Shadic vanishes hoping to find frost with charcoal grabbing onto him just in time

Tails and the others worry about what shadic, frost, and charcoal will go through now

Scene cuts to frost teleporting into a dark domain and allowing dark frost to come out of him

Frost breathes heavily with dark frost glaring at him with seething rage inside of him

Dark frost: you really thought you could finish me off on your own? you should've just let that blast kill you; at least then the world would've been a happy place!

Frost stands up and faces dark frost knowing he has to at least try to win

Frost: that's why i sent us here. if i can't beat you myself, or at all, you can take over this world however you like.

Shadic appears and aims a blast at dark frost who dodges it just in time

Frost signals shadic to stand down from the fight which he does

Dark frost: so it's your honor your after now, isn't it? (laughs evilly) well good luck with that you stupid brat! you'll never get the justice you desire!

Frost moves his hair back and closes his eyes as he then speaks up his mind about justice

Frost: i never claimed to care about justice, or anything that it stood for. i only fought for what i believed in. evil perishing, pure lives being saved, and the world being at peace. (shadic smiles at frost's words) i thought changing the timeline and making a new one would fix that, but i soon learned that wasn't the case. (dark frost wipes his forehead) but even though i don't care for justice, it's not mandatory to be a savior.

Frost clenches his fist feeling he'll have the battle of a lifetime after his words are done

Frost: i could care less about justice, and i'd never call myself a hero. but one thing's for certain. (opens his eyes) darkness will never be my ally!

Dark frost takes an intrigue to frost's words and finds them to be as noble as can be

Dark frost: i'd say the same words myself if i had the same nature you did.

Frost punches his palm feeling as if it was about time he got into the final battle no holds bard

Frost: you don't wanna have my nature.

Frost dashes at dark frost and punches him in the face allowing dark frost to kick him upward

Dark frost dashes up to frost who backflips out of the way and knees him in the chest

Dark frost punches frost in the stomach and then kicks him three times in the face with a spin

Frost grabs dark frost's foot and kicks him in the stomach and then right in the face

Frost throws dark frost into the floor and then dashes down at him and knees him in the face

Frost kicks dark frost across the floor with dark frost then vanishing and appearing behind him

Frost turns around and grabs dark frost's sword just before it strikes him directly in the back

Dark frost turns the sword into an electric one with frost holding onto it without letting it hurt

Frost kicks dark frist right in the chest making him cough up blood and then gasp for air

Frost backflips away proud of how well he was doing in the battle and loving his new hyper form

Dark frost glares at frost and spawns a black hole with something covering it underneath him

Dark frost absorbs the energy from the hole and dashes at frost with a dark punch being charged

Frost blocks the punch dark frost aims at him and knees him in the chest and kicks him back

Frost launches multiple chaos beams at dark frost who swats them all away and grabs the last

Dark frost turns the beam into a dark beam and launches it at frost with a much bigger area

Frost punches the beam and makes it stop as he then absorbs it to gather some more power

Frost dashes at dark frost and aims multiple punches and kicks at him with them being blocked

Dark frost tries to roundhouse kick frost who blocks it with his right arm and then punches him

Frost kicks dark frost in the face only to then get blasted back by a dark beam from dark frost

Frost spins out of the way of the beam and launches two at dark frost who barely dodges them

Frost dashes at dark frost who jumps out of the way and then dash kicks him right in the face

Frost regains his balance and launches several light balls at dark frost who dashes through them

Dark frost punches frost in the face only for frost to then grab his arm and slam him on the floor

Frost stomps on dark frost's head making sure to make him bleed the black blood he holds

Frost spins dark frost around at an exceptionally high speed making him dizzy from the scenario

Frost throws dark frost aside and launches a giant chaos beam right at him to finish him

Dark frost regains his balance and puts his hands up attempting to block the chaos beam

Dark frost ends up getting pushed back by the chaos beam refusing to back down

Dark frost kicks the chaos beam up into the air showing how much power he can take

Frost and dark frost pant heavily with frost noticing that his left hand is bleeding

Charcoal starts to fear for frost with shadic holding his arm up signaling charcoal to stay back

Charcoal nods to shadic knowing that he'd know what the best course of action would be

Frost clenches his fist and heals himself as he then glares at dark frost who glares back at him

Frost and dark frost dash at each other and collide a massive punch making the area shake

Frost and dark frost collide a kick and then frost lands a frontflip kick right on dark frost's head

Frost grabs dark frost's chest fur and slams his face into the floor as dark frost grabs his foot

Dark frost sends a seething burn into frost's leg making frost kneel down in pain

Dark frost stands up and punches frost's head into the floor and then pushing his head down

Dark frost punches the back of frost's head multiple times making him start to bleed from it

Charcoal watches from afar and is horrified at what could come for frost in this situation

Shadic looks at frost with confidence feeling that he knows what he'll have to do in order to win

Charcoal looks at shadic wanting to fulfill frost's request and shadic nods back

Shadic snaps his fingers and summons a sphere around him and charcoal to protect them

Frost and charcoal look at each other with charcoal filled with fear and frost filled with pride

Shadic waves goodbye to frost who waves back giving an air fist bump to him

Frost watches shadic and charcoal vanish as frost then flashbacks to every event he's had

Frost flashbacks to when he saved tails from metal sonic and chaos in the beginning

Frost flashbacks to when he and sonic battled neo metal sonic proving to be a challenge

Frost flashbacks to when he fought infinite alongside sonic, shadow, and charcoal

An explosion happens in another world with everyone being able to hear it

Tails and the others question what that was with shadic and charcoal having full knowledge

Tails and the others question where frost is as charcoal then shows them his shades

Tails and the others become shocked by what they see as sonic and shadow unfuse

Sonic looks up to the sky finding that his time with frost will be an unforgettable time indeed

Shadow looks at his chaos emerald feeling that this whole adventure was a long ride of darkness

Tails starts to wonder what it would've been like if frost never betrayed them to begin with

Amy looks at her hammer and starts to wonder what it'd be like if she never had it to begin with

Cream and cheese look at each other and almost cry finding their friendship to precious to avoid

Silver looks at his palms wondering what frost could've done if he had his psychokenisis

Blaze looks back at when she found the sol emeralds wishing she could've helped out more

Knuckles looks at the future of the resistance feeling that it won't be much without frost

The chaotix all look at each other feeling that frost was a big help to each and every one of them

Rouge looks up as she crosses her arms getting the sudden feeling frost's death was for the best

Charcoal looks at frost's shades and smiles knowing that he died with the purpose he desired

Charcoal closes his eyes and looks back on every incredible memory he's had with frost

Charcoal looks onward to the future feeling that he can make it with frost fresh in his mind

One year later

Scene cuts to eggman walking around a building field as he instructs his robots on something

Eggman: remember badniks! as soon as this new indestructible death egg is in the air, we can do all kinds of things with it! we can do anything that we've never done with it before!

Eggman laughs maniacally as orbot and cubot go up to him with frustrated looks on their faces

Orbot: eggman, please explain to us why we've never had a single appearence at all in this story.

Eggman: time consuming orbot. we can't affort to have every single one of you in the whole thing.

Cubot: well a cameo would've been nice. after all, we've been here since colours.

Eggman: stop it with the fourth wall breaks; it confuses people! anyway, i can assure you all that the next attack we make on sonic and his friends will be the last indeed. not because we'll die from it, but because we'll drive them all to the ground and make them bleed!

Eggman laughs maniacally some more as he then goes to check out the work on the death egg

Eggman: i see. it's certainly a fine work of art. this will be the perfect monument to have when we bring eggmanland into the world. again.

Eggman starts to wonder what he could do after eggmanland is good and in the air

Eggman: without the pillars from dark gaia, i'll need something else to support the structure. maybe i can have some of my robots make indestructible pillars as well.

One of the robots goes up to eggman to inform him of the progress they've done so far

Robot: eggman, i think you'll be satisfied to know that with the indestructible design of the death egg, even though it will take three more years to complete, it will be much harder, maybe even impossible for it to be destroyed.

Eggman: brilliant. that's exactly what i want.

Sonic is seen spying on eggman as he then smirks and runs off as he gives a call to tails

Sonic: tails. tell everyone to meet by the edge of the city. eggman's at it again and i think we'll need a new tactic to get rid of his newest creation.

Tails: roger that sonic. i'll be on my way with the others.

Sonic nods and hangs up as he then runs off in an attempt to gather the others for the attack

Scene cuts to sonic and the others meeting up at the edge of mobius city

Sonic: guess eggman's forces just couldn't stay put. i found a whole bunch of them re-building the death egg.

Tails: then we'd better go and take care of them. we have all the time in the world after all.

Knuckles looks over the horizen and finds the chance to have a fun battle somewhere close by

Knuckles: should be exciting. stopping the death egg again, beating up robots, just like old times.

Sonic and tails nod to knuckles as sonic then looks at the others with confidence and a free spirit

Sonic: and even if this ISN'T like the old times, i know for a fact that it'll be just as fun as those were. (chuckles a bit) to think after a year he's still at it. and after the infinite thing too.

Charcoal looks at frost's shades with sonic putting his hand on his shoulder to comfort him

Sonic: it wasn't your fault charcoal. frost made that decision himself. and...i think he was supposed to.

Charcoal thinks about sonic's words and nods in agreement finding them to be accurate

Sonic smiles upon charcoal's words and then walks over to the edge

Sonic: let's do this guys. let's kick some robo butt!

Sonic heads off with the others as charcoal looks at frost's shades one last time before going

Charcoal:(inside head)thank you for everything frost. (looks up to the sky) i'll never forget you. i'll allow your destiny to live on. (smiles) every pure heart deserves to be remembered. and you're among them.

Charcoal runs off with frost then seen giving a peace sign above him from the heavens above
