Sonic and Y/N made it into the cave where the kid had told them and it looks like the dragon was away, giving them the chance to find the kidnapped people. After going through a lot of course, jumping, running and skating, and slaying dark knights, they started using the light with their sword to break the purple crystal that trapped the citizens inside as they did the rest. Once all of them are free, their mission succeeded once again as they went out of the cave back to the forest.

"The appointed time has passed." Caliburn reminded.

"Yeah, don't remind me."

Sonic, Y/N, Caliburn, and Wolflobe see the kid again.

"You've been waiting here the whole time? Sorry about that!"

"Good news, kid, everyone's safe." Y/N said.

"Thank you. And sorry for tricking you." Kid said.

"Huh?"

The kid turns into Nimue.

"You two have shown courage, strength, and compassion."

"Huh? Then..."

"I shall show you how to blunt the power to Excalibur. Cause you two're a true knight!"

"Yes!!" Sonic and Y/N grinned.

"I see."

Sonic pulls out Arondight while Y/N pulls out one of Galatine's swords. They are back at the lake as they sit down.

"So we have to defeat the Knights of the Round Table and collect the sacred swords?"

"Yes. The five sacred swords combined with your Caliburn and Wolflobe, should dispel the power of immortality that protects him." Nimue explained.

"Sound like walk in the park!"

"We'll see about that." Caliburn said.

"Hey, c'mon! Isn't it about time you gave me a little credit? You always give credit to my sister."

Y/N snickered evilly.

"The remaining knights are Percival, Knight of the Grail. She's as strong as she is noble." Caliburn explained.

"Then there's Lamorak, Knight of the Round Table. He's known for his strength and fiery temper. He has a great deal of pride and holds utter faith in his speed." Wolflobe continued for Caliburn. "And lastly, there's Galahad, the Silver Knight. He hold almost the same power as Lancelot. His abilities make him dangerous, as he has psychokinetic powers. He also has the innate ability to move at super speeds."

"Whoa... Sounds like they're very tough and strong." Y/N said. "But why do I feel like I'm going to recognize them? They sound familiar..."

"One mistake could be your last." Caliburn warned.

"Don't worry! We've got one of the great sacred swords!" Sonic reassured.

"Of-Of course! It's about time you figured that out."

"We're gonna make this look easy. They won't know what hit them! I've gotten pretty used to you too."

"That is exactly what I told you not to do!"

"Come on, boys! Let's go!" Y/N said, walking ahead with Wolflobe.

Sonic and Caliburn leave the lake, going after the girls.

"Fare thee well brave knights, chosen one of Caliburn and Wolflobe..." Nimue said, looking to where they had gone.

"Let's get this party started!" Sonic said.

Their mission was to head to the Molten Mine where Sir Percival is.

"Right, and quickly!" Caliburn said.

"That shield's not gonna let my attacks get through."

Slaying their way through the dark knights as they run and skate through the castle until they stopped to where there's edge of the building. They started sliding through while holding up the wall carefully.

"Not much of a foothold here. Better take it slow."

"Yeah." Y/N said.

They are already getting close as they could feel something humid and looked down to see a pool of lava. They then made it to the other side to the castle ruin as they appear to be in the Cauldron.

"Attempt a grind on that rail." Wolflobe instructed them.

Sonic and Y/N slide on a rail, jumping over the carts and dark knights. They then headed through the citzens' house in and out as they made it back to sliding on the rail again and jumping over the carts.

"Split it in two with a jumping slash!" Caliburn said, seeing two giant magma rock rolling towards them.

The hedgehog siblings together sliced all the giant magma rocks in half. Up ahead of them is the volcano, meaning they're close as they slay off the dark knights. They then jumped over to the platforms where everything is full of lava.

"W-We're going to fall!" Caliburn screamed.

"Be careful!" Wolflobe screamed.

"I know, isn't it great?!" Sonic grinned as they jump over another platform a little higher as they fly. "Whee! This is sweet!"

"Don't worry! We got this!" Y/N grinned like this is nothing to be scared of.

"You'll be the death of us both if you mess up and fall." Caliburn exclaimed. "Even I can't cut through molten rocks."

"Just please take it easy." Wolflobe said.

"Relax. It's kinda our thing."

They later cross through as they slide, holding up the wall while avoiding lava that pour out from the hole as well as the spikes. They got out and made it to their destination much to Y/N's relief as she couldn't resist seeing the lava that made her sweat a lot. They stopped to see Percival standing on the rock with her sword. Y/N's eye widen, recognizing her as Blaze. She wondered if there are others like Cream or Espio in this world.

"I am Percival, Knight of the Round Table, servant of King Arthur. State your name and your master, sir and ma'am!"

"I'm Sonic! Sonic the Hedgehog! I have no master except the wind that blows free!"

"I'm Y/N the Hedgehog! I too have no master except the crystal that brightens up the world!"

"Very well, Sonic, Knight of the Wind! Y/N, Knight of the Crystal! Prepare... for battle!" Percival said, pointing her sword at them.

"Bring it on!" Sonic and Y/N said, pointing their sword back at her.

"Now, I shall test your skill, Sir Knights!"

Sonic and Y/N blocked Percival's attack from her sword as she pushed them back. Sonic jumped and hit Percival by spin dashing with his sword.

"Impressive, O Knight of the Wind!"

"Heh heh."

"Don't get cocky, now! Watch for her next attack!" Caliburn warned.

Percival started spinning herself into the fire tornado. Y/N jumped high over the fire tornado where there's a hole over Percival's head and went in and kicked her in the chin, deactivating her tornado.

"Nice kick, Knight of the Crystal!" she said, rubbing her chin while looking more impressed.

Percival charges forward and raised her sword. Y/N quickly stopped her by hitting her sword against Percival's as they wrestled. Percival released her sword and clash after clash Y/N got to hit her as she zoomed past her, upper cutting her with her Wolflobe. Y/N made a good distance from her as Percival once again charged her and hit her sword against her own as Y/N blocked her attack.

"Do you truly think you can match my swordsmanship?!"

Sonic helped Y/N and blocked the attack as well. Percival started rapidly slashing her sword against the blade of Caliburn and Wolflobe.

"Oh! She's fast, I'll give her that!"

"Oh, yeah, she is!"

"I warned you she was a formidable foe!" Caliburn exclaimed.

Percival created fire tornado again to push them back more. Y/N flipped over Percival again and roundhouse kicked her on the back, pushing her toward Sonic as he slashed her once again by spin dashing, slowly weakening her. Y/N zoomed towards Percival as she went close to her face inches apart, shocking her. Percival suddenly groaned she was pushed back rather harder than before into the chest by the powerful punch from Y/N's crystal around her neck as they brighten. 

"B-But... How did you...?"

Percival is now down as she struggled to get up but only managed to sit up a little and kneel in one knee, holding her chest in pain.

"We did it!" Sonic high-fived Y/N who smiled back at him.

Percival with an amount of strength left got up.

"Well done, Sir Sonic and Y/N."

Percival backs away towards the edge of the cliff, and falls off due to the cliff crumbling.

"Percival!"

Y/N jumps down and catches her by grabbing her hand and inserts Wolflobe into the cliff face, halting their fall.

"Sis! You okay?!" Sonic shouted, looking down the edge.

"Don't worry! I'm fine! Whoa... That was close."

"Whew..." Sonic sighed in relief.

"Why... Why did you--" Percival stuttered.

"Because this is what friends do." Y/N smiled down at her.

Percival looked up at her for a moment before smiling back.

"Save the hugs and kisses for later." Caliburn interrupted their moment.

Percival and Y/N blushes.

"W-What?!"

"What? You jealous or something?" Sonic teased, looking at Caliburn.

"For someone such as her, you knave?! R-Ridiculous."

"He's totally jealous. I think it's cute." Wolflobe smirked.

"Wolflobe!!" Caliburn and Y/N exclaimed.

"Enough of that 'knave' stuff already!" Sonic sighed.

"Hm. Actually..."

"Yes?"

"Sonic the Hedgehog... You have mastered the code of chivalry. From this day forth, you shall be Sir Sonic, Knight of the Wind." Caliburn declared with a proud smile.

"Heh heh!" Sonic chuckled with a smile.

"And you shall be Sir Y/N, Knight of the Crystal." Wolflobe declared with a proud smile as well.

"That sounds great." Y/N smiled. "Can you please help us up, bro?"

"Oh, right. Sorry."
