise" Brody said "Oh and speaking of plans this is Cyrus an old friend of Sonic and mine" Brody said as the three walked to Cyrus "He needs your help sis" Sonic said "oh?" Sonia asks "Robotnik is forcing my father to work on a new portable roboticizer" Cyrus said "I got to get him out" he said "Where are they keeping him?" Manic asks "This is a holomap of high security area" Cyrus said showing them a cube with the holomap and Trevor walked by and mentioned a place called Sanctuary. Unaware to our heroes Cyrus had a portable hidden camera where Robotnik was listening on becoming interested on Sanctuary and send swatbots to attack the base the heroes where in and said to Cyrus to learn more about Sanctuary in order to keep his end of their deal.

Meanehile Sonic and Brody were taking out swatbors and helping the resistance evacuate while Sonia and Manic where in trouble but Cyrus came in woth a gun that paralized the robots and they all regrouped with Sonic and Brody and they all left.

When they regrouped with the resistance they prepared some backpacks and headed to Sanctuary. On the way tere Cyrus asked why Sanctuary was so secret and Sonia revealed sanctuary was a place where they brought kids that were homeless as it was their safe heaven, upon learning this Cyrus couldn't do it and destroyed the camera angering Robotnik and told Sleet and Dingo to find the place. When the heroes arrived to Sanctuary the kids cheered the four heroes and asked if they could play a song and the four agreed and summoned their instruments and play a song.

*After the song*

When they finished clapped happily and the heroes along with Cyrus returned back to Robotropolis "It's working!" Manic said as he, Sonia and Cyrus watched Brody as he was typing on a portable computer controlling various of the same robot binoculars from the start "Yup, no more virtual goggles needed. My spybots 2.0 just need you to insert the coordinates and they'll be there in flash" Brody said "Show me" Sonia said "No problemo" Brody said typing "Let's send it after Sonic in the kitchen" He said "No suprise one of you two is there" Sonia said as one of the spybots go to the kitchen "And I just press this and...." Brody said pressing a button and the robot sprays water on Sonic and comes back "Hey!" Sonic said stepping out the kitchen "Sorry love, it works" Brody said.

*Later at the sewers*

The heroes prepared to rescue Cyrus father and Brody and Sonic were the ones to infiltrate first marking the location of te swatbots as they look for Cyrus' father. Cyrus couldn't take it anymore and told Sonia and Manic to stop Brody and Sonic cause it was a trap but luckily Sonic and Brody managed to escape but Sonia, Manic and Cyrus were captures and brought to Robotnik who showed Cyrus his now roboticized father.

"What are we going to do Brody?" Sonic asks "Hmmm....I know!" Brody said and whispers on Sonic's ear "Okay got it! Be right back" Sonic said running back to where Robotnik was placing small devices and got back to Brody "All set?" Brody asks "All set!" Sonic said and Brody nods setting the coordinates and the spybots fly there and Sonic and Brody followed.

"It appears both your brother and friend have forsaken you. I'm actually rather pleased" Robotnik said to Sonia and Manic while Cyrus was on the roboticizer when the spybots appears and use the heat laser to melt the roboticizer command pad and the roboticizer itself freeing Cyrus and three of the spyrobots shoot the three swatbots in the room destroying them "Nooo! Stop them!" Robotnik said "Central control is down" Sleet said "You don't say" Brody and Sonic said standing on the entrance "Hey guys wanna go get a chili dog?" Sonic asks as Robotnik, Sleet and Dingo approached them when three more spybot aim at them causing them to stop "Unless you guys want a blasted face, don't move" Brody said and Sonia, Manic and Cyrus walked over to Sonic and Brody and then the five run away.

*Back at Sanctuary*

"Oh boy here we go. Are Brody and I in for another lecture?" Sonic asks as Sonia walked over to the two "No. No lectures I'm just glad we are all safe" Sonia said hugging the two "That was way too close" She said "Yeah but it all turn out okay" Brody said "Not all of it" Sonia said reffering to Cyrus' father.

"In the fight for freedom, our children were learning that while the wins are sweet..." Aleena narrated "Sadly there are also losses" Markus narrated.

Sonic, Brody, Sonia and Manic walked over to Cyrus who was sad and the heroes sit with him and silentky comfort him as this chapter comes to an end.
