  This ship is based off objectophilia.

  Weither or not this ship is unhealthy is in a very grey area.

  If Knuckles' attraction the the emerald is extreme to the point where hes mentally unstable it can be unhealthy.

  On the other hand, if it is a slight attraction that doesn't not affect his normal life he can go on.

  The most negative effect on Knuckles would be how anyone else would react. If he were to bring some one home and ask them to do certain actions with the emerald, he could get a variety of reaction. If the partner agreed, they could have a healthy sex life / relationship.

  Knuckles could also have a single interest in the emerald, so long as it doesn't effect him physically he should be fine. Though it may not be approved by many, it is something that could work for him.

  This ship is neither good nor bad, it mostly depends on how it effects Knuckles's state of mind.
