Wiz: Some videogame characters follow a legacy that lead them to be the greatest

With Team PJ...

"The Pj Masks also had a legacy that passed though generations untill now" Catboy said, remebering something from his team PJ powers

Boomstick: And these two characters are a good example

Wiz: Mega Man X, Dr Light's last creation

With Mega Man...

"Here's our boy!" Marcus said, punching X's shoulder

However, X groaned in pain as he rubbed his shoulder by the punch

Boomstick: And Ryu Hayabusa, wielder of the Dragon Sword

Wiz: I'm Wiz and he's Boomstick, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle

With Team PJ...

"I want to see about that guy Ladybug mentioned" Batarina said intrigued

"Looks like they are going to explain about him first" Owlette said

"Let's see what's up with him" Catboy said intrigued

Wiz: Dr. Thomas Light, the creator of Mega Man, and aiding him in every way possible to help stop Dr. Wily's schemes for world domination. But one day, he began work on his next great success... X

Boomstick: And if you're wondering "Whatever happened to Mega Man?"

"Here it goes..." Catboy said, knowing what will they explain

Boomstick: Well, Mega Man went missing for 100 years and no one knows how, untill he was found by his now friend and maybe love interest, Lily Berrios, aka Ladybug. And she was part of the great group of heroes, the Pj Masks. After rescuing him, Lily couldn't get out of his side and joined him in his new adventures

With Mega Man...

Mega Man was blushing as they mentioned Ladybug and the word "love interest"

"H-How did they figure that out?!" Mega Man said, still blushing

"Did you knew about this, Linda?" X asked to his couple

"I always knew it" Linda said with a smirk

With Team PJ...

Ladybug blushed as she was mentioned as Mega Man's love interest

"Rock likes me?" Ladybug said with a blush

"Looks like it, Ladybug" Gecko said

Ladybug now was thinking of calling her "love interest" and see if what Boomstick said was true

With Team Vamp...

"Isn't she Owlette's best friend?" Poppy asked

"Yes, it's her" Vampirina answered

"I'm sure if she watched this, she must be surprised right now" Gregoria said, thinking of the PJ bug's reaction of Mega Man's feelings for her

Boomstick: As for why Light chose the name X, I bet it was because it sounded more X-treme! Heh, heh!

With Mega Man...

"That's not true!" X said, not liking the pun

"Woah! Calm down, buddy!" Marcus said, trying to calm down the blue android

Wiz: The name X was chosen to represent the unknown potential that Light would imbue into his latest creation, including the ability and freedom to evolve and grow like a living being. However, he knew such free will combined with X's powerful physique could not be released onto the world lightly

Boomstick: Probably because he just remembered how his first creation Proto Man went AWOL

"Proto Man would be offended if he heard that" Mega Man muttered to himself

Wiz: So Dr. Light decided to put X in a statis capsule that would run a long series of tests to make sure he'd be a mature machine and, well, not a danger to humanity

Boomstick: This was meant to go on for 30 years... but then X was still asleep 100 years later. Looks like the good doctor forgot to set a timer

"Actually, the doctor died after those years before he could release me" X explained

"The only way we can talk to him is with an hologram Alia created" Zero completed

"That's too bad" Linda said sadly, and X just hold her hand to confort her

Wiz: In the year 21XX, the scientist Dr. Cain found X and was blown away by how advanced this machine was, ahead of anything the world had ever seen

Boomstick: With some specs left behind by the long-dead Light, Cain went to work on next-gen robots based on X, which would come to be known as Reploids. Turns out without the same tests X went under, as well as due to a virus, some of these Reploids acted out, becoming violent towards humans

"Oh no!" The Berrios adults said at the same time

Poppy, Bridget, Emily, Ladybug, Aquafish, Ryder, Katie and of course, the Berrios adults, were terrified about that. But they were conforted by their teams

Wiz: These rogue robots, dubbed Mavericks, had to be stopped, and X became a part of the new force assembled for that very purpose: the Maverick Hunters

With Team PJ...

"Our hunters are now other type of hunters now" Catboy said, thinking about some rumors about the PJ Hunters

Boomstick: Everything was going well when X's commander Sigma went Maverick, along with the rest of his unit, declared war on humanity. It was up to X, as well as his fellow hunter Zero, to stop them. And he still will fight, now alongside his love interest, Linda Berrios (Lily's older sister) and her cousins, Celia and Marcus

With Team Sonic...

"That's so wrong! How could he declare war against the humans?! Even we didn't declared that type of war!" Amy said, since Team Sonic had humans too (Poppy, Bridget and Emily)

"At least those two are there to stop him, alongside their couples" Sonic said

With Mega Man...

"Man! Now we know they reason why Sigma hates us" Marcus said, thinking of the fights the former PJ Hunters had with Sigma

"Yeah... since we are the only humans being Maverick Hunters" Celia added

"And we always defeated him" Linda said

"Well, we will always be Maverick Hunters untill Sigma is defeated" X said proudly

"And any danger that comes to our city" Zero added

Wiz: X's solar-powered body is composed of a strong and lightweight Titanium-X alloy and his systems gives him vision, hearing, and agility far beyond any ordinary human

Boomstick: He can jump up walls. I don't think there's much else that needs to be said

With Team PJ...

"I'm starting to like this X" Gecko said proudly

"Me too, and I would like to meet him in person" Catboy added

"We should ask Linda if we can visit her" Owlette thinked

Wiz: His primary means of attack is his X-buster, which is actually the Mega Buster Mark 17.

Boomstick: Remember how one shot of the Mega Buster could go through a wall? Well this beauty is at least three times stronger than Mega Man's buster... so yeah, a few shots from this thing will get the job done. If not, he can always charge it or even fire it from both hands at once

"Woah! Cool!" Armadylan said impressed

"It really looks like Rock's Mega Buster" Ladybug said

Wiz: And like his predecessor (and now adoptive brother), X utilizes a variable weapon system, allowing him to obtain abilities and weaponry from defeated Mavericks

Boomstick: With 84 Maverick weapons in total, that's lots of ways to take down his enemies. For projectiles, Shotgun Ice and Crystal Hunter freeze foes, Sonic Slicer fires energy blades that ricochet off walls, Magnet Mine can be controlled and sticks to walls, Circle Blaze fires a flame which explodes, and Thunder Dancer fires a bolt that can strike one foe after another

Wiz: X also has attacks that travel across the ground

"Awesome!" Armadylan said amazed of X's ground travel

With Team Sonic...

"This guy is cool!" Knuckles said proudly

Boomstick: Wheels, disks, sawblades, bouncing globs of acid, stingray drones, and waves of fire

Wiz: Also, X can actually charge his special weapons, making them more powerful and sometimes offering different properties

Boomstick: For instance, the Parasitic Bomb generally fires a sticky bomb, but when fully charged, X can lock onto foes and fire hornets

Wiz: He has multiple homing missiles and boomerangs, as well as various defensive options. He can have shields of junk, ice, energy, and rock, erect a wall of crystal in front of him, or generate a block of ice around him

"He has a boomerang!!!" Sticks shouted happily

Boomstick: If he really wants to dish out the pain, he can fire beams of fire, energy, water, and... bubbles, or hit everything around him with energy blades, ice shards, spiked balls, anchors, light beas, and missiles from the sky.

Wiz: Finally, we move onto his more unique weaponry. Storm Tornado fires a... tornado, the Strike Chain can be used as a grappling hook, and Speed Burner gives X a fiery aerial dash

Boomstick: Dark Hold can stop time, Gravity Well fires an artificial black hole, and Soul Body creates a hologram of X that X can remote-control, which can even attack. He also has Chameleon Sting, which makes X completely invulnerable... and makes him all rainbowy

With Team PJ...

"Like I do!" Gecko said, remembering that he also can change color too

Eventually, everyone (except X) chuckled at that weapon

With Mega Man...

"How embarrasing" X said, crossing his arms and looking at the opposite way, while the others were still chuckling, but eventually Marcus was dying of laughter after thinking that the weapon was very funny

Wiz: Rainbowy? *clears throat* Squeeze Bomb fires an orb that can expand to absorb enemy projectiles, and both Volt Tornado and Drift Diamond creates an elemental aura around X to counteract foes up close. Volt Tornado's electric field regenerates his life tanks...

Boomstick: While Drift Diamond straight up freezes foes who try to attack him. Plus, if Zero's not using his sword, X picks it up and can use it quite efficiently. And how could we forget the Hadoken and Shoryuken?

"Why do you gave him your sword?" Rock asked to the red armored android

"He can also wield it" It was all Zero could say to Mega Man

Wiz: Both are incredibly powerful techniques, though sometimes just his standard blue armor alone isn't enough to get the job done

Boomstick: That's when he seeks out various armors made my Dr. Light as upgrades for X in the future. Talk about thoughtful. Well they come in many shapes with different attributes, from the mobile Falcon and Blade Armors to the offensive Gaea and Icarus Armors. But his ultimate armor by far is... the Ultimate Armor

With Team Sonic...

"I'm impressed of that armor" Shadow said with a smirk

"Cool!" Manic said with a whistle

Wiz: Each individual part, when found, improves X's already great abilities, from hovering and halving all damage to increased special weapon storage and the more powerful plasma shot. When complete, the Ultimate Armor offers up X's most powerful attack, the Nova Strike

Boomstick: This flying tackle not only makes him completely invincible while in use, but can critically damage or even one-shot some of the toughest bosses of the series. If that's not enough for you, X has another ultimate armor by the same name, but completely different, offering a heavier frame, gatling batteries on his shoulders and guns for arms. He can fire a chest beam, fire from his... hand guns, or just go full auto and fire continuously. Plus, he gets a scouter

"The chest beam sounds like the one Metal Sonic has" Sonic said

Wiz: The form offers increased defense and ranged firepower, but it only lasts for a limited time

"Like our Super Form" Silver said displeased

With Mega Man...

"Aw! That sucks! It sounds like Sonic's Super Form!" Marcus said dissappointed

"I know, Marcus, it's complicated" X said, trying to confort the vigilante of the former PJ Hunters

Boomstick: X has stopped Sigma's plans upward of 10 times, and is traditionally the one who ultimately defeats Sigma

"I'm proud of that" Linda said, holding her boyfriend's hand, as X was blushing at it

Wiz: He's also defeated the former S-A hunter Vile, the Soul Eraser Berkana, the double agent... Double, as well as the Zero Nightmare, a copy of Zero made by the Reploid scientist Gate

"I remember that" Zero said, remembering his copy

"Me too, I almost thought it was the real you" Celia said, remebering the time she saw her fiance's copy

Boomstick: Oh, and he defeated Gate too. He's also helped in bringing down the massive Repliforce and Rebellion Army... though with a bit of help.

Wiz: As powerful as X may be, he can't always win his battles alone, and his special weapons are not unlimited. And despite his resolve for justice, X is a pacifist at heart

"You sound like Lily" Rock said, remembering his friend's pacifist actitude

Boomstick: Once, he'd had enough violence and retired, alongside his girlfriend Linda... at least until he finally realized he needed to fight for peace

"I remember that day, and I said if he retired, I would also retire too, because I would never leave him" Linda said, remembering that day

"But you didn't have to do that, you loved to be a Maverick Hunter, as well as being a PJ Hunter" X said to his girlfriend

"Like I said before, there are some more important things for me than being a hunter. Besides you are the only thing I have after my parents died and I couldn't leave you" Linda explained

X now was having tears of emotion after hearing those words, everyone gave him a hug and Linda kissed him to confort him

Wiz: At the end of the day, X truly embodies both the heroic nature of Mega Man, the goodness of Dr. Light, and his creator's dream of humans and robots living together in peace

Boomstick: Even as a pacifist, the last thing you wanna do is mess with X

"Yep! You don't want to mess with him!" Marcus said proudly

X sees himself surrounded by Epsilon, Ferham, Scarface and Botos. Ferham laughs, followed by Epsilon laughing as well

Epsilon: Join us, X

X: I don't care what your vision is. You're still a bunch of Mavericks! And as you know...

X prepared his X-buster.

X: I am a Maverick Hunter!

All boys whooped at that scene and they were hoping that he wins

On to the next combatant...

Ryu Hayabusa

Wiz: Ryu Hayabusa, the "Dragon Falcon"...

Boomstick: Japanese names never make sense do they Wiz?

With Klonoa...

"Well, sometimes we talk in Japanese" Klonoa said

"Mostly my country" Kaylee said, when she remebered her kingdom also used Japanese or other words from different languages

Wiz: Not all of them, no. Ryu was trained as per tradition by his clan in the ways of the ninja.

With Team Sonic...

"That's interesting" Espio said, impressed of the skills the black ninja had

With Team Vamp...

"Sounds like Espio" Demi said, looking at Poppy

"Looks like it, Demi" Poppy answered to the ghost

"Wait! Who's Espio?" Hailey asked

"He is Poppy's boyfriend, and he is a good ninja" Gregoria answered

"Oh! Cool, Poppy!" Hailey said proudly  that Poppy find a couple, and better, a ninja one

"Thanks Hailey" Poppy said to the purple hedgehog

Boomstick: And God did he impress them. He alone destroyed a whole cult and army at FRIGGING 18!!!

"As fast a we destroy Eggman's robots" Vampirina said

"That Eggman sounds evil" Hailey said terrified

Wiz: Indeed, he was then given his most iconic weapon: the Dragon Sword

With Team PJ...

"Impressive" An-Yu said as she looked at the sword

Boomstick: It's literally indestructible, and can only be wielded by strong-willed personas originating from the Hayabusa clan, or else!!!

Wiz: Actually, they soul gets devoured

Everyone got terrified at that...

Boomstick: Holy s****!!! Just needs a tracking device, and I can get my trusty sword back with a body delivered with it!!!

"Not funny, Boomstick" Catboy said

Wiz: He also has a huge arsenal of weapons, ranging from staffs, bows, bombs, chain sickles, etc... His most prominent secondary weapon remains the Eclipse Scythe, forged by werewolves and quenched in living human blood. Disgusting...

"Very disgusting" Batarina said, as her face turned green

Boomstick: Sometimes you need to do what it takes to have a badass weapon, Wiz

"Yeah!" All team said in unison

Wiz: Hrrmmm. Moving on. Ryu possess also a extended knowledge of magic, to use techniques ranged under a category named Ninpo

Boomstick: He can throw fireballs, create a secondary shadow of himself, who can somehow fight too, and teleport.

With Mega Man...

"Man! This ninja is tough!" Marcus said, as everyone, especially X, were getting worried

Wiz: His speed is so fast he can dodge automatic firing weapons, he is so tough he can survive a 300m landing, and managed to acquire a 6th sense, a "ninja-sense"

With Team Sonic...

"You should have that, Espio" Charmy said to the chameleon

"I guess so" It was all Espio could say

Boomstick: We all know how 6th senses worked last time, hum Batman?

Everyone chuckled at this...

Wiz: Finally, Ryu has some impressive feats: he defeated entire armies, slain demons, dragons, and killed the Devil-counterpart of his world

"Sounds like my fights with Scourge" Sonic said, remembering the fights he had with a green hedgehog with a scar on his chest

"Wait! Does he has any weaknesses? Something that can give X an advantage?" Sonia asked confused

"Maybe he has some" It was all Sonic could say "But I don't think they will be mentioned"

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are all set, let's end this debate once and for all

Team X: Mega Man's team, Team Sonic, Team PJ, Team Paw, Ratchet's team

Team Ryu: Spyro's team, Mario's team, Klonoa's team

Neutral: Team Vamp

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

In a rooftop, we see the two combatants preparing for the battle

X: Let's settle this!

Ryu: As you wish...

Marcus: Go X!

Batarina: Here it goes!

The two combatants take their fighting stances

FIGHT!

Ryu charges at X and starts slashing him

Aquafish: Not a good start...

As X landed to the ground, Hayabusa was going to slash him again, but the android took out his X-Buster and shoot at him. Then he takes out a Parasitic Bomb and it gets stuck very close to Ryu. As it explodes, Ryu is sent flying to another roof and X chases after him

Knuckles: X has this one on the bag!

X charges at Hayabusa to attack him, but Ryu uses his Ninpo and knocks X out. But when that happened, a silver beam drops out a sword and left

Ladybug: That was Linda's beam!

Linda: That was my Send Beam!

Mega Man: The Z-Saber!

Zero: Looks like I sent Linda to give it to him...

Celia: And X used the beam to get it...

X then saw the sword was the Z-Saber and also recognized the silver beam

X: Zero... Linda... thank you...

Girls: Aww...

Gecko: Good! Now you can get him!

However, Ryu invoucs his shadow self to confuse the blue android.

Skye: I don't think X will know who is the real one...

X starts slashing the two Ryu's, but nothing happens. Then X takes out homing missiles and locked them towards the two ninjas as he fires them. When the explosion stopped, it was seen that the fake Ryu has been destroyed and the real Hayabusa was standing in front of him as he uses his Chameleon String to sneak out to him and the he punches him in the stomach

Gecko: Camo rules!

Vampirina: This is it! Looks like it will end now!

X and Ryu: Let's end this

Both fighters use all of the weapons the have and both clashed their attacks and it causes a huge explosion as the screen goes black

Catboy: Wha--?! What happened?!

Owlette: Let's see who survived the explosion...

When the smoke clears, it shown that Ryu was on the ground very wounded, but there was no sign of X anywhere

Ryu: Where did he--?

Hayabusa gets interrupted when the Z-Saber stabs him on the back as he screams in pain and then... nothing. Ryu was dead now

Klonoa: What the--?!

Ladybug: Oh my gosh!

Catboy: Oh Chaos...

X: Did I... won?

Roll: Of course you do, silly!

As Ryu's corpse colapsed to the ground, X saves the Z-Saber and looks at his opponent's corpse one last time before saying one last thing before teleporting away

X: As long as there's hope, we can change the future (teleports away)

Silver: Looks like me and X have something in common...

KO!

All Team X whooped at their fighter's victory, while Team Ryu only clapped to show respect to the winner

Boomstick: Now the dragon legacy is over...

With Team PJ...

"That's... funny..." An-Yu said displeased

With Mega Man...

"I wonder what An-Yu would say about that joke" Mega Man said, thinking about the dragon girl's reaction

"I think she wouldn't like it" Linda deadpanned

Wiz: Maybe Ryu was faster than X and had a good ninja arsenal, but X suppassed him in streight and with his tecnology

"I never thought my tecnology could suppass a ninja and his arsenal" X said impressed

Boomstick: Yeah... but... what about the silver beam? Wasn't that Linda? I thought we didn't allowed outside help

Wiz: Well, first... we did allowed outside help once with Dante VS Bayonetta

"They did an exception?" Celia said confused

"Looks like it" Zero said

Wiz: And second, that's a Send Beam, it allows X and Linda and Zero and Celia to send things to each other; and it's not considered too much of an outside help since Linda and Zero were far away from X's location, but they found a way to send the Z-Saber right to X's location. But if that wasn't added to the battle, the result will still be the same

"True, the type of ninjas Ryu is will never understand the robotics" Linda said

Boomstick: Looks like Hayabusa's defeat was X-treme

Everyone laughed at the pun, but X just groaned and facepalmed at it

Wiz: The winner is MegaMan X

With Team Sonic...

"X was amazing! I hope we can see him in a next battle!" Tails said

"Let's see what's up next" Sonic said as everyone turned their attention at the screen

The trailer had two shadowy figures, they looked like a bat and a woman in black, and those two were in sexy poses

"Looks like I'm next" Rouge said proudly

With Team PJ...

"W-Was t-that... Rouge?" Gecko said, while having a nosebleed after seeing the trailer

"Oh Gecko! Your nose is bleeding! I'll get a tissue!" Owlette said before running out of the room

Catboy looked at his "younger brother" and already knowed what's going on

"Did anyone notice my 'affection' for Rouge?" Gecko asked to the blue cat

"No, no one notice it" Catboy said, making the lizard calm down

Owlette then came to the group with a tissue for the green lizard. As Gecko cleaned his nose, he noticed something

"Hey! Where's Ladybug?" Gecko asked

"I just saw her with her phone trying to call someone" Owlette answered

"She must be calling Mega Man, since they consider her his love interest" Batarina said

After this happened, they put the next episode... only to find just Boomstick as the host

Something was going to happen...
