We became close

In the blink of an eye

We became Inseparable

Or is it just what we said? 

 Time passed by day by day

 And I got so lost in our love

 that I didn't realize we were

 falling apart with time

 And then it happened

 We got separated

 A road that was one

 Diverted into two 

Well, I do see you with that girl every night

Different girl but the same old smile

Why is it then that I feel this way,

thinking too hard with our memories?

It's the only thing that lasts in remembrance

of the us that once were two sides of a heart

 We still went by for weeks

 Supporting and leaning on

 each other  without delay

 Not as one but side to side

Our friends asked you twice

why you always pushed me back

But you answered only with a shrug,

Pushing me away yet again just like that

I tried so hard to fight for you

But no matter how much I tried

You never looked back before

leaving me out in the cold winter
