To let you know how I feel

To sway you away from the way that I really feel
Friends isn't good enough
Friends is like the last page of the book
Nothing continues on from there and I want
A fantastic sequel of you and me
I guess our love is like a page
But a page that has been torn and frayed
Or perhaps even torn out completely
I can't find the last page
Does this mean our story will never end?
Even from the beginning I couldn't tell if this was a happy ending
Or a sad story from the start
