Welcome everyone! I've came up with an idea to write. This story will be my OC (Kota the Bear) X Shadow! Warning, there will be gore and a lot of action..and sadness..Enjoy~!

It was a day full of peace. The sky was a light blue color. The sun was shining brightly amongst the city of mobius. But it wasn't that peaceful in many areas.

Back in G.U.N. Shadow stood in front of Rouge. Glaring at her, with his arms crossed. "How dare you abandon the mission just to get a sparkling diamond?!" Shadow growled.

"..well I couldn't help myself. It was just too gorgeous~!" She held her cheeks as she imagined how beautiful the sparkling diamond was. But she snapped out of it as she heard a growl that had come from Shadow. She smirked as she shrugged.

"Whatever." Shadow sighed as he walked over to a desk. He then grabbed a paper that was handed down from the co-worker. "That was from the boss sir." The co-worker stated. Shadow nodded and took a look at the paper.

"Dear Shadow,
   I am asking of you to go down into the city of mobius to find a certain hedgehog. Their appearance may be mistaken easily, so watch out for that! The name of the certain hedgehog would be Danney. Their fur color is brown and their eyes are green in color. That's all the details I have for the features. Goodluck!
 

          Sincerely, Boss"

Shadow sighed as he knew that the boss would want this mission done as soon as possible. Rouge then hovered over him and smirked.

"Oh? A mission for the both of us?" She questioned with a smile. Shadow looked up to her as he glared. "No." Shadow said, as he began to walk off.

She frowned. "Well, I suppose the boss prefers you to go on that mission alone. Well, I'll be here if you need anything!" She informed him as she then floated down to the ground and watched him walk out of G.U.N.

Meanwhile, down in the city of mobius, there was a bear walking down the sidewalk. Her name was Kota, and she was always aware of her surroundings.

She sighed as she looked around. She wanted to find a place to eat something sweet. But, she couldn't seem to find a place. "Well that just sucks." She mumbled to herself as she then came to a hault.

She then felt the ground quake. Soon after, faint screams. Her ears twitched as she then stood in a defensive stance as she looked around. "What the-?!" She said to herself.

Bots suddenly stormed through the city, damaging buildings. Behind them, was a giant robot, with a flying orb, that had a person inside. He was known as Dr. Eggman.

She sighed as she then growled. "Well, I cant get a sweet snack to eat." She said to herself as she then ran out into the middle of the road. She was then face on with the robots.

She took a breath before she focused on using a partial amount of her energy. A cyan glow started to appear through her bracelets and shoes. She then opened her eyes and focused on the little robots and slammed her foot down.

Whenever she slammed her foot down, it sent a shockwave, hitting a few of the little robots. Suddenly the flying orb  flew a little closer to the bear. "How dare you intrude my plans!?" Dr. Eggman questioned with a slight bit of anger.

"Well, you can't just destroy the city like that!" She said slightly furious. Glaring into the doctors eyes. But the doctor just smirked. "Well, this just makes things even more interesting." He said.

Kota stood in a stance that was prepared for a fight. While Dr. Eggman smirked at her, while robots were ready for his command.

Shadow had made his way out of G.U.N. He was slightly annoyed that the boss had chosen only him to the job alone.

But he was also glad that he didnt have to deal with that annoying bat. And possibly having her scurry off to something very shiny or glittery.

Shadow began to look at the paper and back at where he would walk. "So, a hedgehog who's appearance has brown fur, green eyes.." he mumbled to himself. 'What might the boss want with this hedgehog?' Shadow thought to himself.

Soon Shadow came to a hault whenever he had saw a whole bunch of bots. He then noticed that Dr. Eggman was glaring at a mobian. That mobian caught his eyes due to the color of the fur. Shadow smirked. "This is way to easy!" He mumbled.

Shadow then began to dash over. But whenever he was dashing over to the mobian, he then saw that the doctor had ordered for the giant robot to attack. But Shadow didn't care. He dashed over, pushing her and holding her down on the ground.

"Hah! I finally caught-" Shadow was caught off guard as he saw that the mobian he believed to be the hedgehog the boss was wanting him to look for, was only a bear, that had brown hair and brown eyes. She looked back at his crimson eyes in confusion. "What the!?" She said.

She then looked to the side and saw the giant robots foot lifting up, hovering over them. Though, kota didnt know if Shadow was one of the civilians or just a villain, but she'd risk her life for anyone.

Her eyes widened as she then pushed Shadow off of her and basically threw him far back. "Save yourself!" She yelled. Her voice echoed into Shadows mind as he hit the ground and grunted due to the pain. But he looked up to only find that the robots foot had slammed down upon her.

Shadows eyes widened. He then realized what she had done. She saved him. 'She..saved me..' he thought to himself. But he stood up, shocked and saw that the robot had lifted its foot and backed up.

Laughing was in the background. "Haha! I thought that maybe she would make it! But oh well, that's her loss." Dr. Eggman had stated as he then demanded his robots to move on as he as well did too. Suddenly a blue blur dashed over, making the doctor surprised.

But, Shadow, noticed that the bear that saved him, was laying on the ground. Blood around her. He dashed over to her and kneeled down and picked her up slightly and gently, not even caring about the blood. "Hey..?" Shadow said softly as he tried to get her to awaken. He then felt her neck, and felt a slight pulse.

Kota moaned and groaned in a lot of pain. She shivered in pain as she slightly opened her eyes, seeing a familiar face, and familiar crimson ruby eyes. Though it slowly began to blur. She coughed, and most of it was blood.

"Why. Why did you save me?" Shadow questioned. "B-because, I have so much c-care in the world for everyone..no matter who they are.." she said softly. Shadow frowned and held her close.

Kota smiled. "Hey, dont worry, I'll be fine. I-I'm Kota..just remember that.." she said as she would begin to cough again. "Shadow..I'm shadow..thank you. Thank you for saving my life." Shadow said. Kota nodded and took her last breath with a smile. "Tell everyone you know, e-even if you may not like them, that they shall be loved.." she said as it slowly faded in the end. Her head slowly leaned into his arms, her eyes closed.

Shadow sat there, Kota in his arms. He nodded and looked up. He just met her,  and cant believe she saved him. Though he wasnt going to let her word down. He was going to let everyone know her words. "Your wish shall be granted.." he mumbled to her..even though he held a lifeless body of Kota......
