We see Sonic, Y/n, Shadow and Silver chasing after Black Doom down a long hallway that seem to go forever. They lose sight of Black Doom however they soon see something in the distances so they rush up and soon enter a massive circle like room with eggs of Black Arm aliens on the walls all around them as they look around ans seeing all the eggs.

Sonic: Now there's something you usually see in alien horror movies.

Silver: There so many of them. Let's just hope they don't hatch.

Sonic: Or one of them hugs you face and leaves eggs in your stomach.

Shadow then gets a headache as he grab his head while Y/n ask him.

Y/n: You okay?

Shadow: Yeah. I can feel them. They are all alive and ready to sent out into the world.

Sonic: How do you know that?

Shadow: I'm connected into their hive mind due to my alien DNA.

Sonic: Cool.......creepy but cool.

Y/n: You going to be alright?

Shadow: Yeah I'll be fine. We just to find Black Doom and end this.

Black Doom: No need to find me.

They immediately turn but then he sent out a blast that sent the four flying but they land on their feet and look over to  Black Doom as he stared at them.

Y/n: Black Doom I'm going to give you one last chance to leave this planet and never come back.

Black Doom: How noble of you. Be willing to risk your own lives for this pathetic planet.

Sonic: (smirk) Yeah because we're heroes and no matter what, heroes will not give up.

Black Doom: Your not the first group of heroes that I face in battle and won. What makes you think you can stop me.

Y/n: Because we're going to fight you, together.

Black Doom: Very well then. Prepare to be destroyed.

He then lifted his hand into the air and crushes it while at the same time eggs hatch and they fall around Black Doom as the Black arm Aliens growled as they look over to the four hedgehogs.

The four of them look at each other as Sonic smirks and says.

Sonic: (smirk) Okay guys let's do it to it!

Sonic charges foward first along with Shadow, Y/n and Silver while the Black Arm aliens charge at them and all four battle Black Dooms small army. Sonic spin dashes through the Black Arm aliens as he then leap up and homing attacks them as he dodges their swings.

A bolt of electricity shocks a group of Black Arm aliens as Y/n shocks them and then dodges a few swings but he took them out with his hand to hand skills. He leaps up and shoots them with his electricity while Silver catches him with his psychic as he turn to Silver and the two node.

Then he begins to spin dash while he sparks in electricity as Silver swings him around, landing hits at the Black Arm aliens all around them. Soon Silver let's him go and Y/n drop kicks a Black Arm alien in the face.

Then Black Arm alien launches towards Silver from behind only to get shot by Shadow with his chaos spear. Silver turns to him and the two share a node of trust as the two battle side by side as they battle the Black arm aliens while Sonic and Y/n make their way towards Black Doom.

Sonic: Y/n!

Y/n: On it!

Sonic leaps up while Y/n shots him with electricity and once his body was blasted with electricity Sonic spin dashes and lands a hit at Black Doom.

Black Doom let's out a groan but grabs Sonic and throws him which Silver catches with his psychic while Y/n charges up and lands a powerful punch at Black Doom.

This sent him flying back and he crash into the wall and falls onto the ground. Soon all of his Black Arm aliens were no more as Y/n approaches Black Doom along with Sonic, Silver and Shadow.

Y/n: Your finish Black Doom.

Black Doom: No. This isn't how it suppose to be.

Sonic: (smirk) Actually it has.

Silver: You will not the harm the future anymore. Your done.

Black Doom: Shadow....are you really going to betray me? I have given you life and the power to rule. Can you really throw that away?

Shadow: I don't attend to rule over anything Black Doom. I tend to fight for justice and the promise I made and I will not allow anyone like you to control me anymore.

Black Doom falls silent for a moment and then he gets up and said.

Black Doom: Very well then.

Then he stink into the ground which made the four step back amd soon he stink completely into the floor and disappeared. Suddenly the whole room shake so they make their way all back to the bridge where everyone else is at and see that the ship is moving on its own.

Tangle: I don't know how but we done it I guess.

Y/n: No time! We need to get out of here now!

They all run down the hallways and soon made it to the hanger as they jump out of the hanger and fall but before they can hit the ground Silver use his psychic to slow everyone's fall and they land their feet gently as they look up to see Black Dooms flag ship disappearing within the clouds.

Y/n: Sally the ship is coming out! Be ready!

Sally: (radio) Right!

We see the ship exit out of the planet just as the Ark turns and begins charging up its laser cannon. Then it fired and hits the ship which made a massive explosion that can be seen on the planet as everyone on the planet saw.

Then all Black Arm aliens sees this and before they can escape they get block off by the citizens with Wispons and other weapons as they see this and stand down.

All Black Arm aliens drop their alien guns and surrendered which brings cheers of joy to everyone in the whole planet that they have win the war.

Soon a ship arrived at the park of New Metropolis and once landed the drop door open and Sally and her team came out with Gamel behind her as she came over and says.

Sally: (smile) We did it! We won!

Y/n: (smile) You know we always win.

Sally: (smile) I know.

They smiled as Y/n turn to everyone and smiled as they won a impossible battle against the Black Arms.

(2 months later)

The planet starts to rebuild after the invasion as they rebuild the structures and buildings especially New Metropolis. G.U.N forces take the Black Arm aliens somewhere so they can never cost any chaos ever again although Eclipse is not found which worries everyone that he might return for vengeance.

For now they enjoy the victory and rebuild. We see Y/n seeing all of this on the roof as Silver flies up to him.

Silver: Everything is going good.

Y/n: Your future or the rebuilding process?

Silver: (smile) Both. Let's keep it that way.

Y/n: Let's hope so.

Silver: Hey.

Y/n: Yeah?

Silver: Just want to say I was wrong about Shadow. I thought he would turn against you because he'll be evil but I didn't realise he was controlled.

Y/n: That's okay. Speaking of him where is he?

Silver: Oh he's at G.U.N HQ to give his reports.

Y/n: I see. Thanks Silver, keep on working.

Silver: Right.

Silver lifts off while Y/n heads over to check on Shadow. Once at G.U.N HQ we see Rogue, Maria and Omega standing near the meeting room with other high ranking leaders as Y/n approaches them and ask.

Y/n: Is Shadow still in there?

Rogue: Yeah but I worry if this is about him betraying us.

Maria: But we all know its not his fault. He was controlled to do these horrible things.

Y/n: I know. I just hope they give him a chance.

Omega: IF NOT I WILL KILL THEM ALL.

Rogue: Let's not do that Omega.

Maria is kinda nervous of Omega violent ways but soon Shadow leaves the room and turn to everyone as Maria came over and hugged him.

Maria: You okay?

Shadow: Yeah. They told me they be keeping a close eye on me next time and if I do anything like this again....I'll be put with the rest of the Black Arm aliens.

Rogue: (smirk) Just glad your back.

Omega: INDEED OTHERWISE I MIGHT HAVE KILL YOU.

Shadow: Thanks. And Y/n....can I talk to you privately.

Y/n: Sure.

The two soon make their way to somewhere private as they stood in front a long line of windows with a veiw of the city as Shadow tells Y/n.

Shadow: Just want to say thank you for not losing faith on me and sorry for what I've done.

Y/n: It's no problem Shadow.

Shadow: You know......in the beginning I never trusted you. I have my suspension about you ever since I first heard about you and it may me to think your no good. However times gone by and you have proof yourself to be more then a hero but something us. You ended wars, stop threatening situations and even risk your life for us and this planet. Rather then use your powers for selfish or evil things, you use them for good and protect others you care for. I really do appreciate everything you did to me and to all of us. Not only you earn my trust but my friendship.

Y/n smiled as he walks over and place his hand on his shoulder.

Y/n: (smile) We're always friends Shadow. You maybe have a dark past but you and all of us can change that and make it better. Together we can change our own future for a brighter one.

Shadow: (smile) Agree. I no longer be stuck in the past anymore. It's time for me to move on and keep going to a bright future.

Y/n: (smile) Yeah.

The two of them smiled and soon they return back to Maria and team dark and a while later a massive party was being held within New Metropolis Park as everyone danced and celebrated their victory. Mina, Manic and Honey play as the band as everyone is enjoying themselves while Y/n sips his drink.

He looks over seeing Shadow and Maria together as Shadow is introducing Maria to the Chaotix. He smiles seeing Shadow is happy to have Maria once again.

Tails: Is Shadow happy?

He turn to see Sonic, Knuckles and Tails as Knuckles said.

Knuckles: Isn't this going to be weird since now Shadow is going to change?

Y/n: (smile) Hey everyone can change. Besides let Shadow be happy.

Sonic: (smile) Yeah at least he won't be mad all the time if I do stupid things.

Knuckles: I might.

Tails: (smile) Your always angry.

Knuckles: No I'm not!

Y/n just simply smiled as he takes another drinks as everyone enjoys the party as they save world again as they continue partying. Unknown to them they are being watched by a drone from afar. This drone looks at them and when the drone turns to fly away we see the Eggman emblem on its side as it flies away.

Little did everyone know that a darkness is growing and soon this darkness will soon strike at them when they at least suspected.
