The bluette stared up at the starry night sky. A gentle breeze came and went through her hair as she waited for her light.

It was gentle, all of it mainly was, as she went to the other docks on her boat. Except the cold. She saw the moon in the reflection of the ocean on the shore of the play islands. Its reflection was trembling as much as she was.

As he didn't come in weeks, the bluette cried. She was worried he would never return home. "Riku, Where are you?"

She stopped and thought for a bit. Why was she in this world and not by his side? Piri summoned her keyblade and raised it in the air. She thought of a way to be by his side. She dismissed her blade and walked to the docks which lead home.

She was laying down in the sun and snoozing ever so slightly. She was grateful to be alive however she still waited for him. She started to recall all those moments of laughter and smiles with him. She sighed and summoned her keyblade. A keyhole appeared in the sky and she aimed her keyblade at it.

She appear in a strange world and where he was. She couldn't find him but he sensed her somewhere in the city.

'I won't lose you this time!' she said, running through the streets of the city. She was determined keep this love alive. She wanted to build on it.

She gasped when she saw him and he froze when he heard that gasp.

"Riku..." She said with a mixture of saddness, relief, and happiness and turned away. He quickly rushed to her and hugged her with all his love.

"Piri, I'm sorry to keep you waiting..." He smiled and she turned around to look him in the eye.

"Can you come home yet?"

"I can't, they're still in danger and the monster are making havoc on the city... You seen the fate of this city and there's no changing it."

"We'll see about that..." She clenched her fist and ran forward.

"Piri!" Riku followed after her, worrying about her own fate than most of this city's.

Both he and she came from the portal in the sky and Riku was the first to land on his feet on the sand. He chuckled and looked up to her, reaching his hand out, "Here..."

As she floated down, she grabbed his hand and landed. "Thanks for the catch..."

"No problem..." His smiled turned into a concerned frown, "Are you alright?"

"Yeah!" She giggled and looked at the main island of where they lived. "Everyone's going to be so thrilled to hear about our heroic acts..."

"Yeah, but it wouldn't have happened without you..." Riku smiled and looked the islands. All she gave was a light chuckle before she looked at the closing gates.

"It's the end of our journey..." She said as they were both watching the gates close. Piri sighed, knowing what is to come next. She turned to her lover. "Hey, Riku..."

He looked at her curiously. "Yeah?"

She gulped and tears gathered in her eyes, "Thank you..."

"Piri?" He asked but then saw the tears. When she took a sharp gasp he realized what was happening. "Piri, please! Not now!" He said desperately.

"R-Ri..." She started and those golden sigils appeared in her eyes. He grabbed her shoulders.

"Piri, snap out of it!" He whimpered, "No!"

She felt so much pain in her eyes and her head it made it hard to stand. She began to fall back until Riku pulled her into a hug.

"Piri..." His voice cracked and held her. The breaking pointing was when she fell limp. He knelt one one knee, holding both of them up, "NOOOOOO!!!!!"

He sobbed into her shoulder, regretting for not being by her side more then he or she both need. He hugged her, wishing she would come back.
