Ok so last night, with Toby, was pretty fun. Except when he scared the shit out of me. That was evil, but I got my revenge. Plus who says more revenge isn't coming his way. Anyway I woke up to Sarah jumping on me. "How the hell did you get in here, S?" "Your parents let me in. Now get up and get ready." She practically dragged me out of bed. I did my daily routine, putting on some eyeliner and mascara. I put on a white crop top and a blue floral skirt. I brushed my hair into a side ponytail. We walked out of my house and started walking to school when I said,"Now. Give me all the details from last night." "Well, we went to go see Civil War but I need to see it again cuz I wasn't really watching the movie." "OH MY GOD SARAH!!!!!!!! ONE I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SAW CIVIL WAR WITHOUT ME AND TWO OH MY GOD!!" There was a small awkward silence. She broke it saying,"Enough about me. What did you do last night?" Great. Now I have to tell her and burst my eardrums. "Well I was hanging out with Toby. We were watching S.H.I.E.L.D." Her face lit up as soon as I said that. "IS MELOBY FINALLY TOGETHER?" My best friend is so crazy. "No. I still can't believe you came up with a ship name." "Well. I did so deal with it."
    As soon as we got to school, Sarah ditched me so she can go find Hayden. I went to my locker to get my stuff for first period when Zach came over to my locker. "Hey Melody." "What do you want, Zach," I say still digging in my locker. "So do you want to go out with me?" Did he just? Nope. This is not happening. I refuse to let this happen. "Not a chance in hell." "Just one date. Go on one date with me and I'll stay away from you." I slam my my locker door shut. "Fine, but only so you will shut up and go away," I say. I walk into first period and see Toby already there. I sit down in my seat and say,"Hey Toby." He just sits there silently.

It was the time halfway through fourth when my lunch is. Toby has been ignoring me all day. I'm pretty sure I have texted him about a billion times already. Did I do something to make him shut me out because I have no clue. I go to our normal table and wait for Sarah. As soon as she gets to lunch I ask her if she knows why Toby isn't talking to me. "No. I don't know why. Maybe it's something you did or said today." "That doesn't make any sense. He has not spoken to me all day. The only thing I have done today besides text him and school is get asked out by the dickhead." "HE DID WHAT? AND MORE IMPORTANTLY YOU SAID YES!" I was so expecting this reaction from her. "Yeah. He said if I go on one date he would leave me alone." "Ughhh you are so clueless." Toby and Hayden finally get here and sit down. "Toby, why have you been ignoring me all day?" I get no reply. Sarah takes this moment to drag Hayden somewhere for some reason. "Toby. Please tell me why you're not talking to me. Did I do something?" "Why would you agree to go out with that douchebag?" How did he even know about that. "How do you even know about that?" "I was going to meet you at your locker when he asked you out." "Well then you know why. It's not like I actually like him." If only he actually knew who I liked, him. "Yeah."

    Great now I have to go on a date with the number one dickhead in the world. I wore shorts and a T-shirt. If he thinks I'm gonna dress all cute then too bad for him. I said I would go on a date with him, not dress cute for it. My phone buzzed and there was a text from him saying he was here. Isn't this going to be so fun, note the sarcasm. I walk outside and get into his car. "Let's get this over with." After a few minutes we get to this small mini golf place. "Really. Mini golf," I ask. "Yeah. I thought this would be fun." "It'll be fun when I kick your ass at this." He smirked and said,"In your dreams, Jackson." "Oh it's on."

"I can't believe you beat me," Zach whined as we got back into his car. Seriously what is with guys I know and whining when I beat them. "I did say I was going to kick your ass." Finally. I'll never have to deal with him ever again, but...NO! MELODY STOP! DON'T THINK THESE HORRIBLE THINGS! YOU HAVE NO FEELINGS FOR ZACH WHATSOEVER! YOU LIKE TOBY! After about the longest 10 minutes of my life, we finally get  back to my house. I open the door and start to get out of the car when Zach pulls me back. He then does something that really surprises me. He kisses me. Then I did something that surprised me even more, I kissed back. I pull away and say,"That was-" He cut me off by saying,"Amazing." I laugh. "I was going to say unexpected, but yeah. I'll see you at school." I get out of the car and he drives away. I'm about to walk up the driveway to the front door when I see someone out of the corner of my eye. I turn around and standing there is my best friend. "Sarah how much did you see?" "All of it."
