[Twenty-five]

Sae-ron looked up at the man she had admired when she was younger and felt a little apologetic towards him.

"I'm sorry, Young Master, but it is important," Sae-ron told the person walking beside her.

"What happened to 'Oppa'?" Jung-kook asked.

"I'm here now as per your mother's, my employer's behest. Hence, you are my Young Master. 'Oppa' is what I call you when I am trying to be nice to you," Sae-ron explained.

"Hahaha," Jung-kook laughed as he ruffled the girl's hair. "Thanks for always covering for me."

"No problem. I'm just saving your ass so I can kick it later," Sae-ron teased.

"Ah, Sae-ron, that's why I love you," Jung-kook concluded.

"As a little sister," they both chimed in unison.

"I know, I know. Ever since I saw you two frolicking around the fields, my hopes were crushed," Sae-ron replied, her fist piercing an imaginary knife through her heart.

"Who would have thought, right? That you'd be beaten by some boy," Jung-kook jested.

"But that's just not fair! How can a guy be that gorgeous? It doesn't make sense," the girl fawned. "And his glorious long hair! That man bun!"

"Okay, okay, that's enough. Remember, he's mine," Jung-kook reminded his friend.

"But seriously though, you have to be more careful," Sae-ron advised as she told Jung-kook what had transpired in the afternoon.

"Ah, so somebody saw us kissing?" Jung-kook asked. "How can they be sure it was us?"

"It seemed so, at least that's what I heard from where I was hiding," Sae-ron admitted.

"Don't worry, I'll sort this out," Jung-kook stated. "But thanks for giving me the heads up."

The pair soon arrived at Jung-kook's house, where his mother was expecting her son.

"Anyway, good luck, Oppa." Sae-ron cheered.

"Yup, I think I need all of it," Jung-kook said as he stepped into the foyer.

Somewhere nearby, an old man listened to the pair's conversation and quickly entered a side door where his employer was waiting for his report.
