sonic's POV
I ran at top speed to my house making sure not to run into anything cause it was dark. I burst through my door to see a yellow fox sitting on the couch with an angry face but also a upset one. "Where have u been! I've been so worried about you", he ran to me tearing up. "sorry buddy I was... Just going for a quick run but lost track of time", I said caressing him. "Okay just don't do it again please?", " I won't don't worry, now we should get to bed ,night" I replied with a smile. He smiled back and nodded while walking up stairs. I decided to make something to eat since I missed dinner, so I ordered some chilli pizza and sat on the couch thinking about what happened before.
"Shadow was right, I shouldn't worry too much but coming from him when he lost Maria is a hard thing to say". I sighed and texted manic to make sure he was okay. I went to go take out a plate for the pizza when the doorbell went." that must be the pizza", I said as my stomach rumbled. As I opened the door I was surprised of who it was...... It was shadow. He was soaking from the rain so I pulled him in without him saying a word. "What are you doing here, especially in the rain?" I asked him confused, "eggman kicked me out" he replied. "Oh, but why did you come to me?" I said, "well rouge would act weird if I stayed with her and everyone else hates me so yeah" he explained. " I was wondering if I could stay here until I find an apartment to live in" he asked in a not caring tone. As me being the nice guy I let him stay but i don't know how he would act I mean staying with my rival might not turn out well..... " Sure you can stay, what? Am I just gonna keep you in the rain? I said sarcastically
" Whatever hedgehog" he stated and walked to the couch and sat down. "Your welcome....." I said walking to the guest room to get it fixed up.

Shadow's POV
"Oh my god I can't believe I'm staying with sonic! Okay keep it cool shadow you still have to look badass or you will blow your cover" it was quite late so I was guessing he was making a room for me. Oh how I wish I was in the same room as him...... WHAT AM I THINKING okay right I'm going mental. He came back to the living room and my heart started to beat fast like when he answered the door. " Okay that's the guest room set up for you" he said smiling, oh how I love that smile. I went off into a daze until he waved his hand in front of me again." Shadow? Möbius to shadow? Are u there?" He asked
"What? Oh okay, guest room right I'll go the now em... Bye son- I mean faker" I said stupidly. "What was that shadow?!" I said quietly slapping my face. I walked into the room it had a big double bed with blue and black covers. The room was brightened up by a bedside blue lamp on top of a peach coloured drawer. I took off my shoes and placed them beside the bed. I climbed into the bed to feel the soft silky covers so much better than the ones eggman had, I felt like I was in heaven. After turning off the bedside lamp I closed my eyes and fell asleep dreaming about my blue lover.....

Well thank Goodness I updated or yous would have got impatient XD. Anyway sorry for the long wait I had lots of things on my hands however I had a day off so I finally got it done. Anyway I hope u liked it see yous soon byeeee x
