Shadow's POV

We continued walking along the lit up street and I couldn't stop thinking about the things he said. We didn't speak the whole 20 minutes which was kinda awkward until sonic collapsed out of nowhere, "sonic!". I quickly ran to his aid checking his pulse and making sure he was still breathing, luckily he was. He must of fainted because he was weakened by the fight. I pulled him up and put him on my back holding his legs tight making sure he wouldn't fall. As soon as we got back to his house it had already became night so I took him up to his bed room and placed him in his king sized bed and pulled the covers over him. Man he looked so cute while sleeping. I couldn't help but lean closer and closer to him. I soon reached his forehead and placed my lips on top of it giving him a quick kiss then a quick kiss to his cheek. I was about to walk out of his room until I heard shuffling behind me. I looked behind me to find an awakened blue hedgehog sitting up looking at me with shock.......

Sonic's POV

Shadow just kissed me...... Shadow just KISSED ME?! What?! WHAT?! He hates me! Why would he kiss me on the forehead and cheek?! I just couldn't express my emotions right now... I never felt so confused in my life!
"S-shadow?" I asked in shock. He looked at me with a faint blush on his cheeks surprised. "Oh ... Y-your awake?" He asked. Really? That's what his respond is?! After what he just done?!
"Get out....." I said. "What?" He asked confused, "I said GET OUT!" I shouted. He jumped a bit at my respond and ran downstairs out the house.

Shadow's POV

I can't believe he just told me to get out. I never meant to kiss him it just..... Happened! Now he's gonna hate me forever and he will never love me! ..... Oh god I sound like Amy now. Maybe I should just go to rouges bar and get a couple drinks to take the pain away.

Sonic's POV

"Maybe I was bit hard on him.... Maybe he only did that cause he was worried? No, he's never worried about me. But he has been being a lot nicer for the past few days, but that doesn't change anything." I spoke out loud to myself pacing back and fourth thinking about shadow. His slick  body and white fluffy chest fur...... WHAT AM I DOING? Ugh just being around him is making me feel all weird, I need to get some sleep.

Sonic's dream

"S-shadow! What are you doing?!" Shadow pushed me against the wall. " what I should have done a long time ago~" he smirked and pressed his lips against mine. "Hmmph!" I muffled, why is he doing this! "Just shut up will you~" he said as he began to lick my neck.

Sonic's POV
*wakes up panting*
"What was that!" I checked my phone to see what time it was, it was 3:35 am. I also noticed I got a text message from rouge....
-hey sonic, I know it's really early in the morning but if you don't mind would you be able to come down and get shadow from the bar? He's really drunk and I told him to get out like 30 minutes ago but he just shouted at me and didn't move, so I really need you to get down here. Thanx x-
"Ugh shadow......" I groaned as I got out of bed and put my red and white shoes. I slipped on a jacket and carefully walked down stairs not to wake tails in the other room. I got to the door and carefully shut it quietly then zoomed to rouges bar. I got there 3 minutes later to find a black hedgehog slumped over the bar talki- shouting at rouge. It was quite funny seeing shadow drunk, he would just talk pure gibberish. I chuckled at the sight of shadow until rouge noticed me at the door with a 'what took you so long face'. "For the fastest thing alive you took your time" she said. "Well if you haven't noticed that it's like 4 in the morning and I was trying not to wake anyone up" I looked at her winning the argument. "Anyway how long has he been like this?" I asked, "for about 1 hour" she replied crossing her arms. "Well I'll be fine to take him off your hands, and next time... Don't give him that many drinks okay?" I said picking up the black hedgehog. "I couldn't help it he was giving me those eyes that I can't stand" she said. "Anyway thank you so much now I can get some sleep, see ya" she said as she flew away. I stared down at shadow as he was hiccuping every 5 seconds. I couldn't help but chuckle until he looked up at me, "what are y*hic*ou laufin at?*hic*" he said, "oh nothing" I replied trying to hold back the laughs from his sentence. "Ya know son*hic* you look really seeeexxxxyy*hic*" he said. Did he just call me sexy? I blushed at his comment and just acted like I never heard a thing. I decided to run a bit faster to get to the house quicker. We arrived at my house 2 minutes later opening the door quietly not to wake tails and walked in. "Sanic ... Can I sleep with you.. You *hic* sexy beast *hic*" shadow blurred out, "No!" I quietly shouted and picked him up carrying him to his room still blushing. I opened the door to his room and sat him on the bed. I took his shoes off for him like he was 3 years old and placed them next to the bed. I put him under the covers and covered him up. I was about to walk out the door until he said something.." Sonic, did I ever tell you *hic* that I love you?" He said to me. I felt the heat rise to my cheeks and ears for the 3rd time and just walked out the door, said goodnight and shut it. I speed walked to my room and walked inside shutting the door tight with my back against it. "Did he mean that? Or was it the drink talking?".......
