- your favourite song starting just as you turn off your car

- your dog being too tired to greet you when you come in

- cold apple pie

- not having a place to organise your books into a nice display

- tripping over your own feet while walking alone in a place your whole school can see

- losing a pleasing coloured pen

- seeing people you think are your friends ignoring you

- having people judge you by clothes and bodies and not by personality

- forgetting to charge your phone at night

- those awful microwave vegetable mixes with red peppers and mushrooms

- having people diss you because you chose to buy a pumpkin skin suit

- ripping your favourite pair of socks

- outgrowing a fandom and realising you spent all of your time and money on this fandom

- feeling inadequate

- being yelled at by someone you trust

- losing a friend you held devoted so much of your life and love to for so long

- turning on your music only to realise it's on full blast and you're wearing earbuds

- biting into a chocolate chip cookie and finding a raisin

- forgetting your cue and having the entire light crew shout you down at once

- entering your home to the scent of baked goods

- flipping to the right page in your textbook on the first try

- 2 am bananas

- thunderstorms

- having just enough chocolate chips to finish a recipe and then a little extra to snack on

- pulling warm blankets and/or sweatpants out of the dryer

- seeing someone you love smile

- completing something and then realising it actually isn't a piece of shit

- overly large sweaters

- petting your dog and seeing them smile and wag that booty

- reading a book you've read a thousand times

- autumnal candle displays

- decorating your room with small pumpkins because they 'were on sale for 3/2' but also because they're aesthetically pleasing

- having a friend who sends you daily videos of their dog

- smooth jazz (bonus points if its on a record player)

- finding a textpost which describes something so perfectly that you feel a moment of connection with this random stranger who feels just the way you do

- having someone call you something you asked them to and getting a warm feeling throughout your entire body

- drinking coffee in fingerless gloves
