Satine's POV: 10ish years later (She's 19 now, just for clarity)

Hi everyone, Auntie 14 said this was like a story of some sort, and I am just supposed to tell you all the things that happened...I don't know if she wants them about me, as it seems to mostly be about my moms and dad, but meh, that's for her to figure out.

Anyway, life on Olympus has been...interesting...I think I can say that without G-gramps throwing some sort of dramatic hissy fit. Grandma dummy, "Satine", mama Annabeth scolded, jeez can't even have a private thought to insult one of my grandmothers who makes me do mountains of homework, not to mention making my little siblings do the same. "SATINE"

"Sorry," I said, though we both knew I didn't mean it. If you bear witness to their fights, you'd be as baffled as I am about why mom decides to defend her half the time...then again, mama Annabeth's Greek form is her daughter, so I suppose it might make sense that way, but she usually sticks to her Roman form.

Grandma A also tries to break me out of Olympus a lot of the time to go hunting and spend some time with my blood sister and now aunt, Kira. Dad usually joins us, and Kira looks at him like he's the only male she trusts now, much like the rest of my aunties, but they don't even like Gruncle Apollo, whereas I am similar to my aunties. However, I at least tolerate Gruncle Apollo until his brain decides it's time to call it a day, and I adore my little brothers, even the mortal ones.

There's this one-time Gruncle Apollo appeared at Grandma's Camp, and if looks could castrate, Gruncle Apollo would have long ago lost his ability to reproduce. Anyway, he got so scared he ratted my location out to Grandma Dummy, and that's why I have to be jailbroke out of Olympus now. That was a day his brain called it a day early, probably for its own safety, but if you ask me, it retired when he decided on the unannounced visit to Grandma A.

Then there are my little sisters. They're all really beautiful, like the more beautiful than Aph kind of beautiful, just don't tell her I told you all that. Dad would probably end up killing that goddess if she touches any of us. But they are also a lot like a combination of our moms, even the demigoddesses from Dad. They all seem to have Mama Reyna's sense of duty, Mama Thalia's resolve, and Mama Annabeth's wisdom. Then again, my brothers and sisters all seem to have attributes from our four parents, or in the case of my demigod siblings, their five parents.

"Satine, did you finish your homework?" Dad asked, in a tone like he was going to attempt a jailbreak with me soon. I always love his attempts; they are elaborate and stealthy, and they should by no means ever work, but somehow they always do.

I sighed, though, as it wasn't done. "I see," Dad said in his understanding voice, waving his hand, and my homework from the evil grandma dummy was done. I don't even know why she insists so much on me doing it.

"So, what's the plan this time?" I asked, excitedly hoping he'd take my hand like usual and take me out the window to avoid my moms as well. They know he finishes my stupid, over-the-top homework for me. Like seriously, they expect me to actually listen to Grandma Dummy and have my homework turned in written in Greek, Latin, English, and another language.

Dad, though, did as I hoped, taking my hand and leading me to my window. "You know the path; be careful to avoid the windows," he instructed.

I nodded, climbing out of my window and making sure I didn't let my feet go below the window below mine. This is another of the things I loved about Dad's escape plans; they always involved physically leaving rather than just teleporting away and allowed me to practice my agility and strength.

By the time I got down, Dad was already there with my bow and a quiver of arrows. I gladly accepted them and started walking beside him.

"So what's the plan this time?" I whisper-asked as we began walking away from our Olympian palace. Allegedly, there's another palace, but we kids never got to see it as they always said it was a private place for the four of them, though honestly, I think it is where they go when they want to get away and have some alone time together.

"Well, the grandma you don't like is busy; your favorite Grandma is tending the Hearth as usual, and you already know your other living grandmothers support this, even if one of the two wishes it was more battle training than hunting," dad began to answer, and I was reminded of the fact that mama Thalia's mom as well as Dad's birth mom are with Gruncle Hades now. "So we are just going to walk out the front door this time and hitch a ride with Blackjack and Porkpie," Dad finished.

"What about Scipio?" I asked; usually, if I am pegasus riding, my moms want me on Scipio because...well, he's tamer than the others...and he listens to Mama Reyna over Dad.

"And let that traitor let them know I broke you out again," Dad scoffed. That's right, mama Reyna can speak to Pegasi now, and Scipio is more loyal to her than his own father.

I smiled once again. A plan that should never work was probably going to work so well that I'd be out in the woods on a hunt before my moms even realized I was gone because I was missing dinner.

Time Skip: *Sighs* *hefting a heavy pickaxe on his shoulder* Boss, can I get a break yet
Me: No

Once we landed in Grandma's camp, I was practically instantly surrounded by my aunties, all of which were happy to see me, while Auntie Zee was exasperated at my latest escape. "Really, little brother," Auntie Zee sighed, rubbing her temples. "That's the third time this month.

"Ain't my fault they leave the front door open and haven't secured Blackjack and Porkpie's loyalty.

Blackjack neighed and pounded one of his hooves to the ground. I imagine he said, "Dam right, Boss, and we'll always have your back."

"That damned pegasus better watch his tongue around the little ones," Auntie Zee said

"IT WAS APOLLO," my youngest aunties all said in a rehearsed unison. Some of them are younger than me, which is kinda strange, but after studying the family tree, nothing is really too strange for me anymore.

"Now I know how milady feels," Auntie Zee exasperated again, rubbing her temples more.

"Mom loves it, and you know it," Dad said. "Anyway, I can't stay this time. I have a job to do...sadly, the drama queen got the dam votes to constrain me to only the children of the Pantheon last meeting."

"We know. Mom taught us new curse words for her father," Auntie Phoebe stated proudly.

"Satine, treat your aunties well. Hopefully, I'll be back soon," he said, though I don't know why. He's always back soon; I guess his perception of time and what is soon might be off now that he's used to being a god.

I sighed, missing Dad's company already. I understand he has his duties to do and more family to save, but I was really hoping I'd get to go hunting with him today. I've always enjoyed my time with Dad the most after everything settled in; his presence was always more calming, more safe to me.

Auntie Zee walked over to me and placed a gentle hand on my shoulder. "Come, Satine," she said, "your grandmother wishes to speak to you."

Line Break: *chuckles* I'm in danger

"Grandma," I said jumping into her as I entered her tent. She might not have been ready for it but she caught me nonetheless.

"Hello Satine," Grandma said bring me in tight, and transforming into her 30 year old form. Say what you want about Grandma but I don't think she's ever been in a form older than 30. "How was the escape this time?" She asked me.

"It was fun. We weren't caught so I probably have a few hours before my moms realize," I answered, though Grandma's face told me I said something wrong.

"You love your father don't you?" She asked, as if she already knew my answer.

I nodded, unsure of what my maiden goddess grandmother would say if I spoke the truth. A little secret about the gods, they can easily read their own child's minds but have trouble reading the minds of other gods' children. Just don't tell them I'm the one that told you that.

"More than a daughter should love their father?"She asked quizzically this time, again like she knew my answer.

"What do you mean grandma?" I asked, hoping I can hide my secret.

"You know what I mean. You've only tried dating once and broke up with him...still surprised your father didn't kill him, but you've always been closer to your father after that, closer than what is to be considered normal even in this family."

"So what?" I asked a bit defensively.

"Nothing too much dear. We've feared this might be a possibility since they've adopted you. There's a reason you are their only adopted child," she said, as if the answers should be clear to me.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"The domain of your father we haven't told you about. We didn't know if you'd be immune to it or not."

"What's that domain then. I thought I knew all their domains...though it's strange hearing woodchippers long for the blood of pedos...and why all of them want that instead of wood."

"We kept this one deliberately from you. Kira wanted to tell you, but we feared if you knew about it would start to affect you," grandma A lamented. "Anyway, he has the domain of Harems."

"But he has my moms," I said as I knew they took mortal lovers and provided for them, but I don't think they qualify.

"Yes. And they have their mortals," Grandma said, though she looked a little upset about the mortals part. "However their island isn't their get away from the kids place. They have a few of theirs there. It's where you'd probably go if you do join them."

"What do..."

"Satine, you love your father more than you're willing to admit, to me at least, but you do not hide your heart well from those you consider family...a trait your father has as well. Nevertheless your parents have been worried and this was my plan to talk to you about it. Your mothers know, they are...what's the proper word...indifferent...no not quite...apprehensive...a bit too far...conscientious, I guess, to if you decide to join them or not. Though I offer you this, you can join my hunt now, and not have to worry about that for a while," Grandma offered. Though I was surprised about the invite to join the hunt but I was confused.

"What do you mean for a while?" I asked.

"Contingency plans. I don't trust my father, however, my son is able to...let us say for simple terms protect the meaning behind me having the hunt in the first place."

'So join my parents in the way I kinda want them to take me, don't do that, or join the hunt and see how dumb g-gramps can be?' I asked myself. "Do I have to choose now?"

"Not yet, but they will know I've talked to you about this. The choice will be yours, they wouldn't take that from you," Grandma said, for the first time in a long time sounding comforting, instead of excited about taking me on a hunt.

"Can we go hunt first?" I asked. Thinking about a lot now. I thought I hid my feelings from my parents well. Yet it turns out, they not only knew about it, but my aunties and grandma A knew about it to, and all of them were worried about it because of Dad's secret domain they've kept from me.

"Sure we can go hunting," Grandma answered.

Percy's POV:

I dropped my eldest daughter off at what I knew was going to be a hard conversation for her. She doesn't like admitting her own feelings, which I think is something she picked up from Reyna or I, and mom was most likely going to ambush her with it. Ever since she broke up with that cheater, who don't tell my mom but he is super dead, when she was 15 she's always been a lot more clingy to me. Mom wanted to have this conversation with her a while back and I don't know how much longer, if at all, I can postpone it.

Then there's my reason for leaving my daughter with my mom, one of my charges is in need of my assistance. It sucks only being allowed to help demigods and, don't tell the council but their little siblings as well, now. Those fucking cowards on the council too. I swear if it weren't for milady Hestia I'd kill those cowards to weak to take a stand to protect children, I'd throw them straight into my fucking woodchipper at that too.

I arrive to a pretty standard, if not a slightly worse than standard, demigod life that doesn't belong to my own house, I swear the others have horrible choices in mortals to have demigods with.

The yard was overgrown, some empty beer bottles were about, and the house was going in the direction of a state of disrepair, if it weren't already there.

I sighed walking into the building. I knew this demigod was one of Athena's, though I couldn't blame her for the poor choice in mortal, as this was the kids uncle he was living with. Apparently the kid's mom while incredibly bright in college also got around a little bit outside of Athena and ended up having two kids, one with a mortal which couldn't be found, the other being the demigod. The mom died in a car crash late one snowy night recently as her kids were sick, yet somehow both kids miraculously survived and recovered.

It's a sad and short life so far for them. They loved their mother and were heartbroken over her passing. However, their uncle, well he decided on blaming the kids for getting sick to the point of needing medical care, rather than doing the same thing and blame the weather and road conditions, or even the drunk driver that hit the corner panel causing her to lose control of the vehicle. Because for some reason blaming children getting sick makes a lot more sense.

Now though the children have an intense hatred for their uncle. They even started praying to me, despite the news media coming out and saying that the subsequent discovery of my temple and the mysterious deaths of certain criminals, and even the crucifixions on Capitol Hill were all just one huge strange and completely unconnected coincidence...I swear if I wasn't on restrictions I'd have a field day with some of their complacency. Which is why I am there now. I try not to intervene if it's a simple matter of time out or discipline but when discipline turns into abuse that's when I intervene, because preemptive action by me is like arresting someone before they commit a crime for said crime they would have committed despite having no proof that they were going to actually commit that crime.

The kids were no where to be seen, but the state of the interior is a lot worse than what the exterior would have you believe. I honestly felt like I would get sick for walking in here as the walls were practically mold and fungus. I feel damn sorry for any health inspector or welfare checking officer that has to step into this building after I leave it today, because there is not a single way anyone would be willing to spend the money to fix this.

The Uncle, I heard banging on some door upstairs. "GET YOUR ASSES TO WORK YOU FUCKING BRATS. LOOK AT WHAT YOU ALL MADE MY HOME TURN INTO," He yelled banging on the door.

For some reason, I have a feeling its the only door in this entire building that wouldn't crumble after getting beaten on like it was. I'm also surprised the vibrations from said strikes didn't just cause the house to crumble but I guess it's internal structure is more stable than all the mold and fungus would lead me to believe.

"Stop he's coming to save us," I heard the muffled voice of the sister. I sighed as I knew many mortal kids around the world were praying much similar things.

"HAHAHAHAHHA," The Uncle began laughing. "YOU BELIEVE THAT NON-SENSE YOU STUPID SILLY LITTLE GIRL. THERE AINT NO SUCH THING AS GODS. ESPECIALLY ONE THAT WOULD WANT TO PROTECT LITTLE SHITS AND DISSAPOINTMENTS LIKE YOU TWO. MAYBE A GOOD FUCKING WILL KNOCK THAT STUPID FANTASY NONSENSE OUTTA YOU"

Hmmmmm. 'Thanatos did you issue that death warrant for me already, or am I going to have to force it out of you again.'

Sensing no change from my inquiry, I internally sighed knowing that the fates may rat out my...duties again...maybe I should add them to the list of immortals I'll kill, my charges might or might not thank me for that but it would make me feel better at least.

"My Woodchipper longs for the blood of pedos," I stated from behind the Uncle, hitting him in the nerve causing him to go to sleep quickly. "Children you may want to cover your ears for the next ten minutes or so," I advised from my side of the door.

If they do so or not, I am not too bothered. However, this is the last of their family that they know of...of course the boy doesn't know I'm his most awesome brother-in-law but that's besides the point.

I dragged the body down stairs not wanting to waste too much time, I decided on feeding the mold and fungus on the physical rather than just the residual stench of this mortal.

"MORE BLOOD FOR ME, MASTER? FEED ME THE PEDOS, MASTER," My newly appeared woodchipper was yelling already. Is there therapy for inanimate objects because I may revel in certain deaths, but even I think this might be a little abnormal. "LET ME FEAST, MASTER."

Yeah I hope none of my demigod kids inherent the ability to hear woodchippers, especially my sacred woodchipper. "Fine but stop yelling, or I'll do it myself," I told the woodchipper as I started it up.

"yes, master," it whispered.

And Yes as you've probably already asked, I have tried and failed at getting the woodchipper calling me literally anything else. I even tried lord, as I see that as preferable now, but no apparently I am the insane one.

The feeder drums started spinning, and I placed the uncle down on the feed chute feet first. "Have at it you little psycho," I said to my woodchipper.

"YAY. NOM-NOMs."

I began tunning out the various noises of my woodchipper as it began feasting, rather joyously at that. In fact it's probably for the best, that woodchipper knows more curse words than Arion and likes to use all of them when feasting.

I heard the pattering of some small feat as my woodchipper began to settle and turn off. "Are you really..."The girl began to ask.

"I am," I interrupted.

"They say you don't exist," she said again.

"Yes," I admitted, "though it is amazing watching the lengths to which they will go to convince themselves that I do not exist."

"Do others exist?" The boy asked, and he looked so much like Malcolm it nearly pained me, knowing that the retired demigod still does what he can for not just his siblings from Athena, but his mortal siblings as well. Though I doubt he's going to be able to keep some of the gods away from them much longer. But I suppose perhaps this son of Athena may continue the work of his older brother.

"Of course, didn't you all pay attention to my release, my wives were there with me as well," I said. "But I suppose you mean those older than myself. Well they are immortal are they not?" I asked the boy.

I think he seemed to understand what that meant, but I think he also began fearing that some god probably took advantage of his mom, since they don't know who their 'father' is.

"You came," the girl whispered to herself. "you actually came."

"I wouldn't ignore the pleas of my charges, though sometimes it takes me a while to find you all, especially with how many more of you there are," I said.

"Now let us leave this place. Any longer and I'll be taking you to my cousin instead of Uncle to get your health checked on. This much mold might not even be healthy for myself, and I can't imagine how much worse it must be for you two," I said, extending my hand out to the children.

The girl ran off upstairs, but immediately came back with a necklace, "mama always wore this," she said. "Said it was a gift from someone important to her and that it would keep us safe," she explained handing it to me.

I looked at the pendant, and my assumptions were proven right. The Athenian owl stared back at me. I don't know if Athena can see through this charm or not, but it is definitely something of her own creation. "It's all we have of our mom, now," She said tentatively.

"I haven't seen owls like this in a very long time," I sighed, playing the part of an ancient god, neigh as old as my Uncle Brainless. "Your mother must have been something special to catch her eye," I added, before handing the pendant necklace back to her. "But we should really be going now," I said, opening the front door leading them outside.

"wait her?" the boy questioned.

I nodded as I scooted them off the porch. "Yes," I answered. Only to whistle. This time having Blackjack, and Porkpie, along with Guido and Scipio, pulling my house's war chariot.  "Hop on children I shall answer your questions on the way to a healer."

The girl seemed excited and wanted to pet the pegasi, which Blackjack was laughing about as Scipio, despite being a well trained war horse, had a small fear of small children...and a fear of small children wanting to pet him.

"Who's eye did my mom capture?" The boy asked, as his sister finally got into the chariot after petting each of the pegasi.

"There is only one goddess with owl's like that one. I suspect you already know," I replied.

"Athena," he whispered quietly, he probably thought I couldn't hear.

"She usually doesn't chase after women, like many of her male relatives, but she does chase after those that are wise," I answered.

"But she's a maiden goddess," the boy replied, "she doesn't have kids."

"Who brother?"

"my mother-in-law," I answered. "You'd be right of course. She does not have kids. At least not in the traditional way, however, that goddess came up with something not even the Queen of the Gods herself could come up with, she figured out how to have children without reproductive acts."

"I still don't know who, and don't you have like a bazillion mother-in-laws?"

"No. I have three...at least three that are alive...even if how I have those three are confusing even to me at times." I answered the accusation of an unfathomable amount of mother-in-laws first. "Anyway he speaks of Athena, the Lady of Athens, the unwearying, Promachos, Parthenos. Sorry for some of the Greek in there...I am still working on catching up with the modern languages of  mortals, and despite my return, my mother-in-law still refuses to aid me in this."

"MOM IS AWESOME," The girl shouted, "SHE WAS ABLE TO CATCH THE EYE OF LIKE MY FAVORITE GODDESS," she continued excitedly, before realizing she's in the company of a god, with immortal wives, and an immortal mother himself.  "No offense," she eked out.

"No worries child," I said. I won't blame the opinions of a child that is still growing, developing, and learning for being wrong. Clearly Hestia is Bestia still, but my wives and mother are all close seconds like very close seconds, like only a hair's thickness off of being tied for first.

Line Break: OOOOOOOOOOO *gets shot*
Me: You don't have permission to speak again line break. NOW BACK TO WORK

Well the kids turned out to be ok somehow, despite the house being practically half mold and fungus, and the rest being remnants of what was a healthy living space. I'm honestly surprised Apollo didn't try and keep the kids for immune testing because of it at that.

Thankfully though I was able to safely drop the kids off at camp, and see some of my house's eldest demigods as well...well the oldest four. Their mother...well she agreed to have all four children at once, which not only surprised me, but we were also impressed she'd be willing to do that. Now though she calls us from time to time to satiate her needs, but since she decided to have all four kids at once we decided that they'd be are first to camp. They have a couple of older half blood siblings but the rest are younger and we send all four kids to a mother to camp at once.

"Percy," my mom called. "I talked with her."

I sighed. I wasn't ready for this. Satine is 19 now and I've cared for her for just over a decade as a daughter. I fear her decision even though I already have an idea of what she choose. "And?"

"She's willing to admit her feelings to herself. Though, I do not know if she'd be willing to admit them to you even though the rest of us know," mom answered.

It was then that I heard Satine excitedly talking with her aunts about the hunt they just finished. "We'll talk later then," I said to my mom.

"DADDY YOUR BACK," Satine yelled while charging me, only to jump up and bear hug me like a kola bear hugs a branch.

"Yes I am," I replied.

"Are the demigods ok?"

"The demigod is, as well as the mortal sibling," I answered, "they are both at camp."

"That's good. They're safe now," Satine said happily before seeming to grow a little self conscious of her position and nervous as she probably saw my mom behind me now.

"So Satine where do you want to go home to?" I asked deciding to rip it off like a bandaid.

"Grandma told you?"

"I knew she was probably going to talk to you about it, but I'll let you decide where we go home to. Either our palace on Olympus. Or the island home? It's your choice."

Satine seemed to think long and hard about where she'd want to go, while still holding onto me like a Kola Bear does to a tree. "Can we go..."

Bonus: POLL GIVE US THE FUCKING ANSWER
Me: BONUS
Bonus: APOLLO TAUGHT ME THAT WORD

"Can we goooooo to your island palace?" Satine asked, causing me to sigh.

"Are you sure about this Satine?" I asked, hoping she'd back out of this decision, but knowing her as well as I do, I know that it is more than a longshot.

Satine nodded her head. "I am sure," She answered verbally.

Bonus: My Lucky Star fell out of the Sky, right before my wishing wellllllllllll....Frens, hi again... I think 14 might take away my music box since Apollo totally taught me that word. Also It's going to Satine's POV

I closed my eyes after I said I was sure of my decision to go to the island instead of returning to Olympus. I'm still mortal, love my parents (more than I should), and I don't want my family to morn me if I do die. This way I get everything checked off my list, I'd be immortal, as that's kind of a requirement(I think), I get to spend time with my parents still, and I can express how much I love them.  So to me its a win all around, though I know it might be hard on my parents at first, but they'll get over it eventually...I think. I mean they got over some others joining so I can only hope.

"My lord, you're back," I heard the voice of the one and only Clarisse. Wait I thought she was with Chris...what is she doing here.

"Who have you brought to join us?" I heard the voice of Silena...isn't she with Beckendorf...I know they have a kid together so what happened.

"Silena, Clarisse, this is Satine," Dad said, quite plainly.

"You're own daughter," Clarisse exasperated.

"It was her choice as it was yours as well...again my condolences...to the both of you," Dad said, though a little mournfully at the end.

"Thank you milord," Silena said, though she grabbed Clarisse's shoulder.

"If I may?" I began getting no immediate rejections, "may I ask what happened?"

"You may," Silena said, though she seemed a little morose. "We were out on a double date when it happened. The kids were off having playing together with Liz watching over her younger sibling and Clarisse's son. Then...then..." Silena started to choke up.

"Some monsters attacked. They got themselves killed, but they did so protecting our children," Clarisse finished, though I couldn't tell if she was angry or sad about it, and if angry if she was angry at the monsters or at their hus...well former i guess now husbands for getting themselves killed.

I looked at the two curiously, though I began wondering where their children were, and why they were here.

"After everything, well...our immortal parent was looking for new matches for us, our children would have likely been killed or we would have been forced to stay away," Clarisse continued. "Annabeth offered us an alternative, and Percy guaranteed us that our prior children would be free."

"Oh," I said. I didn't know that Beck and Chris died. "I'm sorry for what it's worth."

"It's ok, Satine," Silena said sniffling a little. "You didn't know."

I looked around and noticed that dad was no longer here and I was left with Clarisse and Silena. "Come on. We'll introduce you to the other girls...and our lord's prisoners if you wish," Clarisse said, though it sounded like her giving orders to troops.

"Prisoners?" I asked.

"Yeah," Silena said, though I had trouble deciphering her emotions about. "Some rogue goddesses that rebelled in the previous wars...the thunder lord thought this would be a good idea for punishment given your father's domain of Harems."

"And not a single one submitted to his terms for house release," Clarisse added, with a smirk that promised future pain...Hopefully for the prisoners and not me.
