After the little race we had, Sarah grabbed my hand and practically dragged me into the forest. She stopped in front part of Canoe Lake. It didn't look like anyone had been near this area in forever. I crossed my arms and looked at Sarah. Plastered across her face was the evil thinkey face. "We are in a creepy deserted part of the forest and you have the evil thinkey face..should i be worried. WAIT ARE YOU GOING TO SECRETLY MURDER ME OUT HERE AND THROW MY BODY IN THE LAKE," I asked her. She laughed, not removing the evil thinkey face,"Maybe...but right now we are gonna control your powers..JIAYING STYLE," she yelled jumping up and down in the air. I looked at her and smacked her. "Um Sarah, i dont know if you have noticed, but there are no mountains around here for me to destroy!" Once again the evil thinkey face returned,"That's why we have cups and we have canoe lake to destroy." I smacked her again,"DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TROUBLE I WILL BE IN IF I DESTROY CAMP HALF BLOOD?!" She shrugged,"Chill yourself we won't destroy camp." I smacked her once more, "Shut up! Yes I will!" She made a puppy dog face,"Please Mels I promise we wont destroy camp." I rolled my eyes and smacked her again,"No!! And plus the cups thing only works with wine glasses which we don't have." The evil thinkey face once again returned as she held up a second and said,"One second," before walking back into the forest and pulling a box of wine glasses out from behind the trees. My eyes widened and I smacked her again,"WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET WINE GLASSES?!" She set the wine glasses out on a rock in front of me then looked at me,"You don't wanna know cuz you really don't wanna go in Mr.D's room." I smacked her about a billion times after she said that,"YOU STOLE WINE GLASSES FROM MR. D?!" She smiled and nodded her head and put some water in each wine glass,"Pretty much sums it up..now power controlling JIAYING STYLE!." I groaned and looked at her,"Fine but if I get in trouble for exploding Canoe Lake, you're going down with me." She ran into the forest one more time and came back wearing a Jiaying costume earning her another smack,"REALLY?! A JIAYING COSTUME?! WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET THAT?!" She shrugged,"The things aphrodite campers will do for you if you let them give you a makeover." My jaw dropped,"YOU! WITH MAKEUP! DAMNIT I MISS ALL THE GOOD STUFF!" She laughed and filled each glass with water. She then grabbed her phone, looked at me and started speaking in a Jiaying voice,"Do you understand your gift?" I rolled my eyes, chuckled to myself, and starting speaking in a Daisy Johnson voice,"I...make things shake." Sarah smiled looking at me and began speaking in the Jiaying voice again,"Well, not really. Everything is shaking already, vibrating at it's own natural frequency. This stone, the wood in those trees; I believe you can learn to since those frequencies around you, resonate with them so not everything is shaking, only what you choose." She then gave the whole Jiaying monologue and said,"I am going to make a note and I want you to use the vibrations in the water and the cups to hold the note." I roll my eyes and held out my hands towards the cups as she played a note on her phone. I focussed on the cups and nothing happened. No note except for the one on Sarah's phone. I turned to face her,"I can't do it. Nothing happened. See your Jiaying-ing didn't work." She rolled her eyes,"Just try again and focus will ya." I groaned and held out my hand towards the cups once again and focussed on only holding the note. I heard another noise not from Sarah's phone. I opened my eyes and smiled, holding another note. I turned to look at Sarah,"I did it!" She smiled at me,"Did I not say you could?" I rolled my eyes and smiled at her,"Thank you Peaches." "Anytime, Mels."
