Sonic quickly silenced himself when Fang snarled in his face while smoke came from the dragon's nostrils. Meanwhile, Tails was passing you a ball. You giggled as you pushed it towards Tails. "Man. You're such a cute buby." Tails said as he rubbed your head. Your tail wagged as Tails held you and hugged you. "I wish we could keep you as part of the team. I'd be nice for someone I could play with be around."

You looked sad as you nuzzled into Tails chest and went to sleep. Tails smiled as Amy came over. "I can take (him/her) from here, Tails." Amy said, having a blanket with her. "Ok Amy!" Tails said, about to pass her to you. As soon as you were in Amy's arms, you started wailing. The two jolted as Tails quickly took you back. "Hey hey hey! It's ok! Big bro Tails is here! It's ok!" You calmed down and went back to sleep in Tails arms. Amy sighed in relief as Tails held you.

That's when Emily came with a depressed look on her face. "What did you find out?" Amy asked, noticing Emily's expression. "(Y/N)'s parents... they're dead after Jeremy's attack." Sonic, Zoey, and Fang looked over as Amy covered her mouth. "Oh my gosh..." Amy whispered to herself as Tails looked at you. "Can... I take care of (him/her)? I think (he/she) thinks I'm (his/her) family." Tails said with a little bit of begging in his voice.

Everyone looked at Tails before Amy smiled. "That's a great idea Tails! Just don't be afraid to ask us for help. Amy said, patting Tails back. Tails smiled as he looked at you. "Big bro's gonna protect you, (Y/N)." Tails said.
