This is essentially the closest you get to an "Evil Amy Rose" universe.

In this, Amy is actually a lot more effective than normally when in the early stages of her adventures with Sonic due to one ability she doesn't have in canon: clairvoyance

(Yes she uses tarot cards, but those are a prediction of the future rather than being shown it)

With this ability to see into the future before it happens, Amy was able to avoid being captured by Robotnik and Metal Sonic at the events around Little Planet, warned Sonic of Perfect Chaos coming to where people didn't die in this and foresaw Gerald's revenge plan in time to prevent Eggman from accidentally activating it.

As a result of these constant preventions by Ms Rose, people began to view highly of her more than Sonic and start to gain fans/followers, some even seeing her as either a prophet or possibly a goddess in physical form that's come to save everyone.

At first, Amy just shrugged these off as devoted fans like she is to Sonic, which actually opened her eyes earlier to her own obsession and made her decide to put her crush behind her.

But as Amy began exploring her own Chaos abilities and connections to the mystical powers, she started to realize the people had a point that she could use her gifts to keep people from being afraid again.

She formed the "Rose Sisterhood", comprised mostly of women like herself that had many talents and powers, with Amy as their leader and using her now psychic-like clairvoyance to see crimes and tragedies before they happen so her people can save lives.

It became a massive success, thwarting Metal Sonic's plans and Black Arms invasion, before finally wrapping up with preventing Mephiles from being released and having the flames blown out.

And once Eggman was finally captured in an exposed attempt at invasion, Amy seemed unstoppable and had effectively ended conflict across the globe, now having created a power vacuum........that no one knew would eventually be filled.

Sure Eggman, the Deadly Six and to an extent Starline and Surge occasionally have their moments to return, but Amy would see EVERY PLAN they had and foil it, resulting in those like Fang, Mimic, Rough and Tumble being the closest to evil to face.

Unfortunately, Sonic and Amy's friendship became split over the years as Sonic disagreed heavily with the idea of arresting someone before they committed the act, the belief of due process and "innocent until proven guilty" clashing with Amy's desire to lock evil away to create a happy world.

One day as Amy was exploring more mystical powers, she came into contact with a supposedly spiritual being or possibly a goddess that reached out to her, proclaiming to be the embodiment of love itself.

The being told her that she must complete two things that will assure that she seals the world as forever a loving and happy place: remove naughtiness from all villains and marry Sonic.

What Amy didn't know was that she had actually contacted a demoness that was seeking to have her give birth to a being or vessel that would essentially conquer the world and make everyone worship themself and the demoness, secretly giving her advice on what to do.

Amy went on to bring more and more of the world into her sisterhood that became like a cult now that worshipped Amy and desired her to run the world, those that spoke out against her eventually being made to cave under pressure of being socially ostracized.

They even discovered methods that removed violent and evil tendencies from people, effectively and forcefully turning people like Eggman and the Deadly Six into pacifists and setting up new lives for them at the cost of losing majority of their free will.

Sonic could see Amy was going too far and moved to stop her, but the sisterhood immediately moved to try and nearly succeed at capturing him, forcing the speedster to be on the run from Amy and her followers.

Team Dark tried to take Amy out in a covert operation, but Rouge and Omega quickly got captured and Amy was strong enough to weaken Shadow to the point they could remove his violent side too.

Amy has the entire world under her control and influence now, even G.U.N unable to do anything against her without incurring the wrath of her followers.

The other parts of the population only pretend to respect her and listen to her out of fear they'll be accused of being against their utopia, a warped and opposite version of the Tolerance Paradox to where those who disagree must be against peace.

It's going to take someone with both reason and willpower in high stock to stop her.

Traveler Scenario

You arrive through a portal to see a world that while it looks the same at first......something feels off.

It's only once you get into the nearest city like Station Square that you see something popping up frequently as you walk the streets.

A logo of Amy's head with a rose in it is at several locations, with a large building in the city having the logo the most while windows of small businesses have smaller ones.

You also see no signs of Eggman in this world, leaving you to confirm the worst....

Is this a world Amy Rose is in control of?

Your thoughts are interrupted as you see Fang, Bean and Bark on the run from someone.

Prepare for whatever comes next...

Home Scenarios

1) You're part of the Rose Sisterhood and have been doing the goal of making the world a peaceful and happy place like Amy intended, but you've noticed for a while the slow shift from just preventing tragedy to outright forcefully dragging people into getting along with each other. It feels like you're now essentially the embodiment of what Amy used to be, which was kind and caring but not violating people's boundaries, while Amy and her members were now trying to make sure people didn't even think of quarreling or glaring at each other.

The sisterhood then crossed the line when you finally discovered they were using some kind of magic to drain away the willpower of criminals and villains in order to forcefully make them into kind and honest people, rather than just do it the right way by trying to rehabilitate them. You saw Jet and Wave being dragged into a chamber kicking and screaming as they were terrified of what was essentially "magic lobotomy" and that they wouldn't be themselves anymore. You knew you had to do something to knock some sense into Amy and to bring the old Amy back, or else the world will be forever ruined.

Luckily, you've been put to today's squad meant for hunting Sonic down for Amy, so maybe you can find him and make a plan for Sonic to stop Amy.

Can you do it? Or will the sisterhood forever be in control?

2) You're with Sonic, on the run from the Rose Sisterhood as you try your best to fend off the cultish group from getting Sonic as the prize. You're currently at Mystic Ruins with Sonic as you try to reunite with Tails and Knuckles to see if they know where Amy's power is really coming from and how to cut her off from it.

Is it too late to stop her? Or will Amy have underestimated you?

3) You and Knuckles lead a resistance movement against the Rose Sisterhood, currently having the Chaotix, Blaze, Silver, Mighty, Ray, Tangle, Whisper, Lanolin and Gemerl to name a few members. The team has been trying each day to either free people from the sisterhood's influence or wipe out any locations they have, but progress is getting too slow for your group with little resources against Rose's numerous members and massive pools of resources.

Amy's clairvoyance is the only thing keeping the conflict on her favor, able to see your plans before they even happen.

Someone finally suggests that the movement fights fire with fire by also being able to see into the future...

...but how?

I hope this page doesn't come off as unsettling to anyone.

Really it was hard to picture Amy going the route of making herself an empress or dictator over everyone, so I decided to get creative and make her the head of a "cult of personality" that unofficially makes her ruler of the world.

Though the demoness part was to show that Amy isn't completely evil in this AU, but just disillusioned and misguided, an anti villain as we would call it.
