[Scene change: Mountains, day]

[Sonic and Y/N are being carried by Tails as they fly across the sky over the Himalayas.]

Sonic: Hoo-hoo! Today's forecast calls for clear, sunny skies and a one-hundred percent chance of adventure.

Y/N: Woo, that is one big mountain!

Tails: I pinpointed the coordinates. It's right up ahead.

[Sonic, Y/N, and Tails spot one particular mountain and they land at the entrance.]

Sonic: Wow. Hey, Tails. Wait up.

[Sonic, Y/N, and Tails start to walk forward as they look up to an entrance in the shape of a giant owl warrior.]

Y/N: Whoa!

Sonic: Okay, we got a giant owl door. Seems encouraging.

[Sonic, Y/N,  and Tails push the door open and walk in. Eventually, they see a wall of cave carvings]

Tails: Whoa. Ohh, check this out.

Y/N: Can you translate that?

Tails: Uh, yeah.

[A flashback occurs as it shows the cave paintings come alive with seven echidnas each holding one of the seven Chaos Emeralds.]

Tails: Ages ago, a fearsome group of warriors, known as the echidnas, forged the seven Chaos Emeralds into the most unstoppable weapon ever created.

[The seven Chaos Emeralds circle very swiftly before fusing into the Master Emerald.]

Sonic: The Master Emerald.

[A single echidna is shown standing on top of a cliff facing off an entire army of monsters. Green energy forms on him as he holds the Master Emerald.]

Tails: With it, a single warrior could defeat entire armies.

[The echidna roar as a green wave wipes out the entire army. The sky lights up as the owls swoop down from a hole in the clouds.]

Tails: Believing no one should have such power, an order of heroes recovered the Emerald and swore to protect it from evil.

[The echidnas and owls fight one another until the owls take the Master Emerald and fly away with the echidnas watching them. The flashback ends.]

Tails: Sounds like the owls and the echidnas have been fighting each other for centuries.

(Sonic sees Y/N and Tails walking ahead of him.)

Sonic: Whoa! Wait for me!"

Heading deeper into the temple, Sonic, Y/N, and Tails find a giant owl statue. They were speechless at the sight of it.

Sonic: Okay, giant owl door, giant owl. Makes sense."

Y/N We know."

Sonic and Y/N approaches to the statue, walking upstairs. There they noticed on the bottom of the statue are inscribed slots.

Sonie: "Wait a second! I've seen these symbols before."

Sonic pulls out Longclaw's map and sees the exact same symbol and notices the difference. Y/N gestures her brother to do the honors.

Sonic: "Here we go."

Sonic aligns the symbols like those on the map. This triggers a mystical mechanism as its eyes glows the same green emerald.

Y/N: Well, that did something."

The hedgehog siblings back away with Tails behind them. The statue slowly unfolds its wings and raises them. The emerald light brightens and points out like a laser point from the chest and begins to move down to scab. Once it lands on Sonic and Y/N, it hands them something. Sonic takes it to reveal a golden orb with color dots of the seven Chaos Emerald. He lets it float in the air and it glows emerald green, spinning.

Sonic: Whoa! The compass!"

Y/N: Nice design they did!"

"This will lead us to the emerald!" Tails concluded in excitement.

Sonic grabs the golden compass and stares at it. Suddenly, the red dot was on Tails' head. Sonic and Y/N noticed it.

Sonic: Hey, you got a little something on your--"

Tails taps his head with a finger to find nothing until more red laser dots are pointed at him.

Y/N: Uh, guys?"

Y/N pointed something up ahead. They see robots of Badniks surrounding them.

"Oh no. Tails get back." Sonic said as Y/N holds Tails by the hand.

As the Badniks begins to close in, more red laser dots are pointed at Sonic and Y/N's head.

Y/N: Run!"

They rushed over to the door only for it to be blasted by a missile, destroying their way out.

Robotnik: Yodelayhee! Yodelayhee! Yodelayheehoo!!"

(They looked up to see Robotnik appeared in his Egg Mobile with several more Badniks as they pointed lasers at the three. Knuckles was holding firmly to the side of the Egg Mobile, shooting dirty looks at Sonic and Tails while Sonya shot a soft look at Y/N.)

Tails: (Annoyance) Ugh, that guy again?

Y/N: Of course he would be here." Y/N rolled her eyes, not looking surprised.

Robotnik: Heads up, my little stallic mites! Someone call an Uber? Hey! Thanks for doing all the hard stuff!" (Robotnik grinned)

(Knuckles gets off the Egg Mobile and drags his spikes on the giant owl statue and lands in front of them with a big thud, shaking the room, while Sonya just leaps down. The siblings smirk at them.)

Knuckles: But we'll take it from here."

Sonic: Okay, we really gotta talk about your new look. It's like Professor X meets the Monopoly man." 

Robotnik brushes his mustache, looking offended.

Y/N: And what kind of genius shows up to Sibria into convertible?

Robotbnik: The kind of genius that could turn up the heat..." (Robotnik puts on his goggles.) ...with a flick of the switch."

(With just a touch of a button, a missile was launched at them. Y/N goes in front of Sonic and Y/N and creates a dark shield to protect them. Sonic jumps over his brother and grabs the missile and redirects into the owl statue, which Knuckes and Sonya dodge.)

"Oh!! Whoa! Ha ha ha!" Robotnik laughed.

Knuckles and Sonya hold their fists up to stop the broken parts from falling on top of them, trapping them inside.

Robotnik: I'm sure that wasn't important!"

It caused the temple to start caving in and open a way for them.

Sonic: Bro, Tails! That's our exit! Come on!"

(Sonic runs up to the statue, Y/N does the name, and Tails uses his twin-tails to follow after them. They dodged the incoming missiles from the Badniks following after them. Two of the Badniks were about to shoot Sonic and Y/N when Sonic spin dashed it while Y/N smashed it with his shield. The panels broke and they snatched it before they reached a steep drop off a mountainside.)

Y/N: That's high!

Sonic: Uh-huh. Let's split up. You go high, me and bro go low.

Y/N: When we start falling ,let's split up! Take some robots to destroy and then we meet at the bottom of the mountain. Got it?

Sonic: Sounds like a plan!

"Right!" Tails nodded and flew off

Sonic and Y/N begin to stretch.

Sonic: Quick little stretch and... here we go!"

Sonic and Y/N heads down the mountain on the panel like a snowboard.

Sonic: Hoo hoo hoo!"

Y/N: Yeah, baby!"

(The siblings begin to split up and they soon take different paths.)

(On Sonic's path)

[Sonic rides the remains of the Badnik as a snowboard and slides through the snow. A barrage of aerial Badniks and Buzz Bombers chase after him.]

Sonic: Oh, so you want to play?

[Sonic continues to snowboard as the Buzz Bombers shoot lasers at him from their stingers.]

Sonic: That's new.

[Sonic is tossed into the air and being chased by the Badniks, with Tails taking notice.]

Tails: Sonic!

[Tails goes in to try and help but is kept away by the explosions and lasers, especially the ones being fired by Robotnik. With Knuckles, he scowls. He then punches a Badnik and uses its remains as a snowboard as well and follows Sonic. Speaking of which, Sonic is still being chased by Badniks shooting lasers at him until he gets a handful of snow.]

Sonic: Snowball fight!

[Sonic throws dozens of snowballs at the Badniks, making them all crash.]

Sonic: Ha ha ha! It's too easy. Come on, challenge me!

[As Sonic says that, he heads straight toward an enormous army of Badniks in front of him that shoot lasers at him. He then leaps off his snowboard with time slowing down as he leaps through the lasers while blowing Badniks up.]

Sonic: We are talking style and pizzazz.

[Sonic lands on a Buzz Bomber and fires its artillery - making shooting noises - at several other Badniks until he eventually gets back onto his snowboard.]

Sonic: Yeah! I make this look good!

[Through the debris, Knuckles reveals himself as he heads straight toward sonic.]

Sonic: [Annoyed] Oh, great. The Winter Soldier.

[Knuckles is right beside Sonic, trying to shove him off and makes him collide with a curved rock. Sonic looks around to see Knuckles bursts out of the forest on his right and dodges, making him hit the trees on the left.]

Sonic: For a guy named Knuckles, you are really bad at punching.

Knuckles: Surrender the compass! You are no match for me. I've been training for this my entire life.

Sonic: And I had no training at all, yet here I am ahead of you. That's gotta be embarrassing.

[Sonic slides off a ledge, only for knuckles to pound it to pieces and making Sonic lose his balance, but for a mome

ts he sees Y/N and Sonya fighting , mid-air.]

(On Y/N's Path)

(Y/N was on his own path and it was like he was gliding on air.)

Y/N: Yee-Haw!

(Y/N kept sliding down the mountain, dodging and blocking lasers, but he soon found himself with a bunch of drones in front of him.)

Y/N: (Sarcastically) Oh, man, whatever I will do. How about this?! (Leaps off board and heads right for the horde of bots.)

(Y/N is Splinter)

(Y/N lands back on his board and laughs, but soon he sees Sonya coming at him.)

Y/N: Oh, boy here she comes.

(Sonya brings out her chaos energy and tries to hit him, which he dodged easily. Just as he goes for another swing, Y/N grabs her arm and goes to throw her off when she moves around to get out of his grip. They end up spinning on the snow in unison. Stopping the spinning, Sonya finds herself being wrapped around the waist with her back facing Y/N and her hand being held by his gloved hand.) 

(Sonya spins him back, getting herself out of his grip when she finds herself facing him with their hands intertwined. They look like they're doing "You'll Never Tango" dance, but in snowboarding. She tries to push him back, but accidentally causes herself to fall when Knuckles catches her and dips her down. Their faces were inches apart. Sonya blushes in embarrassment and instinctively punches him straight in the face, causing him to let go of her.)

Y/N: Ow.

Sonya: I see you've gotten tougher.

Y/N: And I see you're still quite limber! (Smirks)

Sonya: (Blushes, but than gets angry.)

(The two go off a cliff and begin to fight each other in mid-air.)

(Y/N is Naruto and Itach is Sonya)

(They continue to brawl into the air, until they're next to Sonic. In that moment, Sonya kicked Y/N away and the latter landed at the edge of the cliff with Sonic climbing back up.)

Sonic: I lost the rings!

Y/N: What?! Aw, man.

(Sonya and Knuckles were standing in front of them.)

Sonic: Has anyone ever told you you've got serious anger issues?

Knuckles: You mock us with your weak jokes, but you know nothing about us, hedgehogs.

Y/N: Well, I know you Echidnas have a habit of showing up uninvited and ruining our life.

Sonya: Ruining your lives? Another bad joke. We lost everything because of you.

Y/N: What?........What are you talking about?

[A flashback begins.]

[Scene change: Echidna village, day.]

Knuckles: Our tribe was on the verge of its greatest victory. The last of the owl warriors had been located. Soon Longclaw's Emerald secrets would be ours.

[A young Knuckles and Sonya are holding a spear, but are confronted by their father.]

Sonya: But our father stopped us from joining the fight. He said out moment to honor our tribe would come, but it was not this moment.

[Knuckles and Sonya's' s father leave with young Knuckles and Sonya watching as the sky darkens.]

Knuckles: Those were the last words he spoke to us.

[The flashback ends.]

[Scene change: Siberia, day.]

Knuckles: We never saw him again.

Sonya: (Looks down saddened)

Y/N: I... I'm sorry. I didn't know."

Sonic: We both lost everything that day.

[A flashback begins.]

Flashbacks to Longclaw notices a tribe of echidnas in the trees, aiming their weapons at the trio.

Longclaw, Y/N, and Sonic escape through the back window as the echidnas continue firing arrows at them.

Longclaw looks back at Sonic and Y/N one last time as the echidnas get even closer.

"Goodbye, Sonic and Y/N."

"No!! Longclaw!!"

Seeing them sad, Knuckles lets down his guard, while Sonyagoes to comfort Y/N however, Tails restrains the brother from behind with a gadget of his.

Sonya: Brother!  (Goes to get Knuckles out of these restraints.)

"Wait, don't touch them!" Tails warned.

Her hands gets tased by the gadget. She pulled her hands away in pain.

Sonya: Ow!!"

"Deceiver!!" Knuckles called Sonic, glaring straight at him.

"No, no, no! It wasn't a trick!"

Knuckles breaks free, not listening to Sonic's attempts to defend himself.

"Tails! Take the compass and get out of here!"

Sonic tries passing the compass over to Tails after throwing it, but Robotnik swoops in in his Egg Mobile and snatches the compass.

Robotnik: "Later, haters!"

He then fires some missiles and knocks Tails out cold, causing him to fall.

"Tails!!" Sonic and Y/N called in unison.

They speed off to help Tails. Knuckles and Sonya hitche a ride with Robotnik, looking down at the three.

Sonic: "Tails? Come on! Wake up!"

Y/N: "Tails? Tails? Can you hear me?"

Y/N lightly tapped his face to wake him up.

"They chose to help the fox over pursuing the compass." Knuckles said, looking puzzled.

"Ha! 'Course they did. New friends, same pathetic weakness." Robotnik noted, much to Knuckles' suspicion.

Sonya: Hmph. (Suspicious)

Immediately after, the ground begins to shake and everyone looked to see an avalanche from the mountains. The hedgehogs were very concerned.

"Oh, no! No, no, no! Okay, we're in real trouble here! Come on, Tails! I need you to fly us out of here! Times to wake up!"

But he's not waking up anytime since he took a bad hit from the explosions.

"We need to move! Now!!" Y/N urged.

"See you, kids! Enjoy the fresh powder!"

Robotnik and Knuckles then went off, leaving Sonic and Y/N to try snowboarding away as Sonic carries Tails over his shoulder.
