The Game's Secret Weapon

Monday Night Raw

3rd Person POV

Adrienne and Jason get ready for the show tonight in their locker room. Adrienne is doing a few stretches while Jason does his traditional shadow boxing routine.

Adrienne: Hey Jay.

Jason: Yeah?

Adrienne: What are you planning on doing tonight?

Jason: I'm going to play mind games with the Game.

Adrienne: How do you plan on doing that?

Jason: I'll figure it out. Maybe I'll attack him, maybe I'll attack Aunt Steph. Hell, I might just attack Uncle Vince.

Adrienne: Don't do anything too extreme. Your ribs aren't fully healed yet.

Jason: It's always nice to be reminded that you're concerned about me.

Adrienne: I wouldn't have to be concerned if you didn't do stupid stuff.

Jason: Where's the fun in that?

Adrienne: You're lucky you're cute.

Jason: I'm cute now?

Adrienne: You always have been.

Jason: You just want me to kiss you again, don't you?

Adrienne, smirking: Maybe.

Jason walks over to her, leans down and locks lips with her. Adrienne lifts her arms up and wraps them around his neck and Jason puts his hands on her hips as they continue to kiss. After the main kiss ends, the two share a few more small kisses before pulling away from each other.

Jason: Happy?

Adrienne: I am now.

Jason: Glad I could help. Now, what are you doing tonight?

Adrienne: I was told to just hang around the gorilla in case anyone needed me.

Jason: Sounds like a potentially interesting night. I'll see you when I get back?

Adrienne: You bet.

Jason: Alright. (He grabs his hat, slides on the jacket, and walks towards the door) I'll see ya later, darlin'.

Adrienne and Jason share one last quick kiss before Jason leaves the locker room and goes to the gorilla.

Timeskip

Jason is now standing in the ring, dressed in his entrance and ring attire, the WWE Championship strapped around his waist, the straps hidden beneath his jacket.

Jason: Last week, the Game pushed the War Goddess to open the urn. I don't think you've realized what you've done, Helmsley. You should have heeded Bray Wyatt's warning.

Triple H's theme hits and the Game walks out onto the stage before making his way into the ring.

Hunter: I realize exactly what I've done. I've made you complete. I turned Jason into who he is supposed to be. I fulfilled your destiny. I did what was best for business.

Jason: You awakened what deserved to rest. You interrupted the Reaper's rest. Now, you and your family must suffer. You must lie in place of the awakened.

Hunter: I've fought your father before, Deadman. Last time we battled, I emerged victorious. Your father's powers didn't scare me, and neither will yours.

Jason: Why do you suppress your fear? I know you're afraid. The stench of fear followed you when you came down to this ring.

Hunter: It's not fear I'm suppressing. It's the surprise the Authority has in store for you, 'Taker. Maybe you recognize him. He was there last week and at TLC. I would like to present your cousin, the Champion of Hellfire and Brimstone, Wade.

The lights go out before fire sprays out of the top of the ramp and Wade walks out, making his way to the ring. Wade steps over the top rope before doing the signature turnbuckle post pyro burst of his father's.

Hunter: Wade, where does your loyalty lie?

Wade, with a deep voice: Blood runs thicker than water.

Hunter: Wade, remember what we talked about. You're a member of the Authority, right?

Wade stands still, looking down at the mat.

Hunter: If you want the Fiend, you will side with the Authority!

Wade flips his head up, his hair flipping in the process. The Demonic Goliath slowly looks between his cousin and the Cerebral Assassin before looking at Jason one final time. Jason gives a small head nod and Wade wraps his large, gloved hand around the throat of the Game. Hunter's eyes go wide and he shakes his head no, a look of terror in his eyes. Wade looks at Jason, who rolls his eyes into the back of his head, sticks his tongue out, and does the throat slice taunt. The Masked Demon nods before hoisting Triple H up, holding him in the air with one hand before driving him into the mat with a Chokeslam.

Timeskip

The two walk through the gorilla where Jason meets up with his girl and talks to her.

Adrienne: Great job out there you two.

Wade: Oh yeah, great job Jason. Way to talk Hunter into the mat.

Jason, laughing: Shut up, asshole. Even with busted ribs, I can kick your ass.

Wade: Then why didn't you Chokeslam Hunter?

Jason: I was told not to do anything stupid by a certain woman who shall remain nameless.

Adrienne smirks and looks down due to embarrassment from all the attention.

Wade: Yeah, your mom's a nice lady.

Jason: You're such an ass. I was talking about my girlfriend.

Wade: That wouldn't happen to be the War Goddess that's hiding her face with her hands, would it?

Jason: The one and only.

Wade: I could tell she liked you. She was really concerned about you when you busted up your ribs.

Jason: This injury isn't as bad as Atlanta.

Adrienne: What happened in Atlanta?

Jason: You met Caleb at TLC, right?

Adrienne: Yep.

Jason: Well, lets just say we became closer friends in the back of an ambulance.

Adrienne: What did you do?

Jason: I had an idea for him to do a frog splash onto me and put my through several objects.

Adrienne: What were they?

Jason: Nothin' much. Just a few tables and ladders.

Wade: You mean when he jumped from the top of a ladder?

Jason: I was gonna leave that part out.

Adrienne: I can't punish you for something you did in the past.

Jason: I know you're pissed.

Adrienne: What? I'm not pissed.

Jason: Yes, you are.

Jason leans down and kisses her passionately.

Jason: Better?

Adrienne: Damn it, yes I am.

Jason: That's good. I'm heading to catering now.

Adrienne: I'll come with you.

Jason: I thought you were running out there.

Adrienne: Nope. We recorded a message that'll play during Shayna's match.

Jason: If that's the case, we could just head to the hotel.

Adrienne: Really?

Jason: Yeah. We aren't doing anything else tonight and the main event is two matches from now.

Vince, from his chair: You two can leave.

Jason: Thanks, Uncle Vince.

Just then, Jason gets a text from one of his aunts.

Jason: Got any plans tomorrow?

Adrienne: No, why?

Jason: My aunts want to meet up and they heard I have a new girlfriend. They want to meet you. In some of their cases, I guess it's re-meeting you.

Adrienne: Do you think they'll like me?

Jason: I'm sure they will. Lets get going. We have a big day tomorrow.

Adrienne: Alright. Lets get our stuff and head to the hotel. I'm already tired from warming up.

End of chapter

A/N: Thank y'all for reading. Sorry for the short chapter, the next one will be longer. With that being said, I'll talk to y'all next time.
