"Sonic the Hedgehog, Please report to the Principal's Office" The speaker spoke specifically to Sonic which made him shrink in his chair. "Aw, Heck Naw! Free the nerd! Free my homeboy Sonic!" shouted no one other than Knuckles the Echinda, a jock. Soon the class started banging their desks and chanting 'Free Sonic! Free Sonic!'. Sonic rolled his eyes as he walked out the classroom, it couldn't be that bad to get sent to Principal's Office, right? 'Oh man, this never happened before, I hope I don't get in trouble not this time I'm a Honors student' Sonic gulped as he walked through the dark areas of the hallway.

Finally, he slowly opened the Principal's door. "H-hello? Principal Robotnik? I'm-I'm here because you c-called me here." Sonic stuttered as he closed the door behind him. "Ah, Yes, Sonic the Hedgehog, I need you to do me a favor, and please sit down." Dr. Robotnik greeted Sonic and pointed to a chair "And may I ask, Dr. Robotnik, what is the favor?" Sonic asked as he rubbed his arm. "I need you to be a tutor." Dr. Robotnik said. "A Tutor? I'll be glad to!" Sonic smiled happily. "You didn't let me finish, you're tutoring Shadow." Dr. Robotnik finished his sentence after Sonic cut him off. "Sh-Shadow, as in Shadow the Hedgehog? Bu-but he's a bully, he HATES me!" Sonic gulped. "I'm pretty sure he'll open up to you soon, I told him to meet you in the Study Hall after school." Dr. Robotnik informed Sonic. 'Oh, this won't be good' Sonic thought sighing.

After school wasn't really that far away, so when the bell rang everyone ran out expect Sonic who walked over towards a empty room to meet his 'Student'. Thinking the room was empty, he slowly opened the door, but to only find Shadow was already sitting down. Sonic sat down in front of Shadow and waved his hand in front of Shadow who was facing the the other way. "Um, Hi, I'm your tutor, Y'know to help you pass and such, also Principal Robotnik sent me here ." Sonic weakly smiled. "Wait, Eggman sent you here to tutor me for the rest of my life, well this sucks!" Shadow groaned. "Yeah, I know let's just get started." Sonic agreed.

After doing a Math segment, they went on to a History segment about Metropolis . Shadow, getting frustrated, slammed his fist on the desk making his pencil fall on the floor. Noticing the pencil had fallen, both boys bent down to pick it up. Sonic's and Shadow's hands both touched the other making both look up and staring in to each other's eyes awkwardly. Sonic stared into Shadow's ruby red eyes as Shadow stares into Sonic's emerald green eyes, noticing what had happened they shifted their gaze back to the History paper. 'His eyes are so amazing and entrancing' Sonic replayed the moment over and over again not telling Shadow whether he was wrong or not. 'His eyes are like the emerald I found not so long ago, so majestic and enchanting' Shadow chuckled as he thought about Sonic and not caring about what Sonic was saying.

Later in the year, both opened up to each other and became friends. Everyone at the school wondered why would a former bully become friends with a nerd. Back in the study hall, Sonic opened the door happier than ever to see his crush but couldn't find him. "Shadow, are you in here?" Sonic asked the empty dark room. 'Hm, I must've came early'. Soon enough the door opened to reveal Shadow staring at Sonic, making Sonic blush "Um, Ok, Shadow let's get started." Sonic smiled. Shadow said nothing, instead he got closer and backed Sonic up against the wall. "Um, Shads? Wha-what are you doing?" Sonic asked blushing even more. Shadow got closer to Sonic's face and pressed his lips against his. Sonic, suprised, relaxed and melted into the kiss. The boys pulled away and breathe a sigh of relief. Sonic looked down embarrassed. "You're so cute when you blush!" Shadow laughed making Sonic's blue face ever redder. "I have something to confess, I like...a lot, I hope that this doesn't come out weird, but ever since that 'Incident' I developed a small crush on you, after we became friends I decided now was the right time." Shadow chuckled nervously wondering what Sonic could be thinking.

Sonic smiled at the former bully of his and kissed back. Principal Robotnik, who always check on the progress, walked in at the wrong moment, seeing the boys kiss he slowly walked backwards smiling "I knew my plan would work, I'll let them have their time!" He chuckled to himself.
