If humans were planets I think I'd orbit around you
You could even be my moon
Because when it's dark, I feel like you're the one who provides the light
I don't know if I love you, but I think I just might
And when I close my eyes it's you that I see
I wish you'd just bury your heart within me
You feel like being burned to the bone
You're a person I could touch and I'd feel at home
It's such a shame you don't see me the same
It's such a waste of what could've been
Love isn't forever, it's temporary
It's just a way to watch the days go by
