It was the raining day at New Metroplis as we see Fiona in a bus, going home after hee therapy with Orbot about her past as she is looking out of her window in slince. She thinks about her time being with the Freedom fighters only to be left behind by her which cost her to seek revenge on them for abandoning her only to forgive them. However she still suffered the trauma that she been through and have some nightmares being imprison or left behind by other members of the Freedom fighters.

Soon the bus stops at her stop which she gets off and make her way to her home as she unlocks it and then shut the door behind her. She let out a sigh as she look at her new home as Sally given her a home as she make hee way to the living room and put on the TV to watch something on.

The news was on so she sat down and watched. She was kinda quiet as she watch the news until her doorbell rang so she gets up and walk over and open the door to see Y/n there with a plastic bag with him.

Y/n: (smile) Hey Fiona. How are things?

Fiona: (small smile) Oh hey there Y/n. Doing well. What brings you here?

Y/n: (smile) Figured I bring some food that you like so we can have some lunch. Mind I come in?

Fiona: (smile) Sure.

She let's him in and set it onto the kitchen and starts making the food. Once the food is done he cooks it up and while he waits for the cook to be done, Fiona looks down and before she say anything Y/n ask her.

Y/n: So.....You okay?

Fiona: Sorta. I still get nightmares of the war and all the bad things I have done. I can't say I would never forgive myself for all the things I have done. It's.....hard to forgive yourself.

Y/n: I can't blame you. I understand your feeling and know how it feels to find it hard to forgive yourself for something you did that was a mistake or wrong. When I first use my Dark form I tried to kill Eggman and later blow up the prison and letter every singal prisoner escape. All that made me feel bad and lead me to decided to leave the Freedom fighters for a while. But that too was a mistake as I let my friends being infected by a Zombot virus all because I abandon them for the mistakes I did.

Fiona: (little chuckle) I guess we both have been through similar mistakes huh.

Y/n: (little chuckle) Yeah, guess you can say that. Hey Fiona?

Fiona: Yeah?

Y/n: Do you.....wanna go out with me?

Fiona: (smirk) In this rain?

Y/n: (smirk) What rain?

With a snap of his finger the rain stop and the clouds start to move away, revealing a sunny day as Fiona look out of her kitchen window in amazement while Y/n pulled out the food as Fiona ask him.

Fiona: I didn't know you could do that?

Y/n: (smile) Surprised?

Fiona: (smirk) Very much.

Soon they have their lunch as they sat together in the living room as Fiona lend her head onto Y/n's shoulder which made him smile as the two have their lunch before they head out.

(Later)

They arrived at spiral Hill Village as Y/n takes Fiona to a crystal museum where Jewels, Tangle and Whisper were there helping Jewels clean when the two came in. Tangle was the first to hug Y/n which he hug her back and then she turn to Fiona.

Tangle: (smile) Hey Fiona! We may not actually met but the names Tangle.

Fiona: (smile) Nice to meet you Tangle.

Jewels: (smile) I'm her best friend Jewels and this is Whisper.

Whisper: (smile) Hello.

Y/n: They're apart of my team during the war and after the war.

Tangle: (smile) Yep! We are the best team ever!

Whisper: (smirk) Disbite getting ourselves into trouble most of the time.

Tangle: Well sorta but most aren't my fault.

Fiona: (giggle) It's very nice to meet you. I can't believe things have change since I was gone. Still, I just want to apologise for-

Tangle: (smile) Oh come on girl, you don't have to apologise. I mean I can't blame you being thought abandon by your team throughout the years. Besides you changed anyways and now your return back to the Freedom fighters.

Whisper: (smile) That's right.

Jewels: I may only know you a little but if they trust you then I trust you.

Fiona: (smile) Thanks.

Sometike later we see Fiona outside of Spiral Hill Village and sitting at the edge of the cliff, looking at the veiw when Whisper joins her as she sat next to her.

Whisper: (smile) Doing okay?

Fiona: Yeah I'm okay.

Whisper:.......I know what you've gone through. I too suffer trauma just like you. I used to be in the team called the Diamond cutters only to watch all were killed while one member escape after betraying us.

Fiona: That's terrible. I'm so sorry. May I ask how you've gone through the trauma?

Whisper: I didn't. Its still within me and everytime I think about Mimic, I remember what my teammates fates and how they die. At first I wanted revenge similar to you but Y/n told me not to take a life and tells me that even if they are gone, I will always remember them which gives me the strength to not kill Mimic and move on with my life. Although I too suffered the trauma from the past, as long I have friends with me, I will never feel alone again.

Then Whisper's whips came up to her and hug her with one came up next to Fiona qnd nuzzle her neck which she smiled and pet it on the head.

Whisper: Trauma won't go away soo easily as you may thought. You wish for it to be gone but no. But, what we can do now is to just move on as best we can and be with friends who love and support you, I and everyone else.

Fiona: (smirk) And here i thought your the quiet one?

Whisper: (giggle) Used to be. But not anymore.

The two girls giggled and talk more while at the background we see Y/n watching them bound as Tangle came up next to him while seeing the two bound.

Tangle: (smile) Looks like those two are becoming friends.

Y/n: (smile) Yeah. They sure are.

(Later)

The two arrived at Elina's flower shop as we see Ashley, Sophie and Laura carrying the flowers or helping out the customers while we cut to Elina, Y/n and Fiona at the green House as Fiona look at the amazing flower garden as she tells Elina.

Fiona: (surprised) This is amazing!

Elina: (smile) Thank you. It took us a while but we managed to get it done.

Y/n: (smile) It looks pretty nice Elina. You and the other girls must have token 3 years to get this set up.

Elina: Actually it was 3 years while you were in a coma.

Y/n: (nervous smile) Oh right, sorry.

Fiona never seen such amazing flowers in her life as she can smell how nice they are. Elina goes off to help out a customers while Y/n walks up to Fiona as she said.

Fiona: (smile) I can see why you love these flowers and nature so much.

Y/n: (smile) Yep. Nature sometimes helps those that are troubled.

Fiona: (smile) Well it's helping me right now.

She then hold Y/n's hand which he hold her hand as the two stared at the flowers for sometime before they leave.

(Later)

We see the two arriving at the Chao Garden with Cream, Cheese and Vanilla there as Vanilla pour some tea inro Fiona's tea as the two sat while Cream, Cheese and Y/n play with the Chao's.

Vanilla: (smile) You know I was surprised that you were alive.

Fiona: (smile) Can't blame you.

She look at her tea and thinks about something for a moment and then let out a sigh.

Fiona: Still I did those terrible things just because of my revenge.

Vanilla: Don't feel bad of yourself Fiona, everyone makes mistakes. That is why we learn from our mistakes so we can be better people. Cream makes mistakes but look at her now, she's all grown up and being a responsible and caring girl.

Fiona: That's true. However I nearly killed Y/n and everyone at Anti Mobius because of my revenge.

Vanilla: Vengeance is a nasty place to go through with soke people. Vengeance will lead to others into a dark path but in the end, they changed just like you. I know in the past you've done terrible things, but your not a terrible person yourself. You were broken by the war, used by villains and driven to turn against your friends because you believe of them abandoning you. But I know you will one day make thinsg right for them, I'm sure for it.

Fiona nearly tear up a but as she wipe a bit of tear off of her eye and smiled to Vanilla while we cut to a Chao landing on Y/n's head which Cream let out a small giggle which Y/n chuckle while Fiona looked over and smiled while she take a sip of her tea.

(Later)

The two arrived at Y/n's place as they stood in front of his door as Fiona turn to Y/n and tells him.

Fiona: (smile) Thanks for taking me out Y/n.

Y/n: (smile) No problem. I figured I show you around and let me show you and things you have missed.

Fiona: (smirk) I bet they show you the things they did while you were in a coma?

Y/n: Yeeeaaaahhhh pretty much.

Fiona: (giggle) So why are we at your place all of sudden?

Y/n: (smirk) Figured we gather together and show you how much we miss you.

Fiona: What are you-

Then the door open and there was a crowd od Freedom fighters as they yell out in a cheerful tone

Freedom fighters: (smile) Welcome back Fiona!

Fiona was surprised as the two walk in as Sally and Sonic tells Fiona.

Sally: (smile) We figured we have a welcome party to welcome you back to the Freedom fighters.

Sonic: (smile) And show how much we care for you.

Fiona: (surprised) You did all of this for me?

Rotor: (smile) Of course. Your part of the Freedom fighters after all and hearing you alive was a shock to everyone.

Bunnie: True you may have done terrible things but that's because we abandon you, thinking you were dead.

Antoine: We apologise for us abandoning you and we promise we will never do it ever again.

Tails: (smile) Your always apart of the Freedom fighters and its really good to have you back.

Fiona started to tear up which Y/n place a hand onto her shoulder as she turns to him. He smiled to her while Fiona smiled back, wipe the tears away and then respond with a smile.

Fiona: (smile) Yeah. I'm glad to be back.

And so they started their welcome party as Fiona was never feel alone anymore as she is glad to be back with her Freedom fighters friends and do anything in her power to make things right for them. The trauma of the war is still within her but as long she has friends to support her now, she will never feel the pain of being alone ever again.
