Rouge was stumped on who to fuse with at the moment, not really able to think of a good candidate to combine her life with.

It was then that she felt a voice inside her that told her to try Knothole, to which she somehow obeyed despite how suspicious it felt.

She made her way over to the Great Woods before reaching the hidden village that Sonic grew up in.

The bar had no idea why she felt like the perfect person was here, but the voice told her to be here and search a certain building.

She then found out that she was inside Bunnie Rabbot's hut.

Rouge thought the southern belle was kind of like her in many ways, though their voices kind of set them apart.

Both were physically strong women and liked to flirt and tease the guys they were interested in.

Though she did wonder how Bunnie's metal parts would affect the fusion, especially regarding movement and grabbing things.

Aside from being the strength of the Freedom Fighters, her added to Bunnie would mean they would be the team's spy, getting all of the best secrets from Eggman.

The temptation to try Bunnie out was growing, making her anxious.

She spots Bunnie sleeping on her bed at the moment, none the wiser to the treasure hunter being there.

Rouge sneaks her way over to the Robian and placed the gem under her hand.

She smiles at her success as the gem glows from both individuals touching it.

Both of them were pulled into each other, reduced into a bright blob that lost shape completely.

Moans and pants came out of the mess as their DNA, memories and soul all became one.

But then something unexpected affects the process.

Nicole the Holo-Lynx appeared right above them through a clock Bunnie installed a year ago.

She asks immediately as she appeared. "Bunnie, are you well? I heard your moans and was concerned."

This was a big mistake...

Her sudden appearance in nanite form caused the fusion to be somewhat interrupted and receive a malfunction.

The light got brighter and brighter as the results got out of control for either side of the fusion.

Nicole had to cover her eyes from the light, despite being an AI.

It finally ended in a giant burst of light, looking like a flash from in the sky.

When it cleared, Rouge and Bunnie were no more...

...but there were still two beings in the room if Nicole was ignored.

Nicole opened her eyes and addressed the two. "Are both of you alright? I heard noises and saw the light in here."

What was strange was that she didn't address Bunnie this time, as if she thought two people lived here.

Reality has changed to where these two new beings were part of the timeline....or maybe a brand new one.

One of the figures answered in a southern accent. "We're fine darling, aren't we sis?"

The other one talked in Rouge's similar seductive manner. "We definitely are, hun. Better than a million rings."

Nicole nods at their answers. "That is a relief. Also I'd like to remind you that Sally asked for both of you to meet with her at Sonic's hut."

The second one of the pair tells her. "Tell her we'll be there in an hour."

The Lynx nods and leaves them alone for now.

The first of pair looks at her twin. "I gotta go check on Knuckles to see if he hasn't blown his lid."

The other twin smirks back. "And I have to make sure a certain nobleman hasn't gotten in trouble."

The first twin tells her. "After we finish our mission with Sally, let's get to finding that gem filled cave you mentioned."

The second twin nods in return. "It'll be fun."

The two leave the room to find their respective boyfriends.
