After escape from the hellicarrier nick fury told the hero's to round up all the Spider-Man villains and put them in the strongest cell they can't escape till they find Yn but Tony has a different plan he wants to find Yn and stop him his own way like he did to Peter taking his tech and company

Tony satellite found starkiller on the move as tony get in his iron man suit and heads to starkiller location

Yn was on his way home till a shot hit the building he was on starkiller turns around to see Tony stark

Tony:it's over Yn

Yn:you won't stop me stark but I'm glad your here I'm bringing justice to my father you took his tech and his company for your selfish actions now I'll be bringing your head to other avengers to makes they'll be ready for the same fate as you

Tony:you think I'm alone in this

Tony summons his iron legion and his hulk buster armor

Tony:will you surrender now

Yn ignited his lightsaber and got to his saber position

Yn:never

Tony:then fall

Then iron man suits starts attacking Yn as he starts cutting the suits like it was butter till he got jumped by a bulky armor suit making Yn crashed into a wall Yn cuts off the arms of the bulky armor then cut off its head Yn was about to get out the wall till he got blasted by the other suits not stoping

Tony order the armors to stop as Yn starkiller suit was damaged revealing half of Yn face and Yn armor damage

Tony:give up up boy your outmatched,outpowered weak like your father he may have some skills of a scientist and tech but he was no better than me

Yn:says the man who made ultron,made weapons against humanity,war between heroes all those innocent men,women,children dying because just to prove your superior in everything and everyone your no man or hero just a rich child having a tantrum because he won't get anything he wants

Tony:at least I'm not a traitor like your father

Yn:how dare you he was never a traitor doc ock took over his body and used it for his selfish benefit after my father got his body back no one believed him besides from me you and the others are no hero's all of you are corrupted people who needs to be put down like the rapid dogs you all are!!!

Tony:it's over Yn final warning

Yn gets up

Yn:I can do this all day

Tony:very well

Tony ordered his suits to charge at Yn but Yn sends out a force pulse that eradicates all of Tony armored suits

Tony:my armors!!!

Yn use the force to rip tony out of his hulk bluster suit then Yn force grabs tony as he takes off the iron man helmet to reveal Tony face

Tony was now scared for his life

Yn:now if I remember correctly your arc reactor was keeping you alive why don't send you to your parents like the winter soldier killed your parents

Yn let's go of tony and uses the force to take out his arc reactor tony was breathing hard repeatedly as he tries to crawl to Yn to get his arc reactor back to his chest but Yn walks back a few centimeters so Tony can't reach him Tony wasn't going to last long

Tony:...you...will...lose

Tony takes his final breath and dies

Tony stark is finally died Yn use the force and throws  tony body to the avengers towers

The hero's we're discussing how they we're going handle Yn till tony body crashed through the avengers tower building they see Tony died and his arc reactor gone as Jarvis showed the avengers what happened reveals that tony faced Yn and won the fight now they need to find Spider-Man villains fast before Yn gets to them all
